Republic Pi - Pizza Near Me - Spokane, Washington

I'm an east coaster so pizza in the west is difficult... That said, this is the best high end pizza in town. Worth the 45 minute wait on a Wednesday night. Folks are friendly and staff are great. Other places are also good but far away = cold on arrival. So in the Manito 'hood - this is really handy. Walk if u can - There is never parking....thanks!!! read more

This place had great pizza and service! It's obvious the ingredients are fresh. They deserved 5 stars so I'll give it to them but my heart hurts that they DO NOT HAVE RANCH. read more

I came here for a lunch meeting and all four of us really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. You walk in and immediately get that feeling that just maybe this place is cooler than you are. Lots of natural wood and metal accents, with a toss-in of some marble for a little extra juxtaposition. They have a special lunch menu where you can get any of their pizzas as an individual size and add a side salad if you want. If you want to order from their regular menu, though, they bring that one to the table, as well. The lunch size pizza portion is just right. It's a good deal. I love the Fairview pizza from Flying Goat and Republic Pi has added it to their menu now, so I of course ordered that. Most of their pizza choices are unique to them but mixed in with a couple of the Goat favorites. They also have a few lunch sandwiches that aren't on the regular menu, including the muffuletta which you shouldn't miss! My coworker ordered this and I had to steal a bite for the sake of the review, obviously. It's an Italian sandwich that uses their pizza crust as the bread. I love their thinner style, slightly charred crust and I love the flavor mixtures in that sandwich so it was a great combo. It could use more of everything in the sandwich so that its heftier, but the flavor didn't disappoint at all. Another coworker of mine ordered the Wilson pizza. Don't worry, I stole a bite of theirs too. For the sake of the review... Not bad, just not my favorite. It was a little bland compared to their other pizzas. Then I came her again and had their BBQ pork sandwich. The flavor was intense in a good way, but because it is such a rich, sweet bbq flavor I couldn't finish it all. Kind of like dessert, you know, where you want to keep eating but it's just too rich for one sitting. The first time I came here it was about 2 weeks after opening and I was sorely disappointed because I was comparing them to their counterpart Flying Goat, which I love, and it paled in comparison. I am happy I finally gave them another shot, though! They have made me a believer after the next few times I've been and I will be returning soon to try another new pizza flavor. read more

Came in late about 1030pm hungry. Just got into town and wanted to grab a quick bite before going to sleep. Looking over the menu, they had some amazing sounding combinations! I settled on one with brussel sprouts and prosciutto I believe it was, with a garlic white sauce. I took the pizza to go, which is a big No-No for the thin-crust Napoleon style. You should usually eat those fresh right out of the oven, but my son was asleep in the car. After we got to our place, I took my first bite and it was still pretty amazing! The brussel sprouts have been fried, and although a little greasy, they had an amazing crunch to them. I don't think I've ever had brussel sprouts like that, but it was pretty similar to a fresh kale chip. No bitterness at all! The sauce was very light with the perfect amount of flavor. I don't remember much, but I know I scarfed down five slices of it in a few minutes Kama it was that good! Coming from the Seattle area, there are tons of restaurants out here , each competing with the next I would say Republic pi has got to be one of the top places I've had pizza and only wish we had one over here! read more

Great experience! One of our best meals in Spokane, the pizza is amazing! Our server was helpful kind and super fast. Ideal place to bring the family. read more

We had a great service experience here. We placed a pickup order through Grubhub (big mistake lol) that got eaten by Grubhub's system. Republic's front of house comped us our sandwiches and salad and threw in a couple of discount cards for next time. We'll definitely be back. And I know it's not necessarily why you go to a pizza place, but their fries are A+. read more

Great thin crust pizzas with amazing toppings. Large selection of beers, salads and sandwiches.

