I was also planning on buying new TPMS sensors, but he was able to recalibrate the existing ones to my truck, saving me some extra money. Great service, great communication, and a great deal. Making a same day appointment on line for a tire replacement was the best thing and then it went…read moredownhill from there. On line, the tire I wanted was available, but when I went to the store, was told that it wasn't in stock, but Pearlridge had 1 and Kaneohe had 2. I told the person helping me I would drive to Pearlridge but was weary of going to Kaneohe on my spare. I was told only 1 in stock at Pearlridge which meant it could be 0, so I asked if they could call to verify. There was a lot of hesitation, said they're probably really busy right now so not sure anyone would answer. I needed a replacement, so I ended up with a higher priced tire which was OK, but disappointed that the person helping me couldn't explain how this tire was different from the one I originally wanted. We completed the transaction, then I asked, so 1-2 hours to complete (I told him I had an online appointment when I arrived)? They laughed and said, uh more like at least 3. The tire was actually done in 1.5 hours which made me happy, but once I drove away, the low tire pressure light remained on. I went to inflate my tires and come to find the brand new tire was at 25#, the only tire below spec. What a disappointment.

Located in the heart of Waipahu, you'll find East Bay Tire Co. They're a large tire wholesaler and…read morecommercial dealer who specializes in commercial and heavy truck tires. One specialize service they offer is to "foam filling" low speed tires. Foam filled tires are basically the exact same thing as regular air tires. Just that they have a heavy-duty urethane compound injected inside the tire through the valve stem. The compound is pressurized to the recommended tire pressure and then allowed to cure over a few days. Besides being impervious to punctures, foam-filled tires provide construction equipment with a softer ride because of the consistent pressure in each tire. They also add additional weight to each tire which helps stabilize larger equipment. Many companies will invest heavily in foam filled tires to eliminate any downtime, as downtime can be very costly to a company overall profit.

Didn't have my brakes, so had to get someone to pick it up from salt lake. Appointment was 830am. Added in a oil change and safety check. Came by at 2:57pm. No call, car sitting out in front. Said waiting to still do oil. Then service said he already did it. But they didnt call me because they were waiting for the mechanic to write off that he did the oil. 6 hour wait, for a scheduled appointment plus oil change and safety. Got home. My trunk is a mess, and what they didnt put back they threw it in the back car seat. FYI I asked the service rep. No reason to get to my spare tire. Wheel lock was on the dash. So not only did they have no reason to take my shit out. They threw my shit back. You can tell, they didnt put it down. It looks like they just threw everything on top. Best of all the heaviest things, my open house signs were on my supplies, and you guessed it. Papers smashed, container broken, small speaker smashed.
