This red beat up truck caught the corner of my eye and since I haven't eaten since breakfast I stopped for a couple tacos since it was almost 3pm. I ordered one steak and one al Pastor taco with cilantro and onions that came with a red and green sauce. The tacos looked good on corn tortillas and nicely filled and topped. I tasted the meat before I put the hot sauce on my tacos to see how it was. The meats were moist and not dry at all with the steak having a good beef flavor and the al Pastor being the tastier meat. The sauces were not to my liking but the red one was used for some heat in my tacos. The tacos were pretty good on the corn tortillas with the fresh cilantro and onion and every bite was meaty with the steak having a big piece of gristle/fat. Overall it's not my favorite Mexican truck but it was still good and I would try a goat burrito next time.

Their menu on the truck has no pricing, which I didn't like so I researched online and found they have an actual location (which I'll try soon) but food truck prices are usually a bit higher. The wait was longer than I was expecting at about 15 minutes but they do give you a buzzer to know when it's ready. I added some of the orange salsa to my tacos which was good! After eating just one I was feeling a little full, they didn't skimp on the fillings. Overall I thought it was pretty good but not necessarily a taco I'd dream about. I'd get it again if I was near their truck but would try other options too.

My tostada was Al Pastor and piled high with pork, beans, lettuce, tomato and a pile of cheese. The shells were super crunchy from the fryer and two to hold up to hefty tostada. The tostada was tasty with all the crunchy and soft textures, clearly the winner over the steak taco. I have been to the restaurant and the West Allis truck, the truck about 15 times and I have never had any gristle in my food. The two trucks have different menus and I think the West Allis truck is better.
