Although they didn't have the exact size I needed in the shoe I wanted, Jerry went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch and let me know when new inventory arrives. I had to call to get an update, they finally said they were ready and when I get there, the shoes are full of glue, very visible, and the suede is damage. Their lame excuse is they could not fix them...then why charge me if you could not do it? Why commit to only do a sloppy job? Why attempt to do it if you don't have the experience to do it? Worse, why give this excuse and STILL have the audacity to charge and yes not reimburse me for AT LEAST the cost of repairs, which would not even be enough to cover for one shoe!? No matter what location I am at, the staff will check their online inventory to see if they have what you're looking for in stock, in most cases there's been a few times where they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in stock, but they ordered for me and had it delivered to my house. With attitude she asked if it was for women or kids. I said kids and one of the guys went to grab them. While making the exchange I got the worst attitude from this female employee. She would not even make eye contact or say a word to me but continued to chat it up with the male employees. Opened the shoes I was exchanging (which were in perfect condition) and threw the box on the floor. Very passive aggressive. I believe she thought I was buying kids shoes for myself. And what if I was? it is not her money or inventory. The whole experience was terrible. The male employees were helpful.
