Branden was great. My classic car had the "starter"die. He responded and arrived to my home within an Hour. Came to my home w the part to complete the repair. The parts store didn't have the correct item, we had one shipped from Summit Racing. (Installed Photo). He returned few days later once the part arrived and finished the job. He is trustworthy and reliable. I let him work on an expensive car. Mahalo Branden. The BEST on Oahu! read more

My 2011 Honda CRV battery maintenance light went on, but I just bought a brand-new battery, and thought nothing of it, and continued driving. Going home, multiple warning lights was going off, including air bag, brake lights, almost like Christmas tree lights. I started fricking out, and then the driver's side window does not open. I drove home safe and parked in the garage. Later, when I was going out, it was completely dead. I managed to jump start it, and it was fine. Not too long afterwards, it died completely. I normally to go to a mechanic shop but wanted to try something else. I went found on yelp, a mobile mechanic, with high reviews. As usual, yelp algorithm, gives three mechanics, but went to take my chance on Reliable Mobile Mechanic. I got in touch with Branden, and explained my situation. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fixed my car faster than I expected. His rates are very competive, and reasonable. If I went to a brick and motar shop, I would have to pay overhead for their rent, etc...In the end, I am glad, I used Branden, and will use him again for future car repairs. I highly recommend him, he easy to work with, and very customer service oriented. read more

10/10 would recommend using reliable mobile mechanic hawai'i! branden is incredibly knowledgeable, good with cars, patient, accommodating, and will explain everything he's doing which makes it really educational and makes me feel like i actually know what's going on with my car! the value is well worth it, the work is reliable, and i would recommend them to everyone i know! read more

Branden does solid work, asked him to change multiple things on my truck and did a good job and was fair with pricing. Ps I never do reviews but this guy deserved it read more

I've used Branden a couple of times now and I have never been disappointed. For me the greatest value is my time - time I would usually spend shuttling back and forth to and from the repair shop - that I no longer need to do. Top this with the very fair prices and the confidence that you are getting quality work done - well, you just can't beat it. This time Branden was able to get the parts on my brakes warrantied so I only had to pay for labor! At 2 days before Christmas you can just imagine what a relief this was. He also recommended a better brand of brakes next time I get the replaced just due to the mileage I put on the car on the regular. We both felt that would be well worth the money in the long run. I can't recommend Reliable Mobile Mechanic enough! If you're a mom like me who is short on time or if you'd just rather be doing almost anything else than schlepping yourself around for repairs, check them out! read more

Branden is amazing. Have used him a few times now and realized I never left a review before. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Today specifically I had an emergency and he was able to fit me into his schedule and get me back on the road. Highly recommend him and his services read more

Five stars! Highly recommend! My car started to wig out and the dashboard was blanking out. The A/C turned off too. All of this while I was driving on the H-1 Freeway. Fortunately, pulled up in my driveway and the car totally died. Like no nothing, no clicking when trying to restart. Total dead. Of course, it was frustrating and decided to contact the Reliable Mobile Mechanic. I sent a online request & the owner responded almost immediately. After communicating by text, the battery appeared to be the culprit. Within half an hour, the owner responded to my home, diagnosed the issue, & the battery replaced. Such a life-saver! The rate was very reasonable and I was more than pleased overall with the service! I did use Reliable Mobile Mechanic in the past with the same great service, workmanship, & great results too. Especially when I was stranded once again before. Again, I highly recommend Reliable Mobile Mechanic. Most excellent stuff! Mahalo nui loa! read more

Great service, Great work. I would recommend his service. Had my truck up and ruining Much batter.

Gave explanation of what is going on with my vehicle. Was asked what area I was in, gave the answer and that was it.. no other response. Why do businesses do this. Just leave you hanging?! I understand life gets busy but if you are gonna run a business then be professional and respond. read more

Branden was awesome from start to finish! He called me 5min after I emailed for a quote. Came out the same day to look at my vehicle. Kept me informed and educated me along the way as he fixed it. Chrysler dealership diagnosed that I needed a valve cover gasket. When I hired Brandon to come out to do this work, he diagnosed that I did not need this repair and did not charge me. Rare, defined and honest mechanic. I would definitely recommend him. read more

Branden came out to check on the AC. we found the problem. After paying him for the diagnostic fee, he said he will find the parts and give me the repair quote. I texted and called him a few times after but never received a response. If the work is too hard, just say so. no shame. Now, I have to pay again to get someone else to check it out and do the work. People, don't use them. Go to a reliable and responsive mechanic. Don't waste your time. read more

Can't recommend Branden enough. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He has a 5K diagnostic tool that pinpointed the issue my car had, from there Branden fixed the issue within 20 minutes. It was fairly cheap as far as mechanics go. Between the convenience of him driving to our apartment and the vast knowledge he possessed, I highly recommend giving him a shot. This is probably the best experience I've had with a mechanic in over 20 years of driving. read more

Branden is excellent and went above and beyond to not only find out what was wrong with the car and repair it but cleaned the area. Won't go to anyone else. Need to call him if you need car repairs read more

Called for a quote. I sent a lot of information and waited for two weeks for a response. Completely ghosted after my first call.

