I won't ever go here again! The owners wife Angel is rude and don't care about your business. Her husband Scott was very nice the last time we went and said he would honor the Groupon price if we ever want to come back. When we tried to come back Angel refused to honor it and didn't care if we ever came back. We are a local business and try to keep our business in the city and refer our employees there but they have been complaining how bad it has gotten and the high turnover of massage therapist and they fired the best massage therapist they had. Unfortunately Angel is all about the money and not the client well being. We will never go back there again or refer anyone there. I was looking for a massage since it was my only day off in a month. I went to Groupon to see if I could get a deal, I called up a few places and they were booked for the day. I called this place and inquired about it and mentioned the Groupon. Lady on the phone told me to not purchase the Groupon and she will still give me the Groupon pricing. I showed up to my appointment and informed them the arrangement. Seemed like no one understood me and I pulled out the Groupon to show them, they said it was a different price and I showed them what Groupon said. The front desk lady then calls someone else and handed me the phone, I explained to the person on the phone the situation and then gave the phone back. Now I already feel awkward... the front desk lady takes my money and takes me to the back room. And boy oh boy! They didn't give me an option on which massage I wanted... the lady who massaged me was so rough I kept having to tell her to lighten up. I did not feel relaxed at all and oh if you are uncomfortable about people massaging your butt well this isn't for you! I have never had anyone massaged my butt! It was getting uncomfortable! The waiting area doesn't meet your typical "spa" atmosphere - I started to get a little nervous especially after I started reading some of the poor reviews. I did the 1-hour full body and I had a great experience. The staff I interacted with was extremely polite and very friendly. The massage rooms, at least the one I was in, was very spacious! I was pretty uncomfortable during the massage due to random aches and pains from delivery and the fact that I'm breastfeeding and I had to lie flat on my stomach half the time. I have a lot of back pain dealing with a 5,4,2 and 6 month old all day long. I didn't expect much since it was a groupon. My massage therapist was Lynn... Very straightforward and didn't waste any time getting started. It's like she knew how to massage me with the just the right amount of pressure. She worked on my knots and my sciatica just right. I like my massages with pressure and a little bit of pain on those bad knots I get and she just knew exactly how to adjust it on those areas. I bought a Groupon for this service thinking I found a great deal. I called the company to claim it, and was told I couldn't claim it on a weekend due to the low price, and that it would only be redeemable on Tuesday through Thursday, even though it doesn't state anywhere on their policy. I double checked the fine print on the groupon, and no where does it state that the service is not redeemable on weekends. I tried to cancel the Groupon since this merchant is of no help and refuses to offer the services they advertise. I can't even get a refund; only groupon credit. Buyer BEWARE! read more

I had no need to worry though. The guy at the front desk was very polite and accomodating. I asked for a 90 min combo massage with hot stones. I was led to a large private room setup for couples. It was relaxing, clean, well decorated. Everything was on the up and up, as expected of a professional establishment. Anna worked the knots out of my back like a pro. The worst massage I have ever gotten, & I have gotten a lot of massages. My bf & I booked a couple's massage. It was anything but relaxing. I called at 10AM, and the receptionist was able to schedule us for 10:30AM, which was perfect. She insisted that GPS would give us the wrong directions to their location. I guess a lot of other customers have had that problem, but we did not. It was very easy to find in a little shopping center with free parking. We arrived right on time. We had to wait a few minutes while she was on the phone. No big deal. She led us to our room & asked for specifics on what types of massages we would like. I told her my bf would like Swedish, & I would like Swedish except for my upper back, neck, & shoulders, where I wanted deep tissue because I had a lot of tightness & tension. She said ok & left. We disrobed & lay down under the sheets. It was quite a while before the therapists came in, & when they did, they didn't introduce themselves or anything. My guy just started the massage without saying a word. My boyfriend had a female therapist. They didn't actually ask us which we would prefer, but I do prefer a man, & my bf prefers a woman, so that worked out. The massage itself was pretty bad. He didn't seem to have any sort of training. When he used his forearms on my upper shoulders, he kept smacking his arm into the side of my face. When he massaged my neck, he would rest his arm heavily on my head, which is not relaxing at all. The pressure was good to begin with on my upper back, but it was much too hard on my lower back, where I have a chronic pain problem. I had already told the