I've been here several times for a couples massage and they're always kinda hit or miss but I leave there feeling a little more relaxed than walking in so I guess it works. My problem is always with booking my appointment. For example, I called tonight (Saturday) for a couples massage and the guy put me on hold to check. When he came back on, he said he had an 8pm opening for both of us, so I took it. He then asked if I wanted their $89 couples massage package. I replied that I had a groupon and suddenly my appointment changed to Tuesday night. Does it takes 3 days to process a groupon? So anyway, I asked what happened to the appointment I had just booked and he replied with "I just checked and I only have one person available" apparently he forgot he had already checked and told me there was availability and he tried to take it back after mentioning the Groupon. So after going back and forth a few times he said they just arent taking any groupons anymore. So needless to say I'm not getting a massage there tonight or any other night. Theres always an issue when trying to book whether im using a deal or paying full price. Their massage therapists do a pretty decent job but their receptionist's guest service (which is always the same kid) is garbage. read more

My husband and I are from Orange County and came to temecula to celebrate his 30th birthday as well as Valentine's Day. It was his first time getting a massage, so he was nervous, but he really enjoyed it and was able to relax! We did a Swedish 1 hour massage and I came in with a bad neck and back, and left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! I was about to give them 4 stars because his masseuse left a couple of times to help other guests, but it wasn't a big deal to him...also they had no one at the front desk at the time and they seemed very busy. Me and my girlfriend got a couples massage here yesterday. My masseuse was Kevin and he performed a deep tissue massage on me and man...it was amazing! There were a couple areas that I've been feeling pain in and it's like he sensed it, because he really focused on them without me having to even tell him. By the way, he doesn't speak much English but I was fine with it. He did periodically ask me if I was okay with the pressure, at least. They have some pretty decent prices with the membership. I had been here before for foot massage, which was great. We both loved our massages and will be definitely return. I went for my birthday for a couples massage they were very nice. I think maybe it was the guy I had but it was the worst massage I ever had. He did my whole massage with his elbows !!! Never using his hands . It hurt so bad it was awful I paid alot for my massage. To have someone just use there elbows. No care at all. In pain the whole time. I used to be a member elsewhere and had many massages but none were equal to this. The therapist took the time on each muscle. I work out and I was sore - I left feeling less sore. I booked a spa treatment here for my Mother's Birthday. I forgot to mention I had a Groupon when I booked the appt. When I called back they said I had to take a different appointment since I had a Groupon. I couldn't understand the logic in that. I nicely explained that it was for my mother and she is 80 and couldn't change the appointment. They agreed to let me keep it. My mother had a wonderful massage experience and wants to return very soon. I plan on using this spa as well. Prices are reasonable even without a Groupon. There is miscommunication because of the language barrier and the person booking appointments should ask the customer if they have a Groupon. I just don't understand why that makes a difference. Otherwise, I would have given 5 Stars. read more

Ok we need to talk about the three bad reviews in a row. I'm feeling like someone probably got sick and they needed a last minute masseuse to cover and the guy wasn't the best. I'm saying this because me and two girl friends went in together and it was AMAZING. This place is cheaper than a lot of other I've been to and they did a wonderful job. Yes technically our masseuses did not speak English but the receptionists did and asked all the questions you would normally expect in the beginning and then told those to our masseuses. 5/5 and will be back! read more

Amazing! My girlfriend and I were getting into Temecula on a Monday evening and called around 330 PM. We were able to book a couples massage with one Swedish and one four hands deep tissue. We were given directions and showed up on time. Just a few minutes of a wait and we were shown to our room and offered a couples massage with 4 hands for both. My girlfriend never had a 4 hands and it was my treat so we both elected for that. I've had a lot of massages, mostly disappointing ones, but I was pleasantly surprised. They checked on our pressure frequently, and with having 4 therapists together at the end of the night, gave great pressure and very little talk. What was pretty cute and my girlfriend loved was after the flips? They pushed our tables together and had us hold hands. Service, attitude and massages were great. Thanks so much!
