Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Located near Arizona Memorial, this place is a cool spot. Made a reservation here via Yelp. Lot was pretty full for an NFL Sunday but there was no wait and tables were not all full. My party ordered a bunch of food to share but I was craving a hamburger steak, which I was very pleased with. The "mini" serving size was perfect for me. Other items we ordered were kalua nachos, calamari, fish and chips. These were all perfect for sharing. We also got a bottle for mimosas to share and ordered all 3 juices. This restaurant is completely outdoors. It was humid on the day that we went. Thankfully food and drinks were so good that I was distracted by how hot it was. I was sweating while sitting at my table because of the heat. The view from the restaurant is amazing though. Servers were extremely friendly. I can tell that our server was new but we gave him grace. I know he was trying his best. Overall, I recommend trying this place, especially after long morning at the Swap Meet or at Arizona Memorial.
A great spot for food, drinks, and ocean views! My former colleagues and I like to get together at 604, and it's always a great choice. They have plenty of parking, excellent service, good food, and beautiful ocean views. But the real star of the show is the signature Bloody Mary! It comes with a cocktail shrimp, a BBQ beef skewer, and a smorgasbord of pickled vegetables. Honestly, it's practically a meal on its own, and it's the best thing on the menu! Come try it now! Great service, delicious food, amazing Bloody Marys, and ocean views make 604 a perfect place to meet up.
Neat little place! Very humid indoors because it's open so if you're not used to the weather here it's a lot! It's a beautiful view overlooking the marina and all the sail boats! Food was delicious! Service was excellent! Glad we visited!
Staying in the area and looking for a good place to eat. This one came up with good reviews and took reservations. It was Friday night at 6:30 and pretty busy. There was a band playing, which made it loud. The restaurant is on the second floor and we were sat next to the open rooftop overlooking the harbor. It was a fantastic view. The service was great and the food delicious. Glad we decided not to head into Waikiki for dinner and came here instead!
Say for the longest time ever, waiting n pretty much stared at ny waitress to get her attention but nope she's too busy talking to her colleague... Asked another server but she busted it off and said she will get our waitress for us... she kept talking n nothing happened till 10 mins after... If you are so busy serving the bar customers maybe remain there and not take other tables... another waitress ended up-taking our order as i resting birch face out... Who brings u ur food and comes back in 2 secs just to ask " hows the food looking". The " famous clam chowder" over advertisement!!! I had 2 pcs of clams in my "cup". The mahi mahi was my fav. Cooked to the right texture...but the seasoning for the fish could of used a bit of salt. The fish n chip.... I like how its not the typical cod... but it tastes like defrost, refried fish...
My mom's friend recommended Restaurant 604 so we made a reservation online for 7/21/2026. I saw the ube colada on Yelp but didn't see it on the menu. When the waitress came to take our drink orders, I asked if it was available. She said yes and that they're phasing it out. As an ube lover, I was happy it was still available so of course I ordered it. Though I've never had an ube colada and don't have a point of comparison, R604's version was tasty and I loved the toasted marshmallow. For our entrees, we had the sesame poke, mahi mahi, and clam chowder. I love poke and was excited to try it in HI for the first time! While the portion was generous and the fish was fresh, I can't say it was the best poke I've had. Honestly, I've had better in CA and (surprisingly) MN. I tried both my mom's clam chowder and mahi - good but not amazing. Though we were seated right away and our waitress was friendly, the service itself leaves something to be desired. We waited a long time for the check and we got another patron's card by mistake. To their credit, they called my mom to let her know they had her card and put it in their safe until we could pick it up tomorrow. However, we were in the uber so we're unable to head back. The restaurant itself was noisy, which made having a conversation difficult. Glad we tried it but wouldn't return.
Restaurant 604 | Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam | Island of Oahu Misoyaki Butterfish! What do you want to eat? Misoyaki Butterfish! What do you want to order? Misoyaki Butterfish! What are you ono for? Misoyaki Butterfish! So, I guess whenever I hear the numbers "604", this is the first thing I hear my tummy say: Misoyaki Butterfish! Lol. I've been coming to this area for many years. I used to party with my UH Tsai-ko Football Fan friends back when Colt Brennan was the UH QB and for many years afterward, until COVID took over our lives and the stadium eventually moved to the UH Ching Athletic Field at the Manoa Campus. Curiously, despite using the first-floor restrooms many a time before games -- the restrooms used by military personnel who use the cabanas outside in the adjacent park -- I never once thought