I've bought a number of appliances from Leo at A-A, and he's been great to work with. Their prices are competitive, he's sometimes able to source and deliver items under tight time constraints, and they're local and small rather than some big-box behemoth with terrible practices. read more

Very honest salesperson! We went in there looking to support local small business with a list of appliances that need replacing. Get this -- they actually recommended I buy one of the appliance I am trying to procure at AA Kitchen from Costco instead!!! The sales person was looking online to give us the best price on each appliance on my list. However, they cannot match the holiday discount Costco was providing on this one specific appliance on my shopping list! If this is not integrity, I don't know how you define your world. I know other people wrote of them being not very responsiveness. I had a few days playing phone tag with them, too. But, we are near holiday season. We just drove up with our list, sat down, and worked with them in the shop. TL/DR: if you are looking to support a honest, hard working local small business, take your appliance shopping list to AA Kitchen first! read more

Shopping for a new dishwasher I saw this store well reviewed on Yelp and called. Leo was so helpful my calls to several other stores. He took the time to send me details about the one we wanted. At the store he explained about the features and gave me a discount. If all goes well with the installation I'll follow up with another review. It's a locally owned store, lots of choices and as a bonus, easy to park free! read more

Andy is the worst communicator/salesman I have ever experienced! You ask him questions and he is either very agitated or his responses are useless. The kitchen appliances we are buying are not cheap brands and you think their salesman would be better trained to answer questions! There are so many brands and different models and we were looking for guidance. Andy's response was always like : you are the boss, you decide - completely useless response!! I was looking for his recommendations based on his interaction with all his customers! Nope, nothing. Also his English skills are not the best so maybe he couldn't understand our questions. Anyway, you are better off asking ChatGPT than asking salespeople in A-A kitchen! The only positive thing about them is their price, they will price match. This is the only reason they got a two star. Otherwise one star for ease of sales process and usefulness of product knowledge. read more

I sympathize with another reviewer. Andy is unresponsive! AA did a horrible job installing the fridge in our new home. They didn't connect and turn the ice maker on, they didn't anchor it to the wall properly and it was pitched forward, and they refused to come back and make it right. Because it wasn't anchored, the fridge fell forward onto our adult son yesterday. Thankfully he was strong enough to push it back upright. read more

We bought a fridge and dishwasher in 2021 from A-A. The team was attentive over email, clear about all costs, and sent the best installation team I've ever encountered. (I'm still not sure how they fit the fridge up my stairs!) I'm a big fan of A-A and will start there in the future when it comes to appliance purchases. read more

Leo at A-A Kitchen Appliance was professional, kind, and very helpful when we bought our new kitchen appliances. He provided information about our back-ordered stove so the electrician could do his job easily and helped arrange the installation because we didn't have a contractor. We were very happy doing business locally with a reputable company. read more

I needed to look for a new oven for my rental property and shopped at Home Depo, Best Buy, and Lowe but none of them had the appliance ready for delivery with a minimum wait between 2-4 weeks. I found AA Kitchen Appliance on Yelp and they are very professional with excellent services. ANDY was so kind and professional. Dealing with a difficult tenant, who refused to wait for delivery within the given time window, I asked AA if possible for me to pick it up from the warehouse myself. Andy helped me to arrange pick up and sent the guy for the installation to the house within hours. The installation was done perfectly and he helped to remove the old oven, install, and test to make sure it is set up and work before he left. My experience from the purchase, pick up of the new oven, to the installation were above and beyond my expectation and got everything done within 24 hours. I am thankful to your great services. Thank you AA! read more

I had a good experience with this neighborhood business. Herman was very helpful but also let me wander around to look on my own. There was never any pressure to buy. I returned a few days later ready to make my purchase. The items I chose were in stock. Sweet! Delivery was on time and carried upstairs by 3 guys who knew what they were doing. No damage done. Neighborhood shop, plenty of selection, a discount on one of the items. Were they the least expensive deal? Maybe not, but they were the least hassle (meaning no hassle) and they had good stock. In my book, there's special value to that. read more

I am thorn about living a one star reviews, but I am seriously upset right now. A little over a year ago we replaced our 4 year old Samsung with Miele stove (floor model). Was annoyed about needing to replace an awful, but relatively new product, but it is what its. Bought Miele form A-A appliances and the oven didn't ever work right from day one, in a way that is hard to describe - it would warm up, but wouldn't keep temp warm enough, I kept thinking that it was running cold, basically my baking times were easily 1.5x what they should have been. Needed to do a minor repair on starter on one of the burners so finally got a repairman in, $300 part called Ignitor needs to be replaced. Why was I sold a product with a broken part? I feel like I should have let them know, but the problem seemed so weird I kept thinking I am imagining it, or don't know how to use it. Apparently not. Buying process and everything else (selection, service) were as good as all other reviews said. Maybe we just got very unlucky. read more

