The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is for the lack of communication between staff and between staff to employee. I asked for a specific location for the push to start button and was told I would be called before they begin drilling any holes just to verify which was gonna be a huge plus. The only call I received was to say my car was ready which had me a bit worried. When the employee was showing me what he did I asked why I never received a call to verify the location before drilling he just told me he thought it would be a good spot so he did it. Then said if I wanted to move it there would now be empty holes in that spot which bugged me so I just kept it where he chose. Once leaving I noticed he even installed the wrong alarm. I asked for the viper alarm over the phone with a young lady, then a young man when I went to drop off the car, after I picked it up from the older gentleman I did not notice til I was driving off and looked at the box. Called and he made a long story about how it's the same alarm but different brand and said if I change it there would be holes still in my dash which would bother me since it's a car from the 90s and it's hard to get very clean parts. Long story short, Miguel at Dick's says that they don't do returns or exchanges after cleats have been worn and that I needed to go through nike since it's defective. Problem is my son needs new cleats now! So I bought him another pair because I can't have him playing in shoes. I then go online and start the return process from Nike only to find out that they can only send me the same pair of cleats. That wouldn't be so bad except for the fact I just spent an extra $100+ on another pair of cleats while we have to wait for nike to inspect my return and send a replacement. And now, best case scenario is im out money do to a defective product sold by Dick's and my son has 2 pairs of cleats. I feel like Miguel could have went the extra mile and just passed the buck. The cleats were dirty which probably didnt help our case but I literally came straight from my son's baseball game to the store. All in all just very bummed that what I thought would be a simple exchange and an apology for selling $165 cleats that were defective became a bit of a headache and a waste of my money.