If you're looking for a reliable mechanic that comes to you, this is the place. Branden not only helped me get my car back running but he went beyond to help. He was kind enough to fit me in that day even though he already had a packed schedule. I was pleased with his helpful nature and honesty. I would definitely recommend. read more

Loved the dedication to help me, the communication but got ignored when it got closer to actually getting my car fixed.

Without warning my husband's car battery died. We tried jumping from a neighbor's car, didn't work. Branden was able to come out the next morning, with a new battery, tested both battery and alternator. All we needed was new battery. He was very explanatory, showed us what he was doing and gave us tips on knowing when battery going bad, etc. Also there is a three year warranty with it. Back on the road in less than 24 hours. Awesome! Thank you, Branden!! read more

Just contacted the owner today because my car decided to stop working. I called him up and he sounded super busy at the time. In the one phone call he picked up on the stress, anxiety, and despair in my voice and though I know he's slammed said he's try to squeeze me in as soon as he can. He even offered words of sympathy, empathy, kindness and encouragement. He hasn't even looked at my car yet. We haven't had any business dealings yet but this is the kind of person who deserves all the business. This is the kind of person you tell everybody about cause you know he's not in it for just himself. He's the type that will do whatever to help you out. I already know I'm going to leave a stellar review once he is able to check out my car read more

Reached out for a few quotes. Branden replied I explained what was going on he said the part was not on island which was not an issue for me, I needed it to be looked and and see if a temporary fix could be done till the part came in. When I asked if he was available it felt like I got a wise as replied back as he stated "I can't come out today if that is what your asking" I didn't expect services to be done today as it was Sunday and Easter at that some type of availability would be nice. And it just felt like putting teeth to do business with him. If you make me a person who is looking for and need services feel like you don't what my business then I won't give you business. read more

Called for a quote. He was a ways out to be able to come help but gave me great advice over the phone and walked me through a few troubleshooting ideas. Very helpful read more

Hands down one of the best and realest mechanics I know! Every issue with multiple cars fixed with no problems. Recently getting the company van brakes fixed and back to brand new instead of sounding like a T-Rex coming down the road. Branden was quick to respond and gave me his earliest day to come replace them with being around my schedule made it all less stressful thanks for the great service! read more

Branden responded right away, and drove over same day. He took a look and immediately determined the problem wasn't as bad as we'd thought. He informed us the culprit was likely just a wrong part the previous owner had used, explaining exactly how we could easily do it on our own to save money, and that if it didn't work, he'd come back and work on it. When we offered to pay him something for his advice, he declined and just told us to keep him updated. Turns out, he was exactly right and that one little part was all we needed to change. He has earned all our future business and made us a forever customer. Honesty and integrity like this isn't super common these days. Branden is the real deal. Great mechanic and great guy. We recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you Branden! See you soon for our engine tune up! read more

Branden is amazing! He was easy to contact and was able to help me within a couple of hours. This is the second time he has helped me out the first was a dead battery and today was a tire that he removed a nail from and patched the leak. I am so grateful he was able to repair it and save me from a spending a day in a garage. He is very professional and kind and willing to answer all my questions about what is going on! He went above and beyond by also cleaning a paint scrape on my car!! So impressed!! I highly recommend this business. read more

These guys are true to the name of their company- reliable. Times are rough out there for everybody and thieves are getting desperate. My car was involved in a pretty weird theft situation and I needed help getting my new tires picked up and installed. Branden responded to my quote inquiry right away and was the only company I contacted that was able to schedule me in for the next day. I honestly don't know what I would have done without a mobile mechanic to help me out. Their prices are very reasonable for the job they do of going above and beyond. Definitely recommending these guys to everyone. Thanks again Branden! read more

Called reliable mobile mechanics,Brandon returned my call. I told him my problem with my '02 f150 truck. It made just a click sound when turning the key to start it. I told Brandon I replaced my starter, alternator, battery, starter relay/solenoid,fuses in junction boxes and checked the ground wires. Still it didn't work? Brandon diagnosed it and told me it was a bad starter. I returned that new starter back because i had a warranty on it,it also was a refurbished one, told that shop it was bad I want a brand new starter because i only used it for one day, lol. Once I got my new starter installed. Put everything back into place I cranked it up and It started up on one turn. Thank You Jesus! Brandon mahalo for your service. Yes! Good job for looking into it for me. Now I know when buying parts, buy it brand new not refurbished just a heads up. I would recommend Bruddah Brandon (mechanic) to check out what's your problem with your vehicle guys. Mahalo again and Aloha! Jay. read more

