They smell very artificial to me and give me such a headache. When I walked into this beautiful candle shop today, my first question was are they environment friendly and they told me the ingredients and I thought yes, finally! I did not have time to make my own candle today so I bought what was on the shelves. I got mint leaf, windows down, and Bora Bora. I have Windows down burning right now in my enclosed patio and it smells like evening air! The Bora Bora, which smells like coastal tropical orange is burning in my dining room and smells so so good. I am so impressed with the scent these candles give, and how real and pure they smell. I can't wait to go back into this candle shop and mix my own.

Plant shops and crystal shops. Both are 100% my jam and I'm pleased to say that this shop is a hidden gem in every sense of the word... no pun intended but it's clear as day. It's tucked away a bit in a small corner of Westerville but it isn't hard to find. There's parking out front and they're currently only open Monday through Friday. The owner Amanda is so sweet and their space is truly a breath of fresh air. The vibrant colors just put off a feeling of happiness and I could honestly spend hours there. I'm kicking myself for not picking up a rainbow maker window cling but I did find several things I just had to get. A carnelian bracelet and a beautiful chunk of angel aura quartz. Out of all the cool crystal stores I've visited, this was the first time I laid my eyes on that type of quartz and I just had to make it mine. It's known to help with stress relief, balancing your chakras, and awakens empathy, enhances creativity, and more. I already had a giant tumbled carnelian stone but after learning it's supposed to bring love and prosperity to your life and I decided I needed to be able to bring this with me anywhere I go. I can't wait to get back there for a rainbow maker and I've already told all my friends about this place. I have to bring my niece here soon, she would die (in a good way).

The shop owner said today's open house had been so great for her candle sales that she passed the 250 mark! I enjoyed the atmosphere and even caught this sweet Customer finding the perfect book. In fact, it practically jumped out at her! Two rooms filled with soaps and candles (and other items) they make themselves. Sometimes they're working when you walk in, which is cool to watch- and to smell. And the scent drifts outside, making it fun even just to walk past. Staff (owners I assume, plus maybe a couple of others) are always friendly and helpful. There are many different scent options, and product options. They change up a bit each season, so worth stopping back every few months.