to come upstairs to dine at the restaurant. That is, until Mel B. held an informative Yelp event downstairs, reserving the entire section, and I finally got to taste the yummilicious selections here. Since then, I've come for UH football parties, organizational meetings and after-meeting get-togethers and dinners, and dinners with UH football fan friends, Yelp friends, work friends, and friend friends. And you know what? It's always been a good time. The restaurant dining area is upstairs on the second floor. On the mountain side is a substantial bar with seating all around its perimeter. You can sit along the ocean-side edge of the restaurant if you want a naturally spectacular ocean view, at one of the many dining tables of different heights throughout the restaurant, at the bar, or at my fav -- the high-top tables at the opposite end from the bar and off to the side near the stage. My favorite seating arrangement for a small group of two is along the open view wall overlooking the ocean. With a larger group, I like the elevated high-top tables. You can easily have a conversation if your group fits around one of the round tables or you don't mind talking across the short way of the long high-top tables. If you're planning an organizational meeting, however, you'll probably want to schedule it earlier, before the music starts playing and the dinner crowd begins filling the dining area. Popular hip-hop and '80s-'90s music can add quite a bit to the noise level later in the day, and they also have live music at times. The only meetings this place probably won't work well for are ultra-quiet meetings, Zoom meetings, and meetings needing props and a whiteboard. Lol. You can make reservations, but when you call, you'll reach a recorded voicemail and they'll call you back. It's best to call well ahead of time to ensure you have ample time to connect with the restaurant reservationists and get your arrangements squared away. The restaurant restrooms are upstairs near the bar along the opposite corner. There are staircases on either side of the building leading to the second floor, but you'll probably want to walk up the side opposite the bar. Facing the building from the parking lot, take the staircase on the left. Either staircase will lead you upstairs, but depending on which one you use, you might have to walk across the dining area to reach the front reception desk. Dining here is not quiet, but it isn't obnoxiously loud. There are usually tons of ppl dining, sitting, talking, enjoying their time. There's still ample space to walk around easily, especially going to the restroom. The menu features a variety of local Eurasian cuisine, from appetizers to full meals. You'll find popular appetizers like nachos or fries with toppings, fried calamari rings, ahi poke, popcorn chicken, coconut shrimp, spinach artichoke dip, many breakfast selections, sea items including fish & chips, and land items. Note that there is also a pretty famous Bloody Mary on the menu that used to come loaded with all kinds of amazing veggies-fruits, large shrimp, etc. Over the years, that enormous pile of garnishes has become diminutized, and no longer the huge fluffy production it once was. Too bad I never tried it in its heyday. Shucks. My favorite apps are the calamari, poke with chips, coconut shrimp, and spinach artichoke dip. But we all know why I'm really here. MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! My favorite meal is the misoyaki butterfish, which is served on a pile of sautéed fresh local veggies with a large scoop of yummy white rice. The fish has that familiar, delicious butterfish taste I love, while the sautéed veggies and rice add their own flair and complement the fish nicely. My only complaint? They should add another scoop of rice. Not just one! :D As you can tell, my tummy can only focus on one thing! MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! What did my tummy say? MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! What does Jules Y. love to eat here? MISOYAKI BUTTERFISH! That's right! Whatever you choose, with so many different selections, you can be sure to find a fav of your own. YUM YUM to the 604! :D
I've been here many times and love that it's easy to park and get a quick lunch in the middle of the work day. It's great to be able to sit outside but covered from any rain too. The food is delicious, I had a mini chicken katsu this time and was just enough. Food came out quickly so I could be on my way for my next meeting for work!
Restaurant 604 offers a prime waterfront location with plenty of parking and a lively atmosphere. We had a 5 p.m. reservation for a party of eight and were seated promptly once more than half of our group had arrived, which appears to be their policy for larger parties. Finding parking was easy thanks to their spacious lot, and we were lucky enough to even grab spots near the entrance. The ambiance feels very sports bar-esque, the vibe reminded me a lot of Mai Tai's but with waterfront seating. It's the kind of place that feels geared more toward kicking back with drinks and friends than having a memorable dining experience. The food photographs better than it eats. Presentation was attractive and several dishes looked promising when they arrived at the table, but the flavors never quite matched the visual appeal. Everything