Everything here is fantastic! Service is always great and the food is always fresh and delicious. Recommendations: Appetizers: Pi Bites, Montrose Dumplings Salad: Qualchan Caesar Salad Pizza: Waikiki, Wilson, Dalton (AMAZING!), Republic read more

Best thin crust pizza I've had in Spokane, plus an excellent beer selection. My favorite is the 30th off Grand pizza and the Liberty Salad. Always friendly and great service. read more

Pizza is awesome, but they do a poor job of handling high volume times. Got take out last night, and instead of the 25 minutes I was originally promised, it took about 45-50 minutes for my order of one pizza. I'll be back, but not when it's busy. read more

Went here Friday with friends. We sat out at the patio and ordered the Pi bites, and two pizzas. Pi bites were out of this world, pizza was good, and service fantastic. Looking at the menu his would be the perfect place to order a bunch of appetizers. There were so many I wanted to try. My husband loves beer, so the large selection was fantastic. We still think the Flying Goat is where it's at. But will definitely be back read more

Would never waste my money here again, if there was a no star option they would get it, horrible service. We waited 20 min to get our servers attention. When we did our appetizer got forgot on the service table we went and got it , salad forgot, beer forgot, many ingredients on our pizza forgot and pizza was black burnt never again read more

The cheap beers you'd find on draft in a dive bar were surprisingly expensive here. Not cute. No one should pay $5 for PBR.. That's a joke! But, the pizzas and salads were great! The waitstaff is very attentive. I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 16. We were elbow to elbow at a large table. It was cozy, but no worries at all. The restaurant takes one large group at a time, so there's not too much crazy going on at once.. Will be back again, Thanks Republic Pi! (One of my table mates made a comment that you should include some PIE on the menu... we didn't see any desserts! read more

Great thin crust "charred" pizza and great beers on tap.

Good pizza. But so slow. Waited an hour for our pizza and getting the bill takes forever. Our party wanted to pay some together and some separate but the lady couldn't figure out how to do the bill. read more

Don't even get me started. This place is my JAM. Beers: ALWAYS good. Pizza: amazeballs. The sausage, egg, argula is soooo good. Apps: unique and filling. Salads: mindblowing. Wine: tasty. Cocktails: solid. Ambiance is perfect and waitstaff is cool. Just go read more

Fantastic Pizza from here! We have had nothing but great pizza and beer here. Usually we get the Wai-kiki and the Dalton. When we had friends visiting from CA they were hesitant to try the Dalton w/ BBQ pulled pork and coleslaw but after the first bite my two buddies finished the entire pizza. The Pi-bites and cheese sauce is super addictive as well. They have a really good deal on Tuesdays. We also have taken our office team here a few times, and ordered pizzas for pickup. Every time we have visited our orders have been correct, service has been exceptional, and the quality of the pizza is excellent. read more

Favorite pizza place. Same owner as the flying goat but I like it better because there's a shorter wait and faster service. Get the lacrosse it's my favorite you won't be disappointed read more

Wings... best in town that we have found. Pizza is wood fired which is always a plus. Brussel sprouts are delicious. Service is always good they seem to hire good servers that are friendly and knowledgeable. The music they play is awful, loud and depressing but the wings are worth it. read more

Right in our neighborhood and a favorite place to eat. I love the Cobb salad. If I may suggest, have it without the palmetto olives. I also enjoy the various pizzas. The kids often order a pepperoni and I steal a slice. They also have a fun drink selection, great beers on tap and cider I guess. Enough with the cider everyone! They used to do carry out but last I checked they close that down at 5pm. Definitely grab lunch or dinner here if you live in the hood or just wish you did. read more

The Wild Ride app brought us here. We've been talking about coming here for a long time. Had a couple of great craft beers and their Sacajawea Chips. Bry was our server & was extremely nice. We told her about the Wild Ride app & she was excited to try it too. (We thought it was great that we (baby boomers) knew about something techie that a millennial didn't!) We will be back to try their pi. read more

Pizza was delicious but it took quite a while to get our food. I'd give it 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 30+ mins to get served. I'll be back though! read more

Delicious pizza! The staff has been nice every time we've been, but just be prepared to wait a bit if it's busy. Grab some apps and a drink and you'll be all set ;) read more

Not a fan. Was not impressed with my meal at all. Definitely would need some improvements before I would return. Food would truly get 1 star but I'm giving 2 because I thought at least the service was fine. read more

We love this place!! We patronize them once a week. Love their pizzas and the buffalo wings with the gorgonzola dip are amazing! Had the deep fried avacoda, just ok but fun trying it. Great atmosphere and always good service. Our local go to. read more

Solid place to grab delicious pizza and cold beers on the hill! Lunch is usually a little quieter, which we love.

