SO INCONVENIENT!!! I came to the mall today ( Friday September 28) wanting to buy shoes, I looked at several stores to be sure what shoes to buy then ultimately decided I would get shoes here (Shoe Palace). The is supposed to close at 9pm so I rushed to the store and to my surprise at 8:49pm I see the employees close the entire gate, and start closing the shop. Wow a whole 11minutes early! Every other store was open except for this one. I wasn't the only one trying to go in as well two other people were trying to buy shoes as well. This place is the worst place to get a pair of shoes first of all I had to ask for help before I could get their attention. Second the girl that help me told me that they did not make shoes my size, when I'm a size 91/2, I try not to argue with them but that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. When all of the time I had no problem getting a shoe that size. So I think the girl did not want to check in the back and bring me my size. Third everyone in the store seem like they have a stick up you know where.. If no one else will hire you I can see why you end up working at a minimum wage place that will pay you the minimum so you can make your commission. And forth this place will never what so ever give your money back even if you got shoes 5 minutes ago, they will only give you store credit. So to make story long short I don't recommend for any one to shop there. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't go here, customer service is non existent. Tried exchanging shoes bought as a gift, but they were dirty on the bottom from being tried on (weren't walked around in at all) and they wouldn't take them. They took them in the back and claimed that they tried to clean them and came back and said they couldn't, so they couldn't exchange them. When we wanted to talk the manager he lied and said he would be in the next day. When we asked what time he said it wouldn't be until Thursday. Think he said tomorrow just thinking we would leave the store and it wouldn't be his problem anymore. When we got home it took a wet paper towel and about 10 seconds to clean off what they claim they couldn't get off in the store with shoe cleaner and a rag. The employees there really need to know their inventory. I went in this store a few weeks ago and asked if they had shoes for flat foot people or wide sizes. The employee was female so I think she only knew about the female shoes so she asked a male employee. I had no issue with this but the male employee asked me what I meant with flat feet or wide sizes like I just flipped the world on him. He then asked 2 more male employees who had no clue and stood next to me and looking at every shoe on display and said they don't think so since they don't see any tags that say wide on them. I then asked if they had insoles for flat feet. It must have been like I asked for diamonds because they looked befuddled and questionably said they don't think so. If your store primarily sells shoes at a place called Shoe Palace at least be knowledgable of what you're selling. If anything add more inventory for people with flat feet rather than the same exact Nike shoe in every color and expect to keep your business booming. read more

Buy from the manufacturer online because shoepalace has no type of return policy. I bought a size 9.5 walked around the house and my toes started hurting so I took them back to get a size 10 and failed miserably. Called the district manager and he has yet to call me back. read more

I was looking for some all black comfortable shoes for work. I usually get my shoes from finish line but they didn't have any shoes in all black in my size so I walked over to shoe palace. Worst mistake ever. They have the worst customer service and they don't tell you about the no return policy. The shoes had a rip in them that I noticed later in the day but I ready made it home so I decided to go the next day and I told the woman my complaint and she said I was out of luck and that the best I could do was exchange them and that they make it apparent that you cannot return anything. When I purchased them, no one told me this. I have bills to pay and I'm stuck with messed up shoes. I called customer service to no avail because the only thing you could do was order shoes over the phone. If I could give it 0 stars I really would. read more
