Worst customer service experience. Came in with my partner at about 6 or 7 and only one worker was there, Daisy. She was on the computer/register and didn't look up to greet us and was talking to another woman. We were looking at the men's underwear and she didn't bother to tell us about the sale nor was interested in helping us. Mind you, the underwear is right next to her by the register. We left and thought to call the store about the discount. She answered and said the underwear was 50% off. Um what? Why would you tell us that when we were in the store? We went bought, bought two and she didn't make eye contact and barely said anything. I thought it was so rude and unprofessional. The customer service would have been better off with a self-checkout stand. I would not recommend this store for the unfriendly and rude customer service experience. read more

Worst customer service ever. I have been buying Lucky Brand clothes for my daughter for years. At the Lucky Brand Store at the Del Monte shopping center in Monterey, CA I selected a brown leather jacket to get my daughter as a xmas present. The jacket was clearly marked at $199. When I took the jacket to the register, the clerk rang it up almost $100 over the marked price. When I pointed out the discrepancy she rudely told me 'the price had changed.' I told her that she needed to honor the marked price on the item and she was rudely and loudly dismissive. When I showed her an identical jacket from the rack with the same price tag, and let her know that her actions were not legal, that she needed to honor the marked price on items, she declined. This was not a mistake on her part, but a willful disregard of California pricing laws. I left without purchasing the item, and will not be shopping at that store again. read more

Loved my shopping experience here for my decade-long closet update! Found Jessica so helpful in saving me time by showing me pieces in my size & shape. The whole store was helpful! Noticed some casual sales to my husband who also has not had a lot of time shopping and finding a right fit in jeans .. the other associate was sizin' him up and getting him in some new nice jeans was a nice treat to see & score the buy one get one half off sale they're having on full priced styles! Have to say I wish I had more Time to process myself in which jeans would truly be awesome in my wardrobe and already have buyers remorse (that I didn't get the belt, the black jeans and the other tops lol). So guys listen up! I walked in to swap out a pair of jeans I don't like so much for something better fitting and frankly to make my ass look better. The sales lady there, Sarah P took one look at me, walked away and came back with a single pair of jeans in her hand, took me to the dressing room and pow! I put these pants on and I could feel it was a good fit but stepped out of the fitting room and didn't need to ask, I could tell by her face she was proud of herself. I'll take them!!! read more

The staff was really helpful and nice with the fitting, ie "do you have one where the waist doesnt go as high" or "Is the crotch on these going to sag after a few hours of wear" They were amazing. They didn't have what I wanted, but Madison helped me ensure I had the right size and liked the fit. They ordered them for me with free 2-day shipping to my house. Great customer service, always have liked Lucky jeans and have several pairs. I recently had a button come loose on a pair. Really had never thought of asking if they had a warranty, Apparently they do. Took them in and they swapped them on the spot for a new pair. Good to know they stand behind their product. Great store. Great clothes. Comfortable jeans. Store staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy. It's a little pricey so I'm always looking for Lucky Brand on sale and clearance racks. I have always loved the Lucky Brand, however, the store at del monte center was a very unpleasant experience for me. The employee who was helping me was too much involved in my shopping process. I don't know about everyone else, but when I'm shopping I like to be left alone to pick out and try on what I want without feeling the pressure of a worker down my throat about buying something. I like to be helped when I need helped, but she was standing outside my dressing room asking me to come out and show her what the clothes looked liked on, if I wanted a different color too, or I wanted to try the newest style. It made me very uncomfortable and stressed out and I could not wait to leave. read more
