OUTSTANDING customer service! Had to replace a broken key for 2003 Honda Accord. Dealer wanted $140 - $150 for new key. Ordered a blank for $5 on Amazon and moved the electronic guts and transponder chip to the new blank. I then called around for Locksmiths that could cut a high security key and found pricing all over the map. Most are mobile and wanted to come to me for a higher price. Bo is also mobile but offers the option to set an appointment at his business address. I set up an appointment on a Saturday morning and Met Bo to get the Key cut at a very reasonable Price, total cost to me was 1/3 of what the dealer would have charged. I would definitely Use Bo again read more

I lost my smart key for my nissan altima and was calling everywhere for a decent price. I was getting quotes from anywhere from 300-400. I called reliable locksmith and was told 225. I was skeptical but I had them come out. They were on time and very pleasant as well. Took him only 15 minutes to.program my key and with no.hidden charges the price was 225. There are no competitors that can match his prices or business in general. Would recommend to anybody locked out of their car or lost 5heir keys as I did. 5 stars! read more

Saved me $85! I replaced the battery in my car's key fob. Neither google nor my manual told me how to reprogram the fob to start my car again. Honda said "go to a dealership"; another locksmith said $85. I called Reliable Locksmith, Bo told me what to try and voila! My car starts and the fob works again. Will definitely be using Reliable Locksmith should I ever need his services! read more

I needed a trustworthy locksmith to rekey my business and fortunately I found Reliable Locksmith! Bo was out within an hour and although my locks proved troublesome, he was able to compete the job (4 doors) in under an hour! The price was reasonable and he went above my expectations! If you need your locks changed, rekeyed, or even if you are in a jam, Reliable Locksmith is reliable!! read more

I noticed a lot of other Locksmith's reviews are totally fake, but these reviews are real. He came to my home, and got me inside in no-time. He even gave me a discount. I have used other locksmiths, and they are normally just dispatched from a call center, and refuse to give you pricing. I got the pricing right over the phone and he honored his rates, and rekeyed my locks for free! read more

Bo is a highly responsive, friendly and responsive locksmith. We had an old but beautiful front door lock that we didn't want to replace. Bo arrived within 30 minutes of my call, took the lock apart, showed me what parts we needed to order and helped make the door useable until the part comes in. He is skilled and highly professional. read more

Huge thanks to Reliable Locksmith for coming out to our home on a muggy and mosquito-filled holiday to help my spouse and little one get back in the house when our garage door had failed and we didn't have a door key with us. He managed to get us back in the house while our child napped in the car. We couldn't be more appreciative! read more

Bo was outstanding to work with. He was on time and saved me a ton of money by exploring all solutions... instead of the quick money grab of replacing the entire ignition cylinder. Hard to find honest and affordable emergency help these days. Thanks Bo! TJ Somers read more