Worked w Leo to get a fridge. Very efficient and professional. Will be back if need other appliances

We needed to replace our Bosch over the range microwave convection oven which we bought from Sears just four years ago so we went shopping. We went to Airport Appliance, Best Buy, and Home Depot, none of them had what we wanted in stock, and all priced the same, full retail price. AA kitchen was our last stop in our neighborhood and a store that I had good experiences buying from in the past a couple of times. Andy was the one who helped us in the store, he priced the item for us with a 15% discount and with free two days delivery. Two days later, we had our new Bosch convection microwave delivered by two most pleasant helpful workers. Couldn't be happier with our shopping experience overall, and the best price to beat! Just fantastic! read more

Herman was extremely helpful. He followed up to ensure delivery of our range, hood and dishwasher. It arrived in emasculate condition. We like to support small local businesses. Prices and service were excellent! read more

Great experience, good pricing and look for Herman if you fo there....now I just have to wait cause everything is on back order

Leo and everyone I dealt with at AA Kitchen was terrific. Their pricing and customer support are the best. I bought a Bosch washer and dryer. Their installation contractor (Chris) was also great, as was the actual installation crew. They all went above and beyond to help me problem solve. I will do any future appliance purchase with AA Kitchen. read more

Walked in here to look for a stackable dryer that would fit my laundry closet with the dimensions of 33" D and 32" W. Friendly professional, and helpful staff who informed me that the there isn't any stackable gas dryers that is compatible with the 24" washer I was planning to buy; only electric dryers were available. They suggested I go with the single unit washer/dryer. The prices they gave me for the units is less expensive than Home Depot and other retailers. read more

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances through them and they were super helpful from the start and gave great customer service throughout the way. Also helped me getting my rebates through Bosch as well. Thanks so much! Will 100% do business with them again read more

The Miele dishwasher has been back ordered this summer and I couldn't wait any longer to get the dishwasher for my contractor to install. I called AA at that time Leo was sure they were OOS too. He called back saying he found 1 at their other location! Grateful that Leo followed up after our call! The dishwasher has been installed and working great! read more

I needed to replace my current refrigerator and so my friend suggested I contact A-A Kitchen and ask for Andy. He said Andy is great and will give you a great deal. I did all the research since the area for the refrigerator is very precise. I called AA today and asked to speak with Andy. The person I spoke with said he was busy but took down all the necessary information and details for the call. After 4 hours with no return call back, I called again and ask for Andy again. I was told he was busy again and so I left my name and number again for a return call. I left the office and decided to visit the showroom before they closed at 6 since I lived nearby. I went into the store and asked for Andy, and was told again he was busy but I was told he should be with me shortly. After about 10 minutes of waiting, another person asked what I wanted, and again I said I was waiting for Andy. Again Andy was busy. Andy finally popped his head up from his desk like a prairie dog and appeared surprised I was waiting for him. Apparently, no one told him someone was waiting for him. When I spoke with Andy, apparently no one passed my messages to him to call back. I shared with him I was referred to him. He didn't seem too impressed or happy. I shared with him what I wanted, he didn't even bother to look up his system. He didn't seem to want to give me time or day. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walked into the boutique and nobody wanted to help her. Anyway long story short, AA has horrible customer service, especially Andy. They couldn't beat Airport Home Appliance's price. To be honest, he didn't even attempt to do anything. I've purchased my entire major kitchen appliances from Airport Home Appliance. Nobody can beat them IMO. Range/Oven - Thermador Dishwasher - Bosch Refrigerator - Electrolux Icon (this needed replacing) STAY AWAY FROM ELECTROLUX (IT'S A FRIGIDAIRE) I'm purchasing a new Bosch refrigerator from Airport (Free delivery, free removal, free installation)and with a discount. read more

I have had some good luck with A-A Kitchen Appliance, and have had some bad luck. After the bad luck I posted an honest, but not very flattering review, recounting the good and the bad, and gave them 1 star. Well they, Leo specifically, recovered quite nicely and removed a faulty dishwasher I'd purchased from them, and installed a brand new dishwasher. Kudos to this fine company for earning my respect and ongoing patronage. read more

This was one of the best service oriented appliance stores I have ever visited. Henry was the salesman, his service was exceptional. I was happy to find a good quality kitchen appliance store in the neighborhood. Roger was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the different features of each product. AA Kitchen Appliance is the BEST. Great prices and great customer service. Ask for Leo.

