Signature Bloody Mary
Marie C.

A great spot for food, drinks, and ocean views! My former colleagues and I like to get together at 604, and it's always a great choice. They have plenty of parking, excellent service, good food, and beautiful ocean views. But the real star of the show is the signature Bloody Mary! It comes with a cocktail shrimp, a BBQ beef skewer, and a smorgasbord of pickled vegetables. Honestly, it's practically a meal on its own, and it's the best thing on the menu! Come try it now! Great service, delicious food, amazing Bloody Marys, and ocean views make 604 a perfect place to meet up.

Neat little place! Very humid indoors because it's open so if you're not used to the weather here it's a lot! It's a beautiful view overlooking the marina and all the sail boats! Food was delicious! Service was excellent! Glad we visited!

View of the harbor from our table

Staying in the area and looking for a good place to eat. This one came up with good reviews and took reservations. It was Friday night at 6:30 and pretty busy. There was a band playing, which made it loud. The restaurant is on the second floor and we were sat next to the open rooftop overlooking the harbor. It was a fantastic view. The service was great and the food delicious. Glad we decided not to head into Waikiki for dinner and came here instead!

Say for the longest time ever, waiting n pretty much stared at ny waitress to get her attention but nope she's too busy talking to her colleague... Asked another server but she busted it off and said she will get our waitress for us... she kept talking n nothing happened till 10 mins after... If you are so busy serving the bar customers maybe remain there and not take other tables... another waitress ended up-taking our order as i resting birch face out... Who brings u ur food and comes back in 2 secs just to ask " hows the food looking". The " famous clam chowder" over advertisement!!! I had 2 pcs of clams in my "cup". The mahi mahi was my fav. Cooked to the right texture...but the seasoning for the fish could of used a bit of salt. The fish n chip.... I like how its not the typical cod... but it tastes like defrost, refried fish...

Ube colada

My mom's friend recommended Restaurant 604 so we made a reservation online for 7/21/2026. I saw the ube colada on Yelp but didn't see it on the menu. When the waitress came to take our drink orders, I asked if it was available. She said yes and that they're phasing it out. As an ube lover, I was happy it was still available so of course I ordered it. Though I've never had an ube colada and don't have a point of comparison, R604's version was tasty and I loved the toasted marshmallow. For our entrees, we had the sesame poke, mahi mahi, and clam chowder. I love poke and was excited to try it in HI for the first time! While the portion was generous and the fish was fresh, I can't say it was the best poke I've had. Honestly, I've had better in CA and (surprisingly) MN. I tried both my mom's clam chowder and mahi - good but not amazing. Though we were seated right away and our waitress was friendly, the service itself leaves something to be desired. We waited a long time for the check and we got another patron's card by mistake. To their credit, they called my mom to let her know they had her card and put it in their safe until we could pick it up tomorrow. However, we were in the uber so we're unable to head back. The restaurant itself was noisy, which made having a conversation difficult. Glad we tried it but wouldn't return.

The manager was going to scold me for bringing in an animal! Beavers are not allowed in this restaurant! :P heehee