was decent enough, yet there wasn't a single dish that made me want to order it again. Our party ordered a variety of dishes, and the total bill came out to about $265 including tip. What really disappointed me was learning that the fish isn't local. My partner is an avid fisherman and asked what fish was being used in the fish and chips. We were told it was swai, which is imported from Southeast Asia and typically served frozen. For a waterfront restaurant in Hawaii that leans into local-style cuisine, that was a letdown. I also ordered the miso butterfish, which happens to be one of my favorite fish dishes. While the preparation itself was decent, I'm fairly certain what I was served was not butterfish. It tasted more like a generic white fish and lacked the rich, buttery texture and flavor that make butterfish so distinctive. Service was also fairly efficient throughout the meal, with the first round of dishes arriving about 30 minutes after we were seated and the remaining meals following shortly after. Overall, I'd recommend Restaurant 604 more for drinks than for dining. The happy hour appears to be a strong draw, and I can absolutely see this being a fun place to meet up with friends, enjoy a few cocktails, watch a game, and take in the waterfront views. If you enjoy the vibe of Mai Tai's, you'll probably enjoy spending time here. However, if you're specifically looking for standout food or fresh local seafood, there are better options elsewhere on the island.
We happened to find this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. However, perhaps because the staff were prejudiced against us for being Japanese, our food took far longer to arrive than that of customers who ordered after us. It clearly felt like discrimination. Regardless of race or nationality, every customer deserves to be treated equally and with respect. A business cannot expect customers to return if it makes no effort to provide fair service. The staff member who caused us such discomfort and disregarded our basic dignity should be deeply ashamed. And to make matters worse, the food wasn't even good.
We went to 604 for my cousin's birthday. It was nice to see Kaipo Kapua performing for the evening Sunset dinner. I ordered the taco karaoke and the $6 clams. I also ordered a plantation iced tea. The rest of the table ordered things like the spinach artichoke dip and the prime rib pupus. The wait time was a little longer given it was a busy night but overall the customer service was on point. They knew things were running behind and they did their best to communicate and always keep us in the loop of things. It was nice to be there since I haven't been there in a while. The parking is generous and if you get there just in time you can catch a glimpse of the sunset and the best music from local artists.
Im a local and didn't even know about this place (I know embarrassing) but oh man were they busy! Very spacious restaurant with plentiful tables. We made a reservation and still had to wait additional 15mins to get to our table! I felt bad for the families that walked up to be on the waitlist, sorry for the wait! Menu looked very appealing and I wanted to order everything! FOOD: Loco Moco was very savory and really matched my palate, one of the better loco mocos i've had around the island Chili Tofu is on the 604 all items menu which means $6.04 for this, came out cold which is normal and came packing a punch with umami! I love kimchi, Taegu and tofu, literally this dish was made for me Mini Kalua Pork Nachos was alright. Most disappointing item of the 3 I ordered. Chips were already soggy when landed on the table. Pork was kinda chunky and hard instead of pull apart soft. Cheese sauce really threw me off, tastes plasticy and did not need to be on there, they should've subbed it with shredded cheese melted on top instead of that sauce. Service is also great! From the host to the server to the bidder and managers! they were all so friendly and professional! I felt taken care of which is exactly they do right! Highly recommend coming here for good value and good service! Avoid the Kalua Nachos tho P.S. Make reservations ahead of time, and parking is ample but can be packed so arrive timely. TERRIBLE SERVICE! We should be reimbursed our gratuity and let me tell you why... We had a table of 30 people, they gave away our extra table so when our remaining 5 people came in, guess what they didn't have a place to sit after they TOLD us that we could use that table for our people who were still arriving... And then, she took half of our people's orders, and then took another table's orders... meanwhile we sat there for an hour!!! And half of our table got their food and we STILL HAD NOT EVEN ORDERED YET... She literally was like oh, I'm getting group gratuity so I don't have to give them good service! But I'm going to take care of my individual tables so I can get tips from them! This place is ridiculous. I should have said something about this waitress when I was there but honestly I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. She's lucky she got gratuity cause I wouldn't have tipped her at all which is rare for me as a prior waitress myself, I always tip! As far as food, I got the teriyaki salmon and it was delicious, kind of salty but good overall. Plenty of parking as always.