Pretty good pizza, but small and very slim on the toppings. I don't think they have a pizza there that weighs more than a pound including the box haha. Seriously the 2 times I tried it I got my pizza box and swore it was empty. Got their brussel sprout pizza and it prolly had half a brussel sprout on it. The grand wasn't much more grand. Tasty pizzas but even for $10/per on tuesday it's not worth it. I think they use a bought crust? Not sure. it's fine, but considering they're thin crust and so light on toppings I'd expect a knockout crust. read more

My husband and I spent the day moving so we thought we would grab a pizza to go and have a beer while waiting for it to be cooked. We walked in, were rudely greeted, and were told we would have to sit outside while waiting. We ordered our pizza told the hostess we would sit and wait for it. We sat outside for about 5 minutes and because we were cold, we asked if we could sit inside as there were many available seats by the door. Suddenly, we were told that sitting by the door was what most people usually do while waiting. I am not sure why we weren't told that when we first arrived. After waiting over 45 minutes for the pizza, my husband checked on our pizza. The hostess immediately grabbed a box that had been sitting under the warmer for 15 minutes. When asked why she didn't tell us it was ready she said she didn't realize it was ours. We were the only people waiting for a pizza! She apologized and offered to have the kitchen make us another one. We declined as we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. When we got home, it's no surprise that our pizza was cold. I am not sure how we would rate the food but the woman at the reception area was rude, uninterested in giving good service, and made us feel unwelcome. I wish I hadn't left a tip when we ordered. read more

save your money. order take out, arrive as it got done. got home open the box to the most burn pizzas I've seen. I know it's Brick oven, but these pizzas didn't even have a chance. Blacker than black. Inedible. went to call them and kept being put on hold. I would of rather had Pizza Hut. read more

First time I came to republic pi left me saying "this is the best pizza ever". Lots of places have good fries but this is the best fries I have ever had by a long shot! The pizzas are all speciality pizzas and are very good! I highly recommend this place! read more

Great pizza and only $10 on Tuesday, it is a great no brainer. Plus their jalapeno bites are soooo good!

I'm obsessed with their pizza, The Bluff in particular. I normally do take out because the parking lot is really small, but whoever is working the welcome desk is always very friendly! They do have a great beer selection if you want to dine in. read more

This is an amazing dining spot. Lots of different beer from the area, the cocktails are plentiful, and enough wine for every palate. The food choices are fun and delicious. Whether you're a meat eater or a veg head, you will be satisfied here. The music is great, the atmosphere is easy going and the staff is super friendly. Did I mention the pizza!! Oh so yummy and many flavors to choose, on wood fired crust. Come one come all. I'm from Gig Harbor but will be back for this place. read more

Great food, great service. Don't be afraid to try their combinations. They are delicious!

Great cheese pizza for kids; I mean really good. Like, I'm sad they ate it all. Caesar salad with roasted chicken breast was incredible-crispy romaine, well-seasoned chicken, dressing tasty and light. Muffaletta was good, but heavy on the garlic for our taste. Cool atmosphere and good service. read more

5 stars!!! I've been talking about Rebulic Pi for awhile now. I was very impressed with the service, atmosphere, beer selection & the wood fired pizza! They had so many local beers on tap & I love that you can get your growlers filled. The pizza menu is very extensive & unique with fresh tasting ingredients. Will be taking friends & family here! read more

Best Brick Oven Pizza in town, the crust is perfect, what you'd expect from a real pizza joint!

Two stars because the food is very good here. Me and my friends like the restaurant, and like the food. But after 3 times of us being ignored and then having to deal with the most socially awkward bartenders and servers we decided not to go back. Totally incapable of making those wonderful, well-informed, "yeah, I've tasted this menu or bar item and it sounds like exactly what you want" suggestions we appreciate so much at other places. Sucks too because your place is right in the middle of all of our homes so a very convenient place to meet. read more

Think of The Goat, but with more parking and a better looking interior. Same people own it, so the quality is the same (I think Republic Pi might be a tad better). All their pizza's are awesome and named after local landmarks. Their beer selection is awesome as well, and rotates pretty often. However I've had the pretzel bites (Pi Bites) multiple times and I don't know if it's the coating of the pretzel, or the sea salt they use, but it doesn't sit right with me. Stick with the beer and pizza. If you come for lunch, they have small lunch sized pizza. read more