Restaurant 604 | Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam | Island of Oahu Misoyaki Butterfish! What do you want to eat? Misoyaki Butterfish! What do you want to order? Misoyaki Butterfish! What are you ono for? Misoyaki Butterfish! So, I guess whenever I hear the numbers "604", this is the first thing I hear my tummy say: Misoyaki Butterfish! Lol. I've been coming to this area for many years. I used to party with my UH Tsai-ko Football Fan friends back when Colt Brennan was the UH QB and for many years afterward, until COVID took over our lives and the stadium eventually moved to the UH Ching Athletic Field at the Manoa Campus. Curiously, despite using the first-floor restrooms many a time before games -- the restrooms used by military personnel who use the cabanas outside in the adjacent park -- I never once thought to come upstairs to dine at the restaurant. That is, until Mel B. held an informative Yelp event downstairs, reserving the entire section, and I finally got to taste the yummilicious selections here. Since then, I've come for UH football parties, organizational meetings and after-meeting get-togethers and dinners, and dinners with UH football fan friends, Yelp friends, work friends, and friend friends. And you know what? It's always been a good time. The restaurant dining area is upstairs on the second floor. On the mountain side is a substantial bar with seating all around its perimeter. You can sit along the ocean-side edge of the restaurant if you want a naturally spectacular ocean view, at one of the many dining tables of different heights throughout the restaurant, at the bar, or at my fav -- the high-top tables at the opposite end from the bar and off to the side near the stage. My favorite seating arrangement for a small group of two is along the open view wall overlooking the ocean. With a larger group, I like the elevated high-top tables. You can easily have a conversation if your group fits around one of the round tables or you don't mind talking across the short way of the long high-top tables. If you're planning an organizational meeting, however, you'll probably want to schedule it earlier, before the music starts playing and the dinner crowd begins filling the dining area. Popular hip-hop and '80s-'90s music can add quite a bit to the noise level later in the day, and they also have live music at times. The only meetings this place probably won't work well for are ultra-quiet meetings, Zoom meetings, and meetings needing props and a whiteboard. Lol. You can make reservations, but when you call, you'll reach a recorded voicemail and they'll call you back. It's best to call well ahead of time to ensure you have ample time to connect with the restaurant reservationists and get your arrangements squared away. The restaurant restrooms are upstairs near the bar along the opposite corner. There are staircases on either side of the building leading to the second floor, but you'll probably want to walk up the side opposite the bar. Facing the building from the parking lot, take the staircase on the left. Either staircase will lead you upstairs, but depending on which one you use, you might have to walk across the dining area to reach the front reception desk. Dining here is not quiet, but it isn't obnoxiously loud. There are usually tons of ppl dining, sitting, talking, enjoying their time. There's still ample space to walk around easily, especially going to the restroom. The menu features a variety of local Eurasian cuisine, from appetizers to full meals. You'll find popular appetizers like nachos or fries with toppings, fried calamari rings, ahi poke, popcorn chicken, coconut shrimp, spinach artichoke dip, many breakfast selections, sea items including fish & chips, and land items. Note that there is also a pretty famous Bloody Mary on the menu that used to come loaded with all kinds of amazing veggies-fruits, large shrimp, etc. Over the years, that enormous pile of garnishes has become diminutized, and no longer the huge fluffy production it once was. Too bad I never tried it in its heyday. Shucks. My favorite apps are the calamari, poke with chips, coconut shrimp, and spinach artichoke dip. But we all know why I'm really here. MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! My favorite meal is the misoyaki butterfish, which is served on a pile of sautéed fresh local veggies with a large scoop of yummy white rice. The fish has that familiar, delicious butterfish taste I love, while the sautéed veggies and rice add their own flair and complement the fish nicely. My only complaint? They should add another scoop of rice. Not just one! :D As you can tell, my tummy can only focus on one thing! MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! What did my tummy say? MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! What does Jules Y. love to eat here? MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! That's right! Whatever you choose, with so many different selections, you can be sure to find a fav of your own. YUM YUM to the 604! :D

I've been here many times and love that it's easy to park and get a quick lunch in the middle of the work day. It's great to be able to sit outside but covered from any rain too. The food is delicious, I had a mini chicken katsu this time and was just enough. Food came out quickly so I could be on my way for my next meeting for work!

Restaurant 604 offers a prime waterfront location with plenty of parking and a lively atmosphere. We had a 5 p.m. reservation for a party of eight and were seated promptly once more than half of our group had arrived, which appears to be their policy for larger parties. Finding parking was easy thanks to their spacious lot, and we were lucky enough to even grab spots near the entrance. The ambiance feels very sports bar-esque, the vibe reminded me a lot of Mai Tai's but with waterfront seating. It's the kind of place that feels geared more toward kicking back with drinks and friends than having a memorable dining experience. The food photographs better than it eats. Presentation was attractive and several dishes looked promising when they arrived at the table, but the flavors never quite matched the visual appeal. Everything was decent enough, yet there wasn't a single dish that made me want to order it again. Our party ordered a variety of dishes, and the total bill came out to about $265 including tip. What really disappointed me was learning that the fish isn't local. My partner is an avid fisherman and asked what fish was being used in the fish and chips. We were told it was swai, which is imported from Southeast Asia and typically served frozen. For a waterfront restaurant in Hawaii that leans into local-style cuisine, that was a letdown. I also ordered the miso butterfish, which happens to be one of my favorite fish dishes. While the preparation itself was decent, I'm fairly certain what I was served was not butterfish. It tasted more like a generic white fish and lacked the rich, buttery texture and flavor that make butterfish so distinctive. Service was also fairly efficient throughout the meal, with the first round of dishes arriving about 30 minutes after we were seated and the remaining meals following shortly after. Overall, I'd recommend Restaurant 604 more for drinks than for dining. The happy hour appears to be a strong draw, and I can absolutely see this being a fun place to meet up with friends, enjoy a few cocktails, watch a game, and take in the waterfront views. If you enjoy the vibe of Mai Tai's, you'll probably enjoy spending time here. However, if you're specifically looking for standout food or fresh local seafood, there are better options elsewhere on the island.

