I called the company multiple times to confirm my appt because I never heard back. Calls went straight to voicemail and I left multiple voicemails. I messaged the company on yelp again and they responded that they can't schedule my appt anymore because they don't " service that area anymore". My appt was scheduled almost a month ago and it's supposed to be in 6 days. I wish they would've communicate this to me when the appt was scheduled.

We called Executive Carpet Cleaning and they were able to accommodate us late Friday afternoon. The service that they performed was exemplary. They explained in detail what they were going to do and the risks of color change in the carpet. The result was a beautifully clean and fresh smelling carpet without the feared color change.
