Hey Damo, would it hurt to let your customers know that you only set the lid on top of the drinks? You don't actually snap it down on the drink. Not knowing this I spilled a portion of my latte. When I was in line at nearby Out of Ordi a young lady near me spilled quite a bit of her drink on her hands and clothes. The poor kid was embarrassed. Please do better for your unsuspecting customers. Perhaps simply place the lid next to the drink when presenting it on the counter.

Also got the Americano, it's very light which I love. The straw is a pink heart shape, so soo cute.

I also love that it's sweet without being overwhelmingly sweet, so you can actually enjoy the flavors without feeling like it's too much. One thing I really appreciate about this place is that they offer smaller versions of each flavor instead of making you commit to the bigger size. It's perfect if you want to try different flavors or just want a little something sweet without ordering a huge bowl. service is honestly nonexistent cus you order from the kiosk and the workers are always behind the curtain. Our group of six was split evenly when picking our favorites! Injeolmi: has a milk shaved ice base topped with mochi and topped w roasted soybean powder. This one's really good with a nice nutty flavor without it being overpowering like a classic peanut butter Strawberry: straightforward strawberry base topped w strawberries. The base is creamy and the tartness from the strawberries rounds it all out. Mango melon: mango shaved ice base with melon balls. Lowkey the melons were a little hard to eat for their size and also they were superrr cold so it made it hard to chew but loved the flavor combo All of them come with condensed milk for you to drizzle over and it's nice that it comes separately so you can adjust your sweetness level

Parking is pretty difficult, and valet is $5. I can easily see the parking lot getting gridlocked on a busy day. I sampled a few of their gelato flavors, including the jasmine lychee and soy sauce. Both were okay, but I just wasn't in the mood for either of them today. I ended up getting the Pandan Toast to try. The pandan flavor was really good--not too grassy and didn't taste too artificial. The ice cream also had a buttery taste to it. It might have been from the toast, but I'm not too sure. The bread itself wasn't oily, which was nice, but it was kind of dry. The pandan sauce definitely helped make it easier to eat. I probably wouldn't eat the bread by itself though because it was super hard and didn't really have much flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect from the toast, but it wasn't quite what I expected. I originally wanted to try the mango sticky rice flavored shaved ice because it looked really good in the photos, but unfortunately they didn't have it today. I'd come back to try their shaved ice when mango is in season again!

And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The drink itself was good, although I found the prices a little higher compared to other matcha spots I've tried. Service was on the slower side, and it took a while for the drinks to come out. It's not my favorite bakery in Little Tokyo and I'd rather get Yamazaki's nikuman and as Cafe Dulce's name implies, they have a wider range and are more known for their sweet pastries (not saying that they don't have non-sweet things). They're almost always a part of the huge collaborations that Little Tokyo has, think the Hoyo slop stuff or the crazy Silent Hill one. Lots of art on their windows and they usually have a collab drink or something. Just know that depending on how popular the collab is, and even if it isn't, this place has lines out the door and is quite fisted. Tables in front are always full of people. Drinks are hit and miss. Every latte I've gotten, even with mixing is grainy sweet coffee slop and the matcha isn't too great either (way better options in the area), but if you have a sweet tooth for pastries it's not too bad. Decadent cream donuts, mochi donuts, savory sausage donuts, and creme brulee ones too. Shareable, but something I'd need to down with milk or some water.

After having a family dinner at Gabin Korean BBQ in this shopping center, we decided to stop by Anko for dessert. The owner recognized us right away and warmly greeted My Mom, saying how nice it was to see us again after such a long time. We used to be regulars here, so it was really nice to see her again. I think their taiyaki is the best in LA! They sell them in sets of 4 for $12. My Mom and my 2 brothers got the red bean-filled taiyaki and I got the Nutella and banana one, and it was absolutely delicious. The freshly baked taiyaki was so warm, and the melted chocolate Nutella inside was incredibly sweet and delicious. It was seriously so good! Every time I come here, the staff is always so friendly, and the taiyaki is always amazing. It's definitely one of my favorite dessert spots. This place used to be so popular that there would be a long line just to get taiyaki and bingsoo. There were still quite a lot of people here today, but we were able to order pretty quickly, and our taiyaki came out really fast too, which made me very happy. Back in the day, we would place our order and have to wait quite a while for the taiyaki to be ready. Today was definitely a much better experience!

You can order easily on their touch screens which is nice for looking at all of the available options. I've tried two of the Petit Gateau (tiny cakes) - the My Man Go (Fresh mango, hazelnut praline, mango mousse) and the Berry3 (Strawberry coulis, pistachio praline, raspberry mousse, crimson velvet). In addition to being so darn beautiful, the flavor was just phenomenal. I loved both but slightly preferred the cubically adorable berry cake's taste.