Great restaurant with a great view! We came for dinner so we could see the sunset. If you're coming around that time, definitely make reservations, unless you plan on sitting at the bar. We ordered the ahi katsu and the fish tacos. Ahi Katsu was amazing and I loved the hint of wasabi in the katsu sauce. The fish tacos were also yummy but the chips and salsa it came with was pretty bland. The prices were pretty reasonable too and the restaurant had ample parking available. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to eat and don't want to drive into town! read more

Last night we came here by recommendation, and all I can say is, is I can't wait to come back here if we ever come back to the island! This is something that stands out , from the amazing view, great food selection, fast and attentive staff! It's a lively atmosphere the moment you come in, to the moment you leave. I love coming here and taking in the view bartenders always friendly and the service kitchen works hard to get food out quickly. Try the famous Bloody Mary. Recently discovered the 6.04 menu prices and will be back to finish the drink menu! Tried the eggrolls and they hit the spot. read more

Restaurant 604 is one of our family's go to! We enjoy a variety of their appetizers such as the calamari and kalua pig nachos. I also like their spinach artichoke dip! I can honestly just eat their appetizers when I go there and be satisfied haha. For my recent visit, I ordered the braised Asian style boneless short ribs as my entree and it was pretty good. The meat was tender, the gravy was nice and savory and you can't go wrong with mashed potatoes. I didn't care for the side of sautéed vegetables since I'm not a fan of red bell peppers. I do wish though that the portion was bigger, especially for being over $30. Overall, I do really like this place but more for their appetizers. Their entrees are good but expensive for the portion you get. This place does get really busy so come early to avoid a long wait time! read more

Love the food here whether it's appetizers or the entrees but if I'm being honest skip the appetizers and get the entree because the appetizers get me full , love this place and was served by Katherine last time I went, wonderful service greeted us with a smile and amazing service time after time I'm always impressed about the friendly customer service and the food here, the ambiance of this place is amazing too can't go wrong for a meal after work or a date night out 604 is the spot. read more

