It was exactly what I needed for the space, so splurged a bit. I had a relative meet the delivery team 6 weeks later, and one door on the cabinet wasn't sliding perfectly. He worked on it 30 minutes but ultimately could not get it to be up to the standard of the model in the store. Within one week, they had a replacement delivered. They were very communicative about delivery times and gave a 1 hour window so we didn't spend half a day waiting around. I agree with some other reviewers that the in-store staff aren't overly warm, but I have always been welcomed with a hello and they were more than helpful when I have asked for assistance. I honestly prefer this shopping experience. Most times, I just want to browse on my own and not interact with staff beyond hello/good-bye.

The store could use a little more inventory, but the styling of the shop and craftsmanship of the items that the owner procures are very nice. Not local stuff but unique international artisan wares- Italian glassware, Portuguese linens, handcrafted candles, and many other beautiful contemporary things.
