I told the person helping me I would drive to Pearlridge but was weary of going to Kaneohe on my spare. I was told only 1 in stock at Pearlridge which meant it could be 0, so I asked if they could call to verify. There was a lot of hesitation, said they're probably really busy right now so not sure anyone would answer. I needed a replacement, so I ended up with a higher priced tire which was OK, but disappointed that the person helping me couldn't explain how this tire was different from the one I originally wanted. We completed the transaction, then I asked, so 1-2 hours to complete (I told him I had an online appointment when I arrived)? They laughed and said, uh more like at least 3. The tire was actually done in 1.5 hours which made me happy, but once I drove away, the low tire pressure light remained on. I went to inflate my tires and come to find the brand new tire was at 25#, the only tire below spec. What a disappointment.

Bad beginning to end. Good front desk though…read more Scheduled apt 2 days ago on my only day off. They assigned my appointment for Friday instead. Didn't have my brakes, so had to get someone to pick it up from salt lake. Appointment was 830am. Added in a oil change and safety check. Came by at 2:57pm. No call, car sitting out in front. Said waiting to still do oil. Then service said he already did it. But they didnt call me because they were waiting for the mechanic to write off that he did the oil. 6 hour wait, for a scheduled appointment plus oil change and safety. Got home. My trunk is a mess, and what they didnt put back they threw it in the back car seat. FYI I asked the service rep. No reason to get to my spare tire. Wheel lock was on the dash. So not only did they have no reason to take my shit out. They threw my shit back. You can tell, they didnt put it down. It looks like they just threw everything on top. Best of all the heaviest things, my open house signs were on my supplies, and you guessed it. Papers smashed, container broken, small speaker smashed.
