I was in a jam and was worried about getting a trusted locksmith. A friend recommended Reliable and I'm glad I went with him. Bo is now my only call when it comes to locksmith for my home or car. read more

I had to look at a couple of reviews and spoke to a couple of locksmiths before I narrowed it down to this one. I am glad that I did my research and went with the many reviews written here. He is more reasonable than most people out there in terms of their cost. I booked an appointment with them and it took about 15 minutes to fix my glove box problem and they also provided a spare key. Very polite and efficient. Definitely recommend to all who is looking for a reliable locksmith. read more

Naturally Thanksgiving day, I had the great joy of locking a key in the ignition of my car. I called numerous locksmiths looking for help, but I had no luck. A lot of places were saying it would take several days until they would be able to check out the situation at hand. Then, I called Reliable Locksmith. They responded immediately. Beau was incredibly professional, quick, and thorough. He made sure to explain to me what happened and how to prevent it from recurring. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in need of a locksmith. read more

After reading the reviews on yelp, I decided to give Bo a shot at repairing a car door lock.. He stopped by the house, although the job took longer than anticipated, he was very patient and professional explaining to me why the repair was taking longer.. Very knowledgeable and fair price, will definitely be using reliable locksmith again if the need arises and will be recommending them as well. read more

Bo was fast and professional. He rekeyed my house and replaced a couple of old locking knobs. He charged a fair price for great work. I highly recommend him. read more

Reliable was the 4th company I called. the first three said they could not give me a flat quote. When I called Reliable he gave me the exact price and did not try and play games or give me the run around. There are a lot of locksmiths that give a start price then hike it up when they are on the scene. Reliable is very honest and does not play games. I will recommend them to anyone. read more

I lost the only key I had to my motorcycle, but Bo was able to produce a new set of keys that fit all the locks (ignition, gas, battery, steering column) in just over an hour. While he was here he also updated all my house door locks to one key. Reasonable pricing, Bo was very professional, and now I extra keys to make sure this doesn't happen again. But if it does, I'll be in touch with Reliable Locksmith immediately! :) read more

I called Reliable Locksmith about my 2004 Honda Odyssey ignition key that would not turn. Mr. Boaz gave me a quote over the phone and a quick appointment time. He was punctual, friendly and was able to fix my ignition cylinder within 45 minutes. He examined my keys to determine if I needed new keys as well, thankfully I did not. I appreciate his honesty. He explained the work and a one year warranty on it. Reliable Locksmith saved me from getting the car towed and getting this fixed at the dealership. Thank You! I definitely recommend! read more

Locked my keys in the car... He was there within 10 minutes. Friendly and affordable.

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review for this company. Being locked out is never a happy situation, let alone dealing with finding an honest and affordable locksmith. I was locked out of my house with my dog that needed her seizure medicine and I called the first locksmith that came up-which turned out to be a nightmare and his price estimate was way more in person (charging $179 to unlock my bottom knob). I called Bo after thinking clearly and looking on yelp, and boy was I happy with his service. He gave me a direct quote over the phone and stood true to his pricing when he arrived. I was so incredibly happy he got my very difficult door unlocked! I can't thank him enough for being so kind and helpful in my time of need! read more

Bo was the first locksmith I've called and I am glad I did! He is super helpful and delivered quick, reliable service. He even spent additional time working on an older door frame, ensuring that everything was perfect. Thanks Bo- your number is saved in my phone now! Heather read more

I recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37x and as expected, the dealer only had one key fob (Proximity Key)to give me. I immediately started calling to find out how much a replacement key fob would cost and prices ranged anywhere from $100-$350 for the key and then another $200-$250 for programming it. After doing some research I decided to buy a key from ebay and take it to get it programmed somewhere. After doing some research and a lot of phone calling, I learned that programming proximity keys is a racket where a few companies do the programming outside the dealership and they are engaged in a price-fixing scam that ought to be illegal!!!! I searched the internet and came across Reliable Locksmith, and i noticed that there website appeared different from the other scammers out there. I called and spoke with Bo, who gave me a price up-front for programming and a time to come by to do the work. I was blown away when his charge was less than HALF of what the other guys were charging, and half-expected a miserable experience. Boy, was I wrong!!! I met Bo for my appointment, and he immediately went to work on programming my key. I was in and out with my key in 30-45 mins, and he made sure and erased any existing prox keys programmed to my car. He cut the Key blank insert and when done the price was still the same as he quoted me the day before. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with the quality of the service that I received from Bo, he was very nice, professional, and did everything he said he would! Thanks so much for an awesome experience, I'd totally recommend his service in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!! read more

I looked online for a locksmith to come out and cut a new key for my car. They quoted me over the phone with a very reasonable price. Showed up on time and had the key cut and the car running in no time. Bo was very professional and I highly recommend Reliable Locksmith. Locksmithing can be a pretty shady business but these guys took great care of me. Would definitely recommend. read more

I was locked out of my office in Marietta. I called Bo. He was honest and said it would be an hour or so which was fine. He showed up & showed out! Boaz was AMAZING to work with, my car key wouldn't go in the ignition and when we got it in, it wouldn't turn on. One call to Boaz and he worked around my schedule and was able to get the car fixed for me for a great rate. He is super friendly and has great communication throughout the job. No hidden fees or costs and he gave me the best and worst case scenario right up front. Thanks! read more

After repeated phone tag for a week with Sandy Springs Locksmith who didn't seem to want my business, I called around to find someone who was willing to go to Kennesaw to replace a lost car key for my son at KSU. After calling several people, I was finally referred to Reliable Locksmith. I called and Bo picked up the phone right away and looked up the car and gave me a reasonable price for the replacement. The very next day he was punctual in calling my son to make arrangements and went out and quickly made the replacement. I should have called them first! Highly recommend! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fantastic service! We've just moved to Marietta and our backdoor lock broke on New Year's Day (of course, right?). We tried to fix it, couldn't, and decided to worry about it the next day; but the lock HAD to be fixed because it's so cold right now and the door was letting in a lot of cold air. I looked for a locksmith with good reviews, Reliable had the best, so that's who I called. So glad I did. Boaz came to me within 45 minutes of my call, replaced all the door hardware, charged me a very reasonable price, gave me some helpful tips, and was on his way. Definitely the locksmith to choose and my locksmith for any needs in the future. read more

First my apologies for being late with this review as it should've been done earlier. I rarely write good reviews for I am very skeptical and jaded, these day when most are eager to write negative reviews writing this was is very easy. I had a self inflicted wound today(meaning my fault) and Bo came to the rescue, after looking on here for the best recommended I came across Reliable Locksmith. Even after he provided a very fair price point I still wanted to check and in a time when many of us seem to be at odds it was very refreshing to call a fellow competitor (you know I shouldn't even say that) another company but whose owner Kevin Wilson Certified Master Locksmith had nothing but kudos for Bo after he queried the price point when I declined his for being a bit more. He was already on a job and thoroughly encouraged me to call Bo back which I did. In such time when it seems all businesses want to do is "pick your pocket" it was VERY encouraging to see such class and a genuine demonstration of what life could be when we all try to work together and support each other. It was clear the mutual respect Mr. Wilson had for Bo and when I told Bo he expressed the same. Fact is I called at 1250pm Bo provided an ETA of 1315pm and a VERY fair price point texting everything for confirmation. He arrived at 1310pm and I was in my front door by 1318pm. Professional, courteous, class all the way. He is the REAL DEAL!!! And these days that's saying alot. THANKS BO!!! read more

Bo was prompt, re-keyed our entire house in about 30 minutes and even fixed one of our deadbolts that had been installed upside down at no extra cost. He had us check each lock with the keys and they fit in smoothly and easily. Overall, great job and I highly recommend the company. read more
