Unfortunately, after a short period of use, the sheets began to pill and form little balls, which made them feel rough and worn much sooner than expected. When I brought them back to the store, I was hoping for a simple exchange for a new set, as this seemed like a quality issue. However, the store refused to exchange them, which was frustrating and disappointing. I feel that a product in this category should hold up better, and customer service should stand behind it. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase higher-end bedding from Macy's in the future. I expected better quality and more accommodating customer service.

I rented a tux recently for a formal event. I did this last year with no issues…read more This year when I tried it on at the store, I told them one of the clasps did not work on the pants. The lady checked it out and told me it was fine. I went to the event and the clasp was not working and I had to pull up my pants the whole night as there are no belt loops. I told them about my bad experience and they offered me a $10 credit. For a $260+ cost, that seems way to little and I told them so.