We happened to find this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. However, perhaps because the staff were prejudiced against us for being Japanese, our food took far longer to arrive than that of customers who ordered after us. It clearly felt like discrimination. Regardless of race or nationality, every customer deserves to be treated equally and with respect. A business cannot expect customers to return if it makes no effort to provide fair service. The staff member who caused us such discomfort and disregarded our basic dignity should be deeply ashamed. And to make matters worse, the food wasn't even good.

We went to 604 for my cousin's birthday. It was nice to see Kaipo Kapua performing for the evening Sunset dinner. I ordered the taco karaoke and the $6 clams. I also ordered a plantation iced tea. The rest of the table ordered things like the spinach artichoke dip and the prime rib pupus. The wait time was a little longer given it was a busy night but overall the customer service was on point. They knew things were running behind and they did their best to communicate and always keep us in the loop of things. It was nice to be there since I haven't been there in a while. The parking is generous and if you get there just in time you can catch a glimpse of the sunset and the best music from local artists.

Regular size Loco Moco

Im a local and didn't even know about this place (I know embarrassing) but oh man were they busy! Very spacious restaurant with plentiful tables. We made a reservation and still had to wait additional 15mins to get to our table! I felt bad for the families that walked up to be on the waitlist, sorry for the wait! Menu looked very appealing and I wanted to order everything! FOOD: Loco Moco was very savory and really matched my palate, one of the better loco mocos i've had around the island Chili Tofu is on the 604 all items menu which means $6.04 for this, came out cold which is normal and came packing a punch with umami! I love kimchi, Taegu and tofu, literally this dish was made for me Mini Kalua Pork Nachos was alright. Most disappointing item of the 3 I ordered. Chips were already soggy when landed on the table. Pork was kinda chunky and hard instead of pull apart soft. Cheese sauce really threw me off, tastes plasticy and did not need to be on there, they should've subbed it with shredded cheese melted on top instead of that sauce. Service is also great! From the host to the server to the bidder and managers! they were all so friendly and professional! I felt taken care of which is exactly they do right! Highly recommend coming here for good value and good service! Avoid the Kalua Nachos tho P.S. Make reservations ahead of time, and parking is ample but can be packed so arrive timely. Ahi Tuna Sandwich with fries. Very good. Lots of seasoning..

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We should be reimbursed our gratuity and let me tell you why... We had a table of 30 people, they gave away our extra table so when our remaining 5 people came in, guess what they didn't have a place to sit after they TOLD us that we could use that table for our people who were still arriving... And then, she took half of our people's orders, and then took another table's orders... meanwhile we sat there for an hour!!! And half of our table got their food and we STILL HAD NOT EVEN ORDERED YET... She literally was like oh, I'm getting group gratuity so I don't have to give them good service! But I'm going to take care of my individual tables so I can get tips from them! This place is ridiculous. I should have said something about this waitress when I was there but honestly I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. She's lucky she got gratuity cause I wouldn't have tipped her at all which is rare for me as a prior waitress myself, I always tip! As far as food, I got the teriyaki salmon and it was delicious, kind of salty but good overall. Plenty of parking as always.