3.5 stars The rice was a little crispy at the edges but soft on the inside, almost as if it was scraped from the bottom of the pot. Other than that, the food was ok. Service was spot on being that we were there early. It got very crowded later. Looks like many of the tourists came in for lunch after visiting the Arizona or Missouri. The parking needs improvement. The markings are almost nonexistent. Many vehicles were parked too deep or shallow into the stalls, leading the the roadway being very narrow. read more
When we were tried to get into a restaurant in Ewa that had no available space accept the bar we looked for another choice a decided to try this place. Called ahead to reserve a table for two. Had never been to this location for 604 restaurants. We often go to the Waianae location, good place for sunset. The place was pretty busy when we arrived an we were seated at a table by the bar. Which was fine however there were a couple of very exuberant football fans nearby that loud cheers had us jumping. Before server had us setup a table away from bar became open and we requested to move. It was also on the railing overlooking boat harbor which visually beautiful. Which was the highlight of the meal. Like the other 604 it is pretty casual with similar menu items. Although the tables are not as close together as the Pearl Harbor location. We both ordered the Mac nut Mahi-mahi with salad and rice. Which was tasty and large enough portions. We attended a baby shower. We sat outdoors. The food was buffet style and OMG!!! The food was all so tastey!!! The servers were great and helped us manage food allergies. We ate oriental chicken salad, fresh fruit, rice, fried saimin, crispy fried pork, garlic chicken, Chinese-style steamed fish, asian-style boneless braised short ribs. Sooooo goooood!!! Parking was uncovered and plentiful. Lots of tourists park there too, cuz it's right next to Arizona Memorial. read more
Fit us in saying they had a reservation but that they wouldn't be until later, so as long as we were done by 5:30.... The food was delicious! Plenty of seating with a great view of the Ford bridge and water. We tried the Cuban Sandwich this time, I shared the Drunken Nachos with my daughter, and I ordered the brownie dessert again, so my daughter could try it. Delish as always! read more

Don't remember what the dish was called, but it was curried chicken with Thai sauce, optional mac or veggie salad. Opt for their mac salad, which was very light and tasty. The chicken was alright, at least it was not dried. But the Thai sauce was delicious! The restaurant is large, many seatings; however, it gets really packed and busy, so you'll need to be waitlisted. Wait time varies. Backdrop is gorgeous, has a view of the ocean. read more

What a charming and lovely spot hidden away next to Pearl Harbor; Restaurant 604 is a local favorite. The vibes are completely Hawaiian with great music, TVs to watch sports and also a beautiful view of the Harbor. My absolute favorite thing to get here is the ahi poke nachos that come with wonton chips - so ono! They are so delicious and definitely shareable or a big meal on your own. They have other kinds of dishes as well along with breakfast items if you come at the right time, I've had the fish and chips and clam chowder as well - they're decent, but my bet is definitely on the nachos. Cocktails are awesome. I had their version of a spicy lychee margarita but I've also had some Ube cocktails and then they have a fully stocked bar. Service is great. The employees are really cheerful and helpful and work to get you your orders in quickly. There is a nice sized parking lot outside of the restaurant as well as some outdoor seating. Definitely a great spot to check out if you're on that side of the island either after visiting Pearl Harbor or even after shopping at the aloha swap meet. read more

Nice view, great and reasonable priced drinks, mediocre food. Having taken an early morning flight from LAX, we were starving and I just wanted to look for something nearby HNL with good reviews. 604 popped up and without looking at the pictures or reading any of the reviews, I decided this was it. Upon arriving, we were told it was gonna be about 30mins wait. They do have the waiting list on Yelp but since it showed only 1 other party right as we were leaving the airport, I didn't think we needed to add ourselves on the waiting list at the moment. Boys was I wrong. On the bright side, since they're right next to the military marina, we just took a walk around the property to kill some time. They were able to sit us at a table right by the opening so see the marina. It was Sunday, but we just missed the brunch by 30mins, so lunch menu it is. Out of the 3 dishes we order, my husband's burger and fries were the only tasty thing. Both of their calamari appetizer and Mac Nut Mahi were so bland. Even with the dipping sauce for the calamari and the Mac Nut sauce for the fish, they both still need a heaping amount of salt to bring out the flavor. Overall, I would come back here for drinks and the view, but definitely not the food. read more

