Jerry was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He spent a great deal of time helping me try different styles and sizes, never making me feel rushed. Although they didn't have the exact size I needed in the shoe I wanted, Jerry went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch and let me know when new inventory arrives. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right shoes, I highly recommend asking for Jerry. His professionalism, expertise, and kindness made my visit a truly positive experience. Thank you, Jerry--I look forward to coming back! Janette

What an absolute blessing I am beyond thankful and grateful to. @joypersshoes for hosting this event to the community, especially in the times of economic crisis that so many people are living through & having an opportunity like this is beyond blessings. As we all know, this facility has been a pillar of our community for years. We have to remember to shop these stores so they stay around forever. I am so proud that I have patronized this business prior to winning.(I even bought a couple things while I was there. They are having a huge sale if you read this anytime soon and they have incredible prices and super cute stuff )remember friends and family you don't see Walmart, target Macy's or famous footwear doing anything like this -it is our local businesses that are providing these opportunities to us. The service was absolutely amazing. The young lady (Anyssia) that helped me on the floor and at the counter( who has helped me before ) was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and when she put the discount through for the shoes, I almost cried Thanks again @joypersshoes I'm telling everybody who will listen and I will definitely be back

My dad went and delivered the jumphouse and chairs and tables for the birthday party. The next morning he showed up to pick up the jumphouse, one table and ten chairs and they were missing. My dad was upset but he had a dozen more jumphouse & hundreds chairs and tables so he got over it. Months later my dad saw a live video of a birthday party at the storm house with my dads jumphouse inside the Stormhouse. Apparently the storm house thief Javier started renting the location along with my dads jump house and chairs and tables. The stolen jumphouse, chairs and tables along with the Stormhouse were now Javiers "party package deal". A couple of weeks later a friend of ours told us they saw my dads jumphouse was at the storm house & my dad showed up to speak to the care taker of the Stormhouse & they stated Javier was not there, my dad returned later & said Javier lies and statet someone sold him the jumphouse. He lied....the jumphouse was rented to a customer who rented the Stormhouse for a party. The thief Javier just dragged that jumphouse inside the Stormhouse & tried to continue renting it along with the Stormhouse as a package deal. Everyone knows this guy as a thief. Be careful leaving your belongings there. He is a thief. If you would like to contact me to get full details please contact me at 831-229-3366 I will give you the full Javier Stormhouse caretaker thief details! If the owner of the Stormhouse knew the kind of thief caretaker he has.

DC-10, I should have left a review years ago…read more.... Folks, here's an honest review from one happy customer and someone who's known Doug for many years. 40+ yrs Doug is a sweet, down to earth gentlemen that knows his $h!t on just about everything. He can work on bicycles that many know him by, but he is so much more on motorcycles, race bikes, off road bikes and quads. Not many know he is a Salinas native whom at one time was an AMA Super-bike Champion Bad A$$ that toured the world.... I am honored to have him as my personal mechanic on my 93 GSXR 1100 for all my personal needs. I trust NO ONE to work on my toys but rest assured you can trust Doug to get things running right and done right the first time. His prices are comparable and knowing whatever he works on, you can rest easy knowing he treats it as his own. I've gone to other bike shops in Salinas, Monterey, Seaside, San Jose and non compare to the respect and quality of service I get from DC-10. I highly recommend Doug and his DC-10 shop for all your motorcycle repairs and needs. Loyalty, Honesty, Trustworthy, Workmanship. Five stars for me and a customer for life. Thanks DC-10 for all you do !!!