Chicken katsu

Came on a Saturday night about 6:15 with 7 of us. We waited an hour for a table. I get that Sat nights are busy, but the Mgr said he'd throw in some appetizers for our wait but never. Good thing appetizers were $6.04/each (major plus). The view overlooking the harbor is beautiful, but the vibe is more like a bar, from the surf decor to the servers in black tanks & shorts, to the loud music! Live music was great except way too loud. Amplifiers or whatever were louder than the musicians voices which was sad bc they sound so good! Sadder that it was hard to hear each other talk at our table without yelling to each other. Service was slow as you probably guessed with them being busy and seemed short staffed. The food took about the same time as it did to seat us. Altogether we had: Burger - good, charred, but the patty needed seasoning. The fries were really oily, everyone said that at our table. Spicy garlic chicken - pretty good, not too spicy itself but came with jalapeño slices Spring rolls - good, 8 small pieces but $6 remember Chicken katsu - good Loco moco - good Ribeye steak - med rare very tender inside & charred outside. The mash potatoes were too liquidy & didn't taste good Cuban sandwich - very good except the sauce on top throws it off. The owners should really listen to all the negative reviews and keep the sauce on the side! We were double charged for alcohol which took long for the server to correct it. Cashing out took very long period, it seemed like our server was on meal break. The bathroom was clean. Restaurant was clean. They had lots of signs with discount days and deals like kids eat free Sunday 10am - 2pm (may come back for that). Location is easy to find, go all the way right of the Arizona Memorial entrance, restaurant is on the 2nd floor. Throwback: i really loved when it used to be Schooners they had a really good lunch buffet and not loud music. I don't recommend coming on live music nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat) for a nice enjoyable meal or intimate gathering, but good if you like the bar scene. I'll have to check it out not on a live night or during the day sometime.

The place has been bought so a complete renovation with lovely new chairs, tables, couches, even a fire pit! Inside there are TVs abound and a nice full bar with 10 seats and TV. The breakfast menu is pretty darn good and hats off to their chef! It's healthy, delicious, nice portions! We love the $17 fish breakfast with a nice piece of salmon, rice, two eggs and fruit garnish. Perfectly prepared each time! My daughter and I also enjoy the omelette which has choices of meats, veggies so we always get the vegetarian one and boy is it fat and ono! Comes with rice, potatoes or toast. What's also special is their complimentary cornbread per guest - each of us receive our own plate of two squares with butter and jelly. Service is always excellent! You'll be lucky to have either Annie, Nette or Jazlyn - Annie and Nette been there for a long time and made the switch to those newfangled-techie-handheld computers - they take our order with such grace that I'm proud of them lol Jazlyn is very sweet too and takes care of us old folks like we were her own parents. Our 2-year old granddaughter enjoys eating there too and looks forward to seeing Annie, Nette and now Jazlyn! They bring two new crayons and a cute picture of dinosaurs golfing to keep her occupied while us grownups chat. Usually not very busy if you go before the first round of golfers pau. Bathrooms are right around the corner - no stairs to access. Their pro shop is upstairs if you care to check it out. The only thing I wish they had is papaya. They do have a nice little fruit cup for $5 chock full of strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and grapes. They are having an Easter Brunch on April 20 with an extensive buffet (posted pic of menu) for $75 adults, $45 for ages 4-12 and free for kids 3 and under. This is our first time attending so will be back with a review.

Naks Cafe is definitely worth checking out if you're in the Pearl City area and craving a really…read moregood burger. They're located inside the Donquijote Food Court and have ample seating inside as well as outside. I went with the Wagyu burger, fries, and tossed salad, and all three were very tasty. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were salty and crispy on the outside, and the tossed salad was light and the dressing paired perfectly with it. One thing to keep in mind: they make everything fresh to order, so the wait can be a little longer than your typical quick-service spot. I actually think the freshness is worth the extra time, but it's something to be aware of if you're in a hurry. Also tried the Apple Mint Mojito, which was delicious--light, refreshing, and a great complement to the burger. One tip: If you prefer your burger more well-done, definitely let them know when you order. The burger can come out on the rarer/juicier side, so communicate your preferred doneness upfront. Overall, a tasty meal with quality ingredients and a nice made-to-order feel. 5/5 stars and I'd definitely come back.

Finding out it was conveniently located near where I live right by the Pearl City Don Quijote, I put it on my list to visit soon. Right before visiting, I decided to take a look at the Yelp reviews to see what others were enjoying at this establishment. To my surprise, the French toast bites didn't even seem to pop up on anyone's reviews...and if it did on a few of them, it wasn't the greatest reviews. Looking at the reviews and pictures did pique my interest in their hot sandwiches. I ended up getting the Prime French Dip and the Prime Rib & Avocado Pesto Sando. Each came with a freshmix green salad with house-made raspberry vinaigrette. Although this wasn't what I came for initially, I must say that I was extremely impressed by these sandwiches. The prime rib slices had great flavor! I only ate half and saved the rest to eat the next day. Threw it in the air fryer and it came out just as wonderful as the first time I ate it. Impressive! I also got the mango matcha latte. They also have a strawberry matcha latte, but I've had that at so many other places that I thought I'd try something different. It was good, but don't think I'd get it again. While their actual business is a very small space, you can eat your food in the dining room just outside their door that is shared with the Don Quijote food court. Lots of space to wait for your food and dine in there. Prices are a little high here, but I guess that's kind of expected everywhere nowadays. There is a reward program if you type in your phone number. With the two sandwiches and two drinks that we purchased, they said we could get a mini The NAKs (the French toast bites I had mentioned previously) on our next visit. That's pretty cool!

