Absolutely a great vibe. We went on Tuesday night and for whatever reason this place was bumping! It was lively and the bartenders were on point. My friend and I were doing a little bit of bar hopping to see the town. This place the BEST place of the night. The drinks were on point and were made FAST! Although the place was packed, you can still hear your conversations. I really liked how the place was set up with the bar area and a seating area where you're facing the town. It's a coffee bar. It's a cocktail bar. DOES NOT COMPUTE. I was overwhelmed by the drink menu, and was very tempted to start my day off with a buzz. They had some interesting takes on "Irish Coffee", like some beer from that ska brewery with a shot of espresso. Sounds gross enough to be awesome. I ordered a mocha, and it was definitely a 3.5-star mocha. They know how to make coffee, and the concept of this establishment rocks my socks. When I come back, I'll try some cocktails. read more

Patrick, the bartender, was bedecked in a black floral shirt, 70's amber sunglasses, impressive sideburns and dazzled with his artistic flair and phenomenal drinks. Don't miss this place! We had the Firefly Martini, his recipe, and it was as impressive tasting as it was unique and diverse. I asked for a recommendation for the next drink and he whipped up the Clockwork Orange, which was even more fabulous than the first cocktail. I went here for my very first time on a late Saturday night. It was pretty packed. Pretty clean. Cute atmosphere. I love coffee & tea shops and I thought the fact that it was also a bar made it that much cooler. My friend and I ordered a mint mojito and blackberry mojito. My friend shared that it was the worst mojito she's ever had and that she's "had better." My blackberry mojito was also not that great. I think it was topped with too much soda and didn't have enough lemon in it. I would definitely come come back to this place for the cool atmosphere and great service but I probably won't order that mojito again unless they improve their recipe. read more

We visited Rendezvous at the Hotel Monte Vista two nights in a row when we vacationed in Flag this week. Dillon (or Dylan) was very warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was great both nights with lively music and a decent bar crowd, even for Tuesday/Wednesday nights. The cocktails were seasonably inspired and beautifully presented. This will definitely be our go-to cocktail bar in Flagstaff for our future visits. We may even stay at the Hotel Monte Vista for easy access to the bar next time. Wow! This place is amazing. I absolutely loved everything about it. We only stayed for 2 drinks but I wish we stayed all night! Our bartender (I believe his name was Anthony?) was so kind and friendly. It was absolutely jam packed and we still managed to snag a seat at the bar. I love this downtown bar! It has a very low key and relaxed vibe. Whether you're there with your family during the day for a pastry and coffee or at night for drinks, it's a really casual and friendly atmosphere. The decor is inviting and the bartenders are always friendly. Even late at night when it's a "martini bar," it's still accommodating to people who want to drink coffee and use WiFi. They offer pretty decent specials like $2 french press of Intelligentsia Coffees (between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.) and $2 pints of beers on tap after 11 p.m. I believe they have Guinness, Ska Steel Toe Stout, Oak Creek Amber and some craft beers. Their chai is my new favorite. They offer a bunch of creative cocktails. I am pretty sure they have Caked cheesecakes and other pastries (with vegan options too) which are pretty good too. Parking is downtown so obviously it's not easy to find a spot and I would never ever recommend parking at the Monte V Hotel as they boot cars constantly. Overall, it's a great little coffee house/bar and definitely reflects the downtown Flagstaff vibe. read more

Came here because it was recommended by a friend and absolutely loved my time at this bar. I came for after-dinner drinks. The bartender was very knowledgeable in his skill and was friendly. I started with the Whiskey Chai; recommended to me by said friend. And then ended with Ophelia's Pool Party which was SO good. I would've had another one but not only were these drinks tasty, they were worth the money with alcohol content. I would love to come back here given the opportunity if I'm ever back in Flagstaff.
