When I brought them back to the store, I was hoping for a simple exchange for a new set, as this seemed like a quality issue. However, the store refused to exchange them, which was frustrating and disappointing. I feel that a product in this category should hold up better, and customer service should stand behind it. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase higher-end bedding from Macy's in the future. I expected better quality and more accommodating customer service.