Don't eat here often but we enjoy it when we do. Today was exceptional. 20 minute wait (it was…read moreSaturday at 11am so expected). I asked how long a wait and was told 20 minutes. (There were a LOT of people waiting!) Lady calling out names as tables were ready really seemed to enjoy her job. Her intonation was pleasant to listen to, and she was easy to understand, nice and loud. Names were being called out at a good pace so tables were clearing quickly. Guess the breakfast/brunch folks were all leaving around that time. Just under 20 minutes my name was called and as soon as we entered the door from waiting on a bench outside there was a hostess ready to seat us. After seating us she asked about drinks and very quickly brought hubby's Dr. Pepper and my Coke Zero (no ice). Mine had a lemon in it, which turns out to be the signal it's a Coke Zero. Added nice flavor, too. She said our server would be right with us, and we had just enough time to scan the menu then our server Alicia came to our table. We ordered immediately and our food came in record time. Hubby's pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon, no butter had tall fluffy pancakes, and no butter. (Some places forget, but not here.) My Salmon Benedict came with eggs poached perfectly, yolks runny, as it should be. I ordered my hash browns "crispy" and they were perfectly crisp on both sides. (Not every place crisps hash browns on both sides...) Alicia came at just the right time to check on us and ask if I wanted my soda refilled. She looked at it and asked if it was a Coke Zero, so the lemon must be the signal. She was very busy (it was bustling inside) but managed to stop by at all the right times. Friendly but no chit chat since it was super busy, very efficient, which was perfect for us. She came by just when we were done and asked if I needed a box for my food, and we asked if we could order a slice of pie to go. Hubby wanted the fresh strawberry pie which is in season. She suggested the strawberry tart, which suited him just fine. I asked if they still had fresh peach pie and she again suggested the tart. Alicia brought our 2 tarts in a paper bag and said she included forks and napkins. She had given me a paper bag for my Benedict but I wanted to help the environment and we were trying to fit it with the tarts. She was eagle eyed and called out to us that she would bring another bag. We explained we just wanted to not waste a bag and showed her the unopened one she had brought with my box. She was amazing. Looking forward to the next time we visit. Hope we get her as our server again. Got home and while the tarts are for dessert tonight, I wanted to enjoy the freshness of the tart crust so I snuck a piece. The crust was so good! And the fresh peaches were great, too. Always better than canned. The yards are really almost like a slice and a half of pie and and neater than taking home a slice, so it's a good deal. Pies are expensive because making pie crusts takes time, so getting extra crust in a tart is great. Hope our next visit goes as well as today's. Thinking of getting the chicken pot pie next time!

6/11/26 Stopped by to pick up some pie. Had not been here in years but it was always the go-to…read moreplace whenever you wanted pie because they had such a huge selection to choose from. Not so much anymore, especially since covid. And, they only carry certain pies daily and add more selection on the weekends. Customer service was still spot on. When I approached the pie area, I was greeted by a warm and friendly gal. I was only buying 2 slices of pie - banana cream and macadamia nut cream. I was told that the macadamia nut cream pie was only made on the weekends. Ok, I asked if I can still be it by the slice on the weekend and she told me that it is only sold whole. That was a big disappointment because that was my favorite pie there but did not want to get a whole pie. They did have the banana cream and I was able to get by the slice. I ended up getting a slice of custard pie for my 2nd choice. The gal did show me the sign by the register of what pies are available for slice for that day, which wasn't a lot. Both pies tasted ok, nothing special. The banana cream had a few slices of real banana, which was nice. The pie crust was on the thick side and tasted pretty dry. It wasn't the best banana cream pie I've had .The custard pie was meh, didn't have a real good custardy taste and the crust was the same as the banana cream. Overall, the customer service was good and I probably will go elsewhere for pies.