receptionist that I wanted it much lighter on my lower back, but I told him, & he lightened up, but then it was way too light. More like just rubbing than massaging. But I didn't want to chance it with my condition, so I didn't say anything, especially since he didn't seem to speak English, except for constantly asking, "Okay?" He asked about twenty times during the hour long session. Then the pressure on my upper back became practically nonexistent, so I told him he could go a lot harder up there. He laughed! And continued with the same pressure. I told him again, & he just ignored me. Before we turned over, my bf & I both asked for more time to be spent on our necks, & both therapists seemed utterly confused, probably because neither spoke much English. The woman translated most of my requests to the man, but I had to repeat myself four or five times before she understood what we wanted. And they kept talking to each other & laughing for the whole session! I'm not sure what they were saying as it was in another language (maybe Chinese?), but it did not seem to be related to our massages since it didn't prompt them to do anything. And the man would periodically start snickering for no apparent reason. I don't know what he was laughing at. Maybe my tattoos on my back? No idea. It was very annoying & not relaxing. When he pulled the sheet down & tucked it into my panties (which I've had a lot of therapists do, so it doesn't bother me), he also pulled my panties like halfway down my butt! I'm fine with therapists touching my butt through the sheet, but I'd really rather it not be hanging out, so I reached down & pulled them back up to where I was comfortable. I didn't bother saying anything since he couldn't understand me anyway. Then when he was draping me to work on my legs, his hands got a little too close for comfort to the inside of my thighs. I didn't think he was actually trying anything, so I didn't say anything, again 'cause he wouldn't understand me anyway. A lot of the massage was done through the sheet, which I don't usually like, but it turned out to be better that way in this instance. When he used oil, he would go across the room, cup his hand & pump a whole bunch of oil into it, then come back & just dump all of it on my back. It felt pretty gross. He did a lot of stretching, smacking, & shaking of my limbs, which is NOT Swedish style massage. I have only ever gotten that at Asian massage places, & I don't like it, which is why I request a Swedish massage. She smacked my bf's foot HARD after he told her to avoid it since he hurt it. The floor was tiled, not carpet, so we could hear every heavy footstep & every time his stool rolled across the floor. The vinyl top of my table kept making squeaking noises. Then he pushed on me so hard that my entire table moved! He laughed & jolted the table back into position! It was startling & very unprofessional. When the massage was over, they suddenly flipped on the full light before they left the room. That is no way to transition after a massage. We complained to the receptionist. She was very apologetic & agreed that we didn't have to pay, but she kept insisting that they had tons of repeat clients who love them. Maybe those people don't know what a good massage feels like. Also only offered dixie cups of water despite their tea setup. read more

Probably the worst experience I've had with a business in years. I bought a massage for my wife here. I called and made an appointment and requested a male masseuse. I was told that would be fine. My wife goes at her appointment time and is literally ignored for 5 minutes after walking in. She then has to wait another 20 minutes past the appointment time until she is brought back. She is given a female masseuse in a room that isn't where they normally do massages on a weird low bed. She is told all of this matter of factly. Her masseuse then proceeds to give her a massage without any communication about what she wants. My wife has to ask her to stop somethings because she never asked. The masseuse even straddled her at one point. Another employee walked in at one point briefly. When my wife asked about her feet getting massaged, she is told that she needed to buy a combo massage for that. To the masseuse's credit she does massage her feet anyway. When done with this, my wife goes to the front and is going to tip. Because of the low quality of service she was tipping less than the recommended amount. The masseuse LITERALLY spit behind my wife's back after my wife handed her the tip. This is completely unacceptable. I want an apology and a refund. Our massage therapist made sure that we are ok with the type of pressure they are applying.At the beginning of the massage you can also give them instruction how you want them to apply pressure. The massage was really nice and relaxing. I even fell asleep when the young woman was working on my feet. So why the one star? When we were leaving they handed us the receipt. The two people who massaged us were behind the counter like hawks looking at the tip we were about to leave. My wife gave them an amount and the male who massaged my wife, grabbed the receipt out of the cashiers hand and had a mean mug. The woman who massaged me looked puzzled. They spoke another language to each other and the cashier said "you have to leave more tip." This completely ruined the whole experience. We will never go there again. read more
