We were really excited to try this place on our trip to Oahu because we saw social media posts about it. Out of the 6 days we were here on the island, this was the worst place we had for food. We ordered the firecracker chicken and steak combo with upgraded adobo rice for takeout. They forgot the steak and the chicken itself was so tough and stringy that some of it has the texture of beef jerky. Taste was okay. We were really disappointed especially because we were so excited and also drove out of the way for 40 minutes. That already felt kind of crazy to me -- it's the first time I've ever seen a take-out place charge for a plastic fork. Sometimes it's cut thinly and tender enough, other times it's really chewy (borderline inedible), or in thick slices.
