Rude and unprofessional…read more I called to ask about a dress, they said they had it, but when I mentioned I didn't have an appointment the woman immediately said "ok thank you" and hung up. No help, no courtesy, nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine how bad the in-store experience must be. Save yourself the headache, plenty of other boutiques actually want your business. Groseros y nada profesionales.

She took pictures of items and emailed them to me so I could see if my daughter would like them. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. I haven't seen this level of customer service in years. Best team!! They deserve recognition for their service. We would definitely shop there again and recommend this shop!! Thank you Ladies.

What a nice little store…read more.. My girlfriend and I always passed by this place and she always wanted to go in and see what she could find. It wasn't until a few days ago that we got a chance to go in. She enjoyed it. She found quite a few nice looking things. The store is kept up; very clean and organized. However the staff lacks in help. They tend to steer away from the customers and just do their own thing. Not rude, just... not helpful. Pricing is really a bargain. I think I spent about $30 on about 5-6 items for my girlfriend. Some tops, shirts, skirts. Didn't hurt my wallet and the quality of the clothing looked well made. I'm sure will be back sometime to check out what's new.

I walked into the department store. Quite nice inside. Bright lighting, open feel, gorgeous clothing displays... all around department store shopping vibes tilting. As I was searching for the restroom, everything was so beautifully displayed and arranged. So much so, my attention was momentarily diverted and the urge to stop and browse came up. Shoes, accessories, handbags, clothes, costume jewelry... that was just half of the first floor inventory. Pricing was competitive retail, not outrageous. Right up there with Amazxx. Way better quality. But gotta say, the restrooms were awful. Outdated and sad to the point that it didn't look clean. Mood buster. Juxtaposition to the interior shopping floor.