Hands down to these guys! I don't even know we're to begin. lol. My car wouldn't start so I called my insurance to get a tow guy to come jump start my car, he said it wasn't holding a charge so it could be my battery or my alternator. When I got to my husbands job it died out a second time so he ended up jumping my car with his truck. I bought me a new battery only to find out it still wasn't charging because I use my car daily for everything I couldn't not run it so I ended up buying a refurbished alternator but couldn't find anyone to install it then I came across reliable mobile mechanic on Facebook I gave them a call and I was on the phone with Chad within a matter of seconds! I told him if he could install it for me and he not only told me he couldn't (which I was fine with) but why he couldn't, he had explained to me so much and more and that the place I got the alternator from wasn't really good and that if I went through him not only will have the cheapest quote on replacing my alternator but the part will cost less than what I paid for I felt really confident about him. The sayings true, you get what you paid for. I really felt at ease I didn't feel pressured or anything. Because he was busy and I wanted it done right away he had to ask his other mechanic (Brandon) if he was able to make it if not he would've seen me first thing the next morning but his other guy was able to see me after all and within an half hour Brandon called me to let me know he was on his way, he asked me a few questions about what was going on to give him and idea of what was going on prior since I mentioned that no lights was on not even my battery light. Brandon got here about 1140am tested to see if it was anything else but the alternator Chad told me it could be a number of reasons worse case scenario it will be the alternator since it costed more, turns out it was defiantly the alternator. He started working on it right away, because I had my kids I only checked on him so often but he will always show me what he's done and what he's going to do next, he did run in to a problem we're a bolt was so bad he didn't want to strip it anymore than it already was he told me he would have to call Chad to come down and help him and the next thing I knew Chad was downstairs, he was explaining the problem they did have a slight issue getting the old alternator out, because I have an oil leak that I don't know we're it's coming from Chad showed me my old alternator covered with oil and explained what happens when it leaks through and how bad it can affect it. The year and the miles took them by surprise since it is a '03 with 82k miles on it but you can't predict what's gonna happen. Brandon didn't finish till a little after 7pm because he had to replace a belt and put everything back on. I felt so bad but he kept reassuring me that sometimes they got the cars that makes it easy and sometimes they got the one like mines with one thing after the other. Lol he did manage to check up the next day and see how the car running after which was awesome! I can go on and on but I really had the best experience ever!! I will defiantly be calling them for all my future repair needs because theirs no one else I trust, so much Aloha here & it's really hard to find that! I really recommend reliable mobile mechanic to anyone!! Thank you so much again! read more

The mechanic, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This guy gets a mega thumbs up from me! 5/5 The inspection only took about 45 minutes and was able to not only diagnose all known issues, but troubleshoot them as well without prior knowledge. Charles found the leaking oil pan gasket (which was a known issue at the time) and identified the cause of the leaking. Apparently, an incompatible sealant was used when the car last went in for service. His assessment of the associated costs for repairs/parts were also right on the money. He gave prices for spark plugs & break pads on the spot. I checked before writing this review and they were spot on. Extremely impressive! At the end of the inspection, transaction was clean and simple. No shady business. He even offered me a ride since it was raining. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic. Mahalo Charles! read more

Two words....highly recommended. First time I've used these gentlemen's services. Branden responded quickly by phone and gave me a quote on replacing drive belts on my Nissan Maxima. Charles showed up right on time and quickly found something previous mobile mechanic had missed....harmonic balancer also needed replacement (any idea what that is? Me neither!). Charles clearly explained what the part was, why it was defective, and the consequences should it come apart while driving (severe engine damage due to very high RPMs). Even though he had another job to go to, I asked Charles if he could also run his engine diagnostic tool to evaluate my "check engine" light. He found the issue in minutes and cleared the trouble codes. So....harmonic balancer and drive belts replaced along with a leaking camshaft sensor for $50 less than previous mobile mechanic wanted just to replace the belts. You can't go wrong with Charles and Branden. read more

I had a problem with my 04 Chevy impala. My engine was overheating and I didn't know what or where the problem was coming from. So like most people I googled "mechanic near me" and these guys popped up. Gave them a call and the next day Charles was at my house. Everything I needed fixed he executed 100%. I needed new parts from the shop. Not only did he go the extra mile to drive 4-5pm in traffic to Waipahu then to salt lake and back to ewa because they didn't have the correct parts in stock. I was educated more about the problem and how to maintain my car, things you cannot forget! That same night My car was up and running with ease.
