I will no longer be shopping at the Lululemon in the Del Monte Shopping Center. While I was there on a Saturday, a family came in with a young girl asking about how to apply for her first job. The girl was polite and was clearly looking for guidance. The manager's response was shockingly unprofessional. Her body language, eye-rolling, tone, and overall attitude were rude and dismissive, as if she was annoyed the girl even asked. It made me question how someone with that demeanor represents the brand. As a father of three daughters, I expect better from a company like Lululemon, especially when a young person is taking initiative and trying to start their working life. I hope Lululemon reconsiders how it treats young people seeking opportunities. read more

Came in to see if they would fix a seam that came undone in the crotch area of my new pants size 8. The person went to consult with someone in the back and came out to give me a local seamstress #. Refused to fix. Complained to lulu corporate office and got a $50 card. Gave the card to my daughter and will never go into a lulu store again. They don't stand by their (very expensive) product and quality isn't the same as when they 1st opened. :( so sad read more

I came in with a quality issue of my legging. immediately I was told I could t be helped, I asked for the manager. The manager was also reluctant to offer a solution. I have four pairs of align pants, two I've worn maybe three times total as they seem to come apart at the seem if you wear them weekly. I didn't have all the pairs, but the pair with the seam out I brought in to exchange. The manager referenced Tik Tok and implied I must me misinformed from watching Tik Toks. She couldn't offer a clear policy on manufacturers defect and she couldn't give me a proper time line. The other pair I had with the seam that came out (which I thought was the pair I brought in today was easily exchanged at valley fair mall. They were apologetic and stated that if I don't dry them, they will hold up. I hang dry my clothing anyway. Now, I was also told that I can't wear the pants weekly, which is not stated in the advertising. LuLu Lemons are sought after for the quality and resilience. An investment of 120 and up for a legging should last me more than 9 months hang dried. The legging purchased in April of last year, did not even last a year. The manager refused, and instead of standing behind the integrity of the pant, she threw it back on me and my size, saying that if my legs rub, then they won't last, and she inap made the assumption of my age and demographic by making comments about TiK Tok, which were absurd. Lulu Lemon has an inclusion statement when you call the customer or what they refer to as the GEC. This was a discriminatory experience, and it's unfortunate that they sell these leggings, but "they're not really meant for heavier people. For reference I am 5'4, 160 lbs. Would not recommend. Lots of body shaming at this store. I highly recommend going on BBB, to hold this store accountable and LuLu Lemon as a brand. read more

I usually shop lululemon online, but I was in the area and fancied having a browse so I came in here. They're encouraging masks and staff are still wearing them. I was greeted multiple times - there were 5 employees on the floor, quite a few for a small store. One of the assistants seemed to be having a lot of fun and they were all bantering with each other, which was nice to see. More than one offered to start a fitting room for me so I could have my hands free and another offered help if I needed it. Although it's small, they pack a lot in. The availability was a little inconsistent - some sections had certain colors in every size, others were a bit slimmer pickings. The color options are a bit limited in some items too. One of the assistants did mention to me that the color of top I was wearing tends to sell out quickly so I guess they're working with what they've got. Everything was pretty seasonally appropriate. The fitting rooms are really nice. They wrote my name on the door and hung everything up arranged by type. I like that it has an actual door rather than a curtain, plenty of light and good mirrors. They basically left me to it, someone shouted through to ask how I was doing as I was finishing up but they were nearby if I'd have needed another size. I picked a couple of tops and browsed a bit more and they were ready for me when I was ready to check out. They asked if I'd prefer a small or large tote which I appreciated. The staff are soooooo friendly here, especially compared to the usual store I go to. Maybe people on the West Coast are nicer indeed lol. I came here when I was visiting my father-in-law and I needed some stuff for an unexpected yoga class and the lady who helped me out (I forgot her name but she had really really small ankles!) was so knowledgeable in terms of sizing and materials. This is not a very big store so the selection and sizes are somewhat limited, but they do have most of the basic stuff. read more

If you know exactly what you'd like to purchase and are ready to help yourself, then go on in. Better yet, go online. Clean, expected Lululemon apparel, small, lovely store. Biggest drawback is not only the absolute lack of customer service, but the seeming *judgement* of whether you are worth helping when you walk in. (I'll probably dress extremely nice the next time I walk in to test this theory.) Associates were talking more with each other and offered no assistance even though there were few people in the store. I give a 5+ for quality. But the rest was lacking. The staff was not helpful and the store was pretty cramped. To be fair, it WAS a pretty busy night though. Then, after racking up a $300+ bill, I was told that they don't offer a military discount, rven though I've received one at every Lulu I've ever been to. I'm pretty loyal to Lulu, but I may have to check out Fabletics until I move back home to my Lulu in Florida! read more
