TL;DR: poor course and tee box maintenance February 2024 INFO: ~Range balls are extra charge ~Located inside a neighborhood/along side a main road (with no fences; so balls could potentially fly into the street ~Carts were nice with GPS screen included ~Coolers provided on the golf carts ~Cart/starter area was nice ~Practice putting area green was bumpy (see pic) COURSE: ~No scenic holes/boring visually ~All tee boxes were terrible. Could not find a flat area/an area where the ball wasn't below or above my feet ~Tee box was bumpy due to all the divots ~Fairways were terribly maintained; bumpy (not only due to divots, but seems like the grass was diseased/patchy) ~Bunkers need a lot of work (can see the negligence) ~Greens were the same. So bumpy that your putt is hopping around like a bunny ~I saw a sign for one bathroom, but did not see a facility? (not sure if the portapotty was taken away or something) ~You come back to the club house at the turn, so you can grab a snack or drink At first, I thought maybe the poor maintenance was due to the colder weather, but even in nicer weather, these conditions would not get any better without more effort put into their maintenance. One of the worst (if not the worst) courses we've been to in the area.

If you enjoy mud covered greens and rough in tee boxes, while paying nearly $100 to play, Reston national is the spot for you!

The green fee is way too expensive for mud covered greens and tee boxes in the rough. Play somewhere else

It's been a while since I golfed at Reston National. They have a nice driving range and a good putting area. They have challenging greens. The fairways are feeling the effects of the local drought. But still in decent condition. They have done a nice renovation of the club house. Enjoyed my round.

Conveniently located with lots of potential of a really nice course. Figured we go out for a round on a Monday thinking it wouldn't be too busy. Well, it wasn't busy at all as we pulled up to a parking lot with less than 10 vehicles. We didn't come across anyone other players and were on a great pace of play until we creeped up on to a group that made the last 6 holes last almost 2 hours. It was ridiculous...there were no concern from staff for the pace of play or by the looks of the conditions...the course at all. Bunkers looked like someone build sand castles in them. It may have been a slow cold day and this is how it is...but pretty unacceptable for $60 a round of this condition. May try another time if no other courses are available. Enjoy!

It's a challenging course that is well marked (yardage) and as a bonus, every cart has a GPS system!!

Quicken Tournament Review:…read more Kyle Stanley is the 2017 Quicken Loan Champion. We received an invitation to come watch the tourney & hang out in one of the VIP tents...it was good times. The Par 70 golf course is situated in the middle or amongst Avenel Farm, providing regal views of the residential, equestrian, swimming & tennis amenities. The landscape & upkeep was impressive throughout the golf course & surrounding greenery. The staff inside our tent were extremely hospitable, especially during the interment rain fall as they reset as many times necessary to accommodate everyone. The food & beverages were decent. I even popped my head into the Mad House to look around & the employees on hand were just as friendly. The only negative point of our visit was the interaction with the red shirt staff at the main entrance to the tourney if you did not have a parking pass...we opted to take Uber. Aside from their constant screaming that they work for the Tiger Woods Foundation, they were rude & boisterous to the Courtesy Shuttle Operators & individuals seeking assistance. Other than that, it was an enjoyable & entertaining 1st visit to watch championship golf.

We did not know what to expect and left with a great workout, fun experience, and my wife, 4 year old daughter, and I all interested in golf. First off, the staff was amazing! Marquis has been golfing since he was 6 and gave us some quick tips that immediately improved our swing. They also had great cocktails and food and we loved having a private room where we could play music, watch the game, and play and learn at our own pace. They have multiple games including a driving range, courses, and a game where you aim at monsters (which our daughter really enjoyed). The staff provided great recommendations on each game. We immediately signed up for a subscription- the prices were really reasonable, hours are accommodating, and we envision going on our own to practice, bringing our daughter (she's been asking to go back), or going with friends. This would also be a lot of fun for corporate events or team building even if you don't golf and we are looking forward to bringing our teams in the near future. Fun, great for many audiences, and an amazing resource for improving your game!

I'll be honest, I am very beautiful. I only seek places that have beautiful people like me. No 1…read moreGolf Lounge is such a place. I read some reviews where people cried because a ball bounced back. If you hit a ball into the ceiling, typically with a highly lofted wedge that naturally hits it high, then sometimes it bounces on the floor in front of the screen and then rolls out. Nothing dangerous unless you are a xxxxx. For me, I hit nothing but rockets and typically dead center or a nice draw or slight fade so the golf balls are like the ones in my pants, they stay in place. The service at no 1 golf is Number 1. Always welcoming, quick to help, great people. Food is ok, you can booze it up if you need aiming fluid and it is a pretty laid back place. If you are not as beautiful as me, that is ok, still come. Just dont be a douche. Example: If you are a girl or boy, do not see "bruh" every other word. If you do, you are a douche. Second, dont give lessons in the driving range area. Just because you can hit your driver 185 doesnt mean you have "figured it out". You are a douche. Third, to my young male friends, hitting the ball 300 yards is great, spraying it 200 yards left and right is not so great. When I see you smashing drives and then hear you playing 18 holes and every hole result is "double par", I laugh with a laugh of superiority. My 120 yard drive with my brand new Taylor Made driver is superior after all. Fourth, dont hit balls and talk to your friends and then every other word out of your both is "Bruh". Bruh, i am a douche. Yes, you are. Fifth, if you feel the urge to say "bruh" constantly, go outside and run into traffic, because you are a douche. That is all I have to say about that. Remember except for those that say "bruh", come to no 1 golf lounge, it will make your dreams come true.

The machine defaults to Korean so be sure to get a lesson on using the karaoke machine. Food was great. Lots of food and drink options. We enjoyed a variety of Korean foods and regular bar bites. Service was very quick. Our server was on top of everything.