Please check out this $6.04 breakfast special. Talk about cheap eats and the breathtaking views. Probably one of the top bars on the island, in my honest opinion. I usually sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks while looking at the ocean view. The bartenders always service you with kindness and a smile. read more
This was our random lunch stop during a flight diversion trip to Honolulu. If you're visiting Pearl Harbor and get hungry, this is probably a visit in your future. There were 4 of us, and we were seated quickly. We had a nice view of the harbor, and the outdoor area allows for viewing tropical fish while waiting. Our drinks came quickly, and they were yummy. Even the zero proof cocktails were good. My daughter loved her fish and chips (and so did I), and everyone else enjoyed their food. The menu has options for anyone. They often have live music, and you'll see local birds trying to catch crumbs but they're not intrusive or annoying. All in all, a decent spot for lunch or dinner. read more

Restaurant 604 is a casual bar/eatery with beautiful views of the marina. Service is quick and friendly, and the food was good as well. I ordered the Kalua Nachos and Braised Asian Style Boneless Short Ribs. Both were amazing and left me with no room for dessert. The nachos were plentiful, enough for 4+ people to share and the short rib was tender with creamy yet fluffy mashed potatoes. If you're open to a casual vibe with quality food I recommend this restaurant. It seems they're able to accommodate large parties with notice beforehand. read more

Stopped by 604 Restaurant for a biz mtg and had a great experience overall. The location right by the water can't be beat--beautiful views, especially around sunset, with a relaxed island vibe that makes it a perfect spot to unwind. The food was solid with a nice mix of local favorites and classic comfort dishes. Portions were generous, and everything came out fresh. The furikake fries and poke nachos were standouts, and the fish was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly, though a little on island time--it wasn't rushed, but everyone was welcoming and helpful when it came to recommendations. Prices are what you'd expect for the location, but the view and atmosphere make it well worth it. Great place to bring out-of-town guests or just enjoy a casual meal with friends. I'll definitely be coming back for sunset drinks and pupus. read more

Stopped in not knowing what to expect but the host welcomed us and was extremely accommodating since during their peak lunch hour. Gave us all the option of sitting at the bar or standing on the rail to order food rather than the 1 hr wait time, which he also added us to the wait list. The view over the rail was a perfect background for a chill lunch and we found seats at the bar. The bartender kindly made me the prettiest Bloody Mary I have ever seen! It also tasted fantastic! I ordered the salmon bombs which were excellent, like a tasty flat sushi roll, and the perfect size. Everyone was so nice and the food came out fast and hot! Stopped for lunch after doing the memorial. I got there right when it opened, and im a solo diner, so I was seated right away. The bartender said a lot of people order apps as an entree and that would be a good amount of food for lunch. If ordering to go using their online link, please check your food before leaving. The 604 burger comes with onions, so I ordered extra onions (.50) and yet... not a single onion was found. Also, the burger comes with 2 pieces of bacon, only 1 piece was added. I added 20% tip... so not sure why this happened. The food is good but the service is disappointing... read more

Had some good drinks and average food at this bar and grill close to Pearl Harbor. It sounds like a weird location to have fun, but it is. Restaurant 604 is known for having all day happy hours if they can call it that though. Anyway prices still aren't cheap. They're not like totally ripoff though so that's one good thing about it at least. Came in the afternoon because we were thirsty and hungry after walking around. It's just north of Pearl Harbor after walking past the one bridge. This is the closest place to eat so this is where we went. Beers and cocktails are the best things, while food seems to be an afterthought. It's $12 for the Liliko'i Bangah. This is a margarita made with agave, Dobel tequila, Li Hing Mui rum, lime sour, passion fruit puree, and triple sec. It's about $8 for appetizers. We got the Garlic Fries. Basic stuff that has a little garlic flavor but again pretty basic. The rest of the menu includes things like seafood. Great place to go after Pearl Harbor because it's the closest place to go. It's located past the Ford Island Bridge a quick walk from there. There's not a whole lot of stuff for vegetarians. read more
