After waiting 2 weeks I called and was told by the woman that the model I wanted was no longer available. Gee, she could've called and let me know. So, while she was on the phone I got out my tape measure and measured space to see if a larger one would work. Yes! It would work perfectly, so I told her to order the larger, more expensive one. Again she said she would check and call me the next day. No call. After a week I called her. She had no recollection of me ordering the larger one, she only remembered telling me the other one was no longer available. So, again, I asked her to order for me. Still no call back. Finally, I went to the website to look up the model number to buy it elsewhere and I saw that you can order online. I gave it one more try and filled out the order. That was Sept. 10, today is the 21st. Still nothing, no calls. I always try to purchase from local businesses first. That was my intention here. Since my attempts to order got no responses, I need to go somewhere else. I'm just glad I didn't have a refrigerator breakdown emergency and need a new one right away.

Late review. ken came out to fix a GE combo waser dryer unit. the dryer timer was broken by me just…read moreturning the knob. it is a five year old unit. a great machine mechanically with garbage platic parts (handles , timer Parts, and electronics total cheapass made parts) ken came out ,assesed the parts needed said it would take 2 -3 days, called and came back and promptly fixed it. Ken is old school like myself so we talked about how moden machines ruined by plastic parts and electronics, modern cars have the same life span 5 years or less. its great for MR goodwrench repair people, sux for us consumers. we both had a great time talking about the good ol days of metal parts and depebdable products.. Ken is a Great guy. When the shit parts break again, and they will, i am calling C&n appliance repair. A bit od history...before we bought this laundry unit we had a kenmore staker that lasted over 15 years without issues untill it all died, washer motor and dryer heating element. not worh fixing. I was able to get a fridge at half the cost of what I was expecting to pay , with delivery taxes and take away my old fridge included in that price! They delivered my refrigerator and even took away my old one. They're very communicative about when they would be there to deliver at the time of purchase and even on the day of to update me on the timeframe and when they were 15 minutes away! Freddy and his partner (I unfortunately did not get his name) we're punctual, polite and very careful with the fridge and my walls! They took care to place the refrigerator where I wanted it to and even did the initial set up for me! I even received a follow up text a few days later to see how everything was and how we liked our refrigerator! I absolutely love it, and I love the excellent and genuine Customer Service! I almost forgot to add how easy it was to pay for the refrigerator! Everything was done via phone. I got a receipt on my phone and even a paper receipt to take home if you're in need of financing, they have an excellent option as well. 1000 out of 10 stars!

Plus, I could use the 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. I went on LG website and registered my brand new LG fridge.
