Really disappointed in Dick's yesterday. So I purchased my son some pretty expensive jordan…read morebaseball cleats February 10th and yesterday, April 18th, the stitching on the front of the shoe came completely undone during my son's 7th game of the year! Mind you my son is only 100 pounds and isn't putting a ton of stress on these shoes. Long story short, Miguel at Dick's says that they don't do returns or exchanges after cleats have been worn and that I needed to go through nike since it's defective. Problem is my son needs new cleats now! So I bought him another pair because I can't have him playing in shoes. I then go online and start the return process from Nike only to find out that they can only send me the same pair of cleats. That wouldn't be so bad except for the fact I just spent an extra $100+ on another pair of cleats while we have to wait for nike to inspect my return and send a replacement. And now, best case scenario is im out money do to a defective product sold by Dick's and my son has 2 pairs of cleats. I feel like Miguel could have went the extra mile and just passed the buck. The cleats were dirty which probably didnt help our case but I literally came straight from my son's baseball game to the store. All in all just very bummed that what I thought would be a simple exchange and an apology for selling $165 cleats that were defective became a bit of a headache and a waste of my money.

I stopped by on 9 August 2025 to check out the new Specialized Turbo Levo 4s and Craig took the time to go over the features of the models I was interested in, reviewing the pros and cons for each bike. Craig was down-to-earth and trustworthy, sharing insights into how he decides what products he carries in the shop. His store manager, Robin, then took me on a guided test ride around the Salinas neighborhood. He took the time to let me explore some of the capabilities of the bike and answered all my questions. I spent the next two days doing more research, and after email exchanges with Bridgette after business hours, pulled the trigger on an orange 2026 Specialized Turbo Levo Comp on 12 August 2025. I believe in the principle that you buy the seller first, which is why I decided to buy from Craig and Bridgette. I felt they were good, high character people, and the awesome purchasing experience and post-sale customer service reinforced that feeling and conclusion. I cannot recommend Bobcat Bicycles enough...they are my go-to shop for servicing my Levo. I have also returned to the shop on several occasions, picking up new pedals, grips, and a couple of Specialized shirts and a pair of Specialized shorts at a great price.
