She took pictures of items and emailed them to me so I could see if my daughter would like them. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. When not assisting customers, they are either making displays appear neat and orderly or cleaning the floors and aisles, or restocking tables and racks with new merchandise. I found the patterns on shirts quite intriguing. A great variety of tees. And was surprised to see the shoes and slippers on display. Really a fine store.

It wasn't until a few days ago that we got a chance to go in. She enjoyed it. She found quite a few nice looking things. The store is kept up; very clean and organized. However the staff lacks in help. They tend to steer away from the customers and just do their own thing. Not rude, just... not helpful. Pricing is really a bargain. I think I spent about $30 on about 5-6 items for my girlfriend. Some tops, shirts, skirts. Didn't hurt my wallet and the quality of the clothing looked well made. What makes them so awesome you ask? Well, whenever I am returning something or in my case a lot of something's (lol) the staff is willing to work with me, so I don't end up on losing my khol's cash, and they'll even be honest with me, instead of just letting me unknowingly return something. Why not 5 stars you ask? Well, I've had maybe 4 out of 5 experiences with an associate that were not so great. Anyway, I came back to the Women's Department and grabbed all the jeans I could find in my size (6) pairs. I headed to Fitting Room and there I heard a woman yell out... there's a woman with a cart full of jeans??? I was shocked that an employee would yell that out into the Fitting Room to another employee??? I was like... is she talking about ME! Mind you I only took (2) pairs to try on. I was troubled by the comment thinking to myself does she think I'm stealing all these jeans... I had a small black bag that only fit my little wallet, phone and keys... not POSSIBLE!!! So, I head to the register, and the lady there says oh you found all your jeans??? I was like YES, they were referring to ME. I have been a Kohls customer for like 15 years or more and I use my Kohls credit card every time! I am disgusted by the fact that employees think everyone is in their store to steal??? No, we are NOT! It's DISRESPECTFUL to announce such a thing and if you are so concerned maybe your store should invest more on security. Her demeanor changed from nice to unfriendly. If I hadn't already given my card, I would not have bought the items. Now every time I use this product, I will be reminded of this bad experience. Tip to store: Train or be trained better to be sincere nice, or f'ng fake nice better. lol. It matters to your customers (and maybe to you as a business) when we have many options out there.
