When we got to the store, there was a nice arrangement of shoes in a well-organized and clean looking store. We measured my son's foot and it was just in between kids sizes and adult sizes so they were a little hard to find on our own. The associate Kai helped us out. He pulled out some Saucony shoes, two kinds and two sizes for us to try. they don't have half size so we tried another brand. We finally chose the right pair of Nikes. Kai was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. My son loved the shoes. I liked the price. Kai rang us up and put us into the reward program. I ended up with two pairs of boots and two pairs of flats, and an umbrella. They earned my business for life! The flats have made airport/business travel so much easier.
