I used this company a few weeks ago because my deadbolt got stuck in the lock; In the morning when I tried to unlock it , the lever just went south and the deadbolt would not release ! I couldn't get out my front door ! I called Resc-U Locksmith and they gave me a time frame between 10 and 11 am and the Max was here at 11 ! He was very courteous and tried to remove the deadbolt but it wouldn't budge; He was very honest and proceeded to tell me he had not dealt with this kind of situation before. He called his boss showed him what was happening on his phone and between the two of them-problem was solved !!!!! He installed a new deadbolt etc. and the price was very fair and reasonable ! Max turned an awful situation into something that will go down in family folklore! We accidentally locked ourselves out of a friend's house we were borrowing. We locked the door THAT MUST NEVER BE LOCKED!!!! This is the most efficient business I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. Losing my last set of car keys late evening this past SUNDAY for my 2012 Kia Sportage, I knew the next step was going to be costly as I figured I'd have to purchase an expensive new key fob:( I searched the web anticipating most places being closed but the first one that popped up "Resu-Locksmith" said available 24 hours!!!! To my relief considering I had work early the next day and didn't want to drag my Monday morning out waiting for someone to bring me a new key and program it to my car so I can make it to work on time. I was disheartened when no one answered but I left a message anyways still assuming no one would probably call back late on a Sunday... to my astonishment I got a call back not even 10 minutes later from a woman named "Belle", I gave her all my information and she quoted me a more than fair price; I thought it was going to be much more... she said someone would be to me in 45 minutes... 30 minutes later "Belle" pulled up to my house and greeted me outside with a smile. I apologized multiple times for bringing her out so late and she just smiled and said "It's okay, things happen and it's my pleasure!!" I called and had the locksmith, David, at my house within 20 minutes! It was an amazing process and I'm so glad I believed the Yelp reviews for this company. I had bought several keys for our desert house and none of them worked. David fixed all of the locks so that every key now works easily... and then I sent him over to our La Quinta condo and he did the same thing. He even went over to the condo, fixed the lock and then came back to Indio to return my keys along with color coded key fobs. They came to the house one day after we contacted them and changed all of the locks in about four hours. I guess my expectations are way too high or I was just a weird exception. Scheduling was good and they were able to schedule me for the day I needed. The day of was issue after issue. I was for between 10 and 11 am. The tech called me at 9:30 am when I was in the middle of helping one of my kids so I did not get to the phone and no one left a message (so at the time I didn't know it was the locksmith). At 10:30 am he called again and I was able to answer. He said he would be there between and 11:30 am and 12 noon. I asked why he wasn't sticking to our time of between 10 and 11 to which he replied it was my fault for not answering the phone at 9:30am. Ok? So I wasn't told I needed to answer my phone to ensure someone would be there for the SCHEDULED appointment and now I'm having a rude technician tell me it's my fault. I told him no, that definitely wouldn't work and he said he would call the office and hung up on me. I called the office about 5 minutes later and he had called in. The girl then tried to tell me they were just backed up and would send a different tech out who would be calling me shortly. I told her I did not want the same tech and she was fine. Ok, great. 45 minutes later there was no call or update. So I packed up my kids, got in the car, called them and let them know their services were no longer needed. 5 minutes later the SAME tech called and said he was on his way (it's now 11:30 am and this house is empty. So I have two kids under 3 in a home with nothing that I waited for this locksmith for...). I told him his services were no longer needed and to have a nice day. Haven't heard a thing since. I called Keystone Security and setup a 2:30pm appointment for the same day. Mark was pleasant and arrived on time. Keystone Security will be my go to for anything locks related. read more

Helped a friend who has a big house in Rancho La Quinta Country Club. The guest house locking mechanism had been sticking for a few years and finally became inoperable. It's late summer/early fall here, so she's not here for the season yet. She asked if I had a locksmith I could recommend and perhaps meet at the property. Was happy to do it. I'm big on reviews out there in cyberspace as good people like you are kind enough to post your thoughts and it is very helpful! Resc-U Locksmith had outstanding reviews and now I see why. I called after hours and someone answered right away. I asked some specifics and she gave me all the info I needed. The next day I called again and set up an appointment. Next thing I know the phone rings and it's "David." David is an extremely nice and positive young man. We set an appointment and I asked him to call me about 1/2 hour before coming. He not only said he'd be happy to do that, but actually called me earlier to see if I wanted to bump up the appointment by a few hours. I did. He was right on time. He worked for almost an hour on the lock to get it to finally work without having to replace the entire mechanism. We had a really nice chat. He's an exceptional young man who is hard-working, very polite, and mature beyond his years. I hear the owner of the company is the same way.
