From the beginning, Yessica was incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and accommodating. She did an absolutely beautiful job--there was no damage whatsoever and you would never know the applique had ever been there! Both dresses came out perfectly and were ready right on time. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall service were exceptional. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Yessica to anyone needing alterations. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and a more professional and courteous approach would have made the experience much better.

The dress was picked and rather than drive all the way to San Jose, I came here. The owner was nice enough, but always in a hurry to get rid of you. Each time I've come here, I never know what door to enter... upstairs? downstairs? Pick a door and stick with it. The store is clean enough and I was able to get in and out quickly. The last bridesmaids dress I got there a few months ago, when it came in I knew it would probably need alterations. Unfortunately for me, she declared it a perfect fit, in a big hurry and the dress was so tight I was miserable all night and had a blister in one side where the boning in the dress dug into me. So annoying. I hope I don't have to get another dress here... I think next time I might just drive to San Jose. Not worth the price.

Instead, the woman hosting my baby sister's appointment looked like she was headed to a Pilates class rather than representing a high-end boutique. My mother spent over $5,000 here, and the entire experience left a terrible impression. The other employee working that day was dressed professionally and looked appropriate for her role, which only made the contrast more noticeable. When clients are paying premium prices, presentation matters. Whoever approved this dress code completely missed the mark. It's disappointing to see a business charging luxury prices while failing to uphold even basic professional standards. My baby sister ended up finding a dress she loved... that I myself ended up picking out because this girl not only missed the mark with my sister, but her own choices that day. We brought in a brand new cathedral veil with rhinestones to be steamed…read more Upon pickup we notice there is a tear in it. I looked at their steamer and I could tell what had happened, It was extremely obvious that one of the rhinestones got caught which caused the rip in the fabric. Hey accidents happen, just let the customer know and tell them you'll fix it, right? Well that was not the case here. Employees were insistent that I had brought my veil in with the rip and they were not liable for it. We were basically blamed for the ripped veil & charged us an alteration fee for a mistake that was caused in THEIR store. Their solution was "we can pull up the cameras" and we have "witnesses ". They even turned the tables and said they never check items that customers bring in because they trust us customer to be honest. The manager got involved and was extremely rude and eventually slapped the desk in front of my face and told one of the associates to take the charge off our invoice and walked away with not even an apology. Employees were rude as well and gave plenty of attitude. Let's be logical, if a bride is going to get married in 3 days and brings in her veil to be steamed and she did have a rip in her veil, she would have addressed it in the first place. This was never addressed bc there never was a rip... we only needed our veil to be steamed. Be warned, your wedding day is important and if you come here for a solution, you will be walking out with a HUGE problem that never existed in the first place.