Unbelievably unhelpful. I went in wanting to replace my built-in fridge and they basically told me it'd be a big hassle. I'd need to hire a contractor to remove old one and new one wouldn't be able to fit through my house. Their message: Take your business elsewhere! I will and urge everyone to do the same. read more

Language barriers aside, this guys run a great little business. Much more manageable than dealing with a big-box store. Delivery is free as is the set up and removal. We're on our second big appliance purchase from them and recommend their services read more

This man is incredible! This is the THIRD time he's helped me out. He's in time, incredibly fast analyzing the problem and taking the appliance apart. Gives his cost, goes to it working, then is out the door! Not conversational-a plus! He has parts in his truck, does not price gouge for prices...we have two houses with appliances. He's our guy. read more

We have purchased a dryer, range oven, and refrigerator. Having visited several appliance showrooms in San Francisco, they are one of the best. They have a comprehensive selection on display and competitive pricing. When a local store with great service has prices on par with or better than big box stores, it's so awesome. Phone is better than email. read more

I was searching for a 36" commercial range and fridge set and had no luck elsewhere. Walked into A-A and found fantastic selections of high end appliances. We ended up going with Jenn-Air but they had Thermador, Viking, Wolf, etc and very reasonable prices. They also delivered and installed for us. Jason L has given us phenomenal follow-up service as well. Highly recommend you check this place out read more

My husband and I randomly walked in today. We were looking into buying a Bosch washer and dryer at our new place. Roger, is amazing! Easy to talk to, sweet, knowledgeable, and isn't pushy. I walked into the "A-A Kitchen Appliance" store - Andy's showroom - at 9:45am on Friday 10/27 to buy a washing machine. My 30+ y.o. Whirlpool's belt had broken and after trying to replace the belt I realized... "dang" just buy a new one! Modern tech features etc. Boy was I right. FAST FORWARD... At 2:00pm I was using my new GE washing machine - delivered and installed. I appreciated and was impressed by the service. Andy was informative and knowledgable. This is a great retailer. Andy was great! The delivery guy was so fast and efficient that when I turned around to give him a tip he was already packed and gone! read more

We bought our home appliance from AA kitchen, i.e. fridge, range oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Their knowledge, service and also price were all excellent. Roger patiently walked us through all pro-and-con of different brands and models. He tailored his recommendation based on our home condition and use case. We initially were into other appliance. After speaking with Roger, we followed his advice: - Mixed brand discount: Initially we had to buy all from one brand in order to get more discount. Roger convinced us to switch washer/dryer brand for better part / warranty service. In parallel, he was able to get us an even better price. We were lucky. We had some problem with our initial washer installation. The warranty service sent technician over for free and help us to set up washer correctly. - Select range hood: I am into cooking and religiously thought higher CFM is better. Roger convinced us to select a sleek design with mid-range CFM value from Elica. The range hood is amazing. I love it. It works as I expected and I am very happy that I didn't purchase the clumsy high CFM rangehood. Besides their professional knowledge and excellent price where it is hard to find elsewhere, the shipment and hallway service was also excellent. The delivery man were quick, efficient and getting things done correctly. The only place AA kitchen can improve is the phone service. Probably the business is too good but they will call back...be patient. Regardless, we received what we need in time and really we cannot ask for more. I highly recommend AA Kitchen. read more

I went to AA Appliance with my mother today. Mom wanted to buy new washer and dryer. The owner, Andy was really helpful and we ended up buying the Samsung brand (WF42H5200AP & DV42H5200EP) due to its functionality and gorgeous look. The price was below invoice price, not even Lowes or Home Depot could beat it. We will come back for future needs. read more

Excellent selection, fantastic prices (they even beat the prices at the big box stores), easy to work with, and their delivery guys were awesome. One star off for lack of communication. It took nearly 2 months to get a range they said would be 2-3 weeks. They never contacted me to advise it was backordered, I had to call them several times (the delay itself wasn't on them, no one else had it in stock either). Will definitely return when it's time to replace another appliance. read more

Original review was 5 stars for the unbeatable price. I'm dropping 2 stars for not calling to tell me that the stove was backordered for several weeks & not telling me that the delivery time was changed. I understand changes but they should've called me to let me know so I wouldn't have taken the day off expecting delivery read more
