Weekends tend to be really busy, so if you need extra help, go on a weekday. You can definitely still find someone when it's busy, but it feels less rushed when they're NOT swamped with people. I've had nothing but excellent customer service here. No matter what location I am at, the staff will check their online inventory to see if they have what you're looking for in stock, in most cases there's been a few times where they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in stock, but they ordered for me and had it delivered to my house. Thanks famous footwear for being awesome! I'll see you another 600 miles if NOT before. I highly recommend this place.

With attitude she asked if it was for women or kids. I said kids and one of the guys went to grab them. While making the exchange I got the worst attitude from this female employee. She would not even make eye contact or say a word to me but continued to chat it up with the male employees. Opened the shoes I was exchanging (which were in perfect condition) and threw the box on the floor. Very passive aggressive. I believe she thought I was buying kids shoes for myself. And what if I was? it is not her money or inventory. The whole experience was terrible. The male employees were helpful. But this female with long black pony tail needs more customer service training. I left very frustrated and decided to step into this store. They greeted me as I walked in and although there were four other customers in there, the two employees were doing their best to attend to everyone. I applaud their tenacity to multi task. Worse, why give this excuse and STILL have the audacity to charge and yes not reimburse me for AT LEAST the cost of repairs, which would not even be enough to cover for one shoe!?
