I have visited Relax Zone four times. My most recent visit was the best. My therapist was Karen and she gave me a fantastic massage. This is a clean, reputable place that is insanely reasonable. The girl at the front counter was very friendly, and helpful. She did ask for payment upfront but I explained that I wanted to tip after my massage and she said sure no problem I could pay at the end. I recently went to Glen Ivy Hot Springs and paid much more money for a massage, and it was not as good as I received here. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend! read more

My boyfriend and I came for a couples massage to end our trip for my birthday weekend. This place is amazing and I wish I had one closer to home. Both our massages were an asian like deep tissue with bending and stretching of our limbs. The head and neck massage was so relaxing. And they knew what parts of us needed more attention than others. They were great at adding more pressure and going lighter. The fragrance of the lotions and oils was great. And they use a different facial lotion on your face so you dont have to worry about your face feeling greasy. I really couldn't have asked for a better way to end this mini-vacation in wine country. We did the 60 min couples massage but wish we would have done the 90 min. You can't beat the price for such a thorough massage. I came here for the first time today and before I type a long review about my experience I will tell you - I booked another 1 HR Swedish massage for two weeks! After reading the many reviews most good, a few not, I wanted to form my own opinion. Running a few minutes late I called for directions (I was lost) and they were gracious and understanding, when I arrived I was immediately greeted and brought back to my private room. Fan was my masseuse, yes he's male and no it didn't freak me out, he was very polite and professional. Minor language barrier but I came for a good massage not to socialize and boy did I get a great massage! Fan cracked my upper back, even put a hot pack on my low back after I told him it was sensitive. Husband and I went in for a couples massage. Husband had called beforehand to let them know I needed a prenatal massage. They said they could do that. Worst massage of our lives. They did not have a bed for pregnant women. I just laid on my side the whole time and the lady massaging me basically just rubbed lotion on one side of my back over and over again. My husband didn't enjoy his at all either. They use like what smells cheap lotion and it leaves you all gross feeling even after they wipe you down with a cold towel. Do not recommend at all. I absolutely loved this place! It's full of great spirits and everyone was so friendly. The hot stones were the icing on the cake. My Masseuse was very polite and asked several times how the pressure was, which was great! She gave my full 60 minutes worth of massage and even though, of course, there is a language barrier, her and I were able to communicate just fine. I definitely would recommend and I will be returning. Found a babysitter and drove from San Diego county and when we arrived the kid at the front barely spoke English and told us to come back in an hour. I asked to speak to the lady I made the appointment with so he called her for me and she said to wait and she will see what she could do since he gave the appointment away to a walk in. We waited 30 minutes and I finally called her back and she said there was nothing she could do and she didn't know if the massage therapist walked out or what was going on since the kid at the front didn't speak English. Scheduled a same day & last minute couple's massage on Valentine's Day. We were the last appointment of the night & they were very welcoming. They did take payment up front (which is common for many massage places). We paid $139 for both of us for a 90 min massage. The front is very clean as was our room. The beds are extremely comfortable & spread out so the massage therapists aren't bumping into one another the entire time. Both of our therapists were soft spoken but consistent about checking if pressure is ok. When I mentioned I was cold, my therapist turned on the bed warmer, which was absolutely amazing. The massages themselves were great. The only downside I could honestly think of is that I wish he had gotten my neck a bit more & when he did the face massage he didn't get my cheek muscles or temples, but that is severely nitpicking. All in all there is really nothing I can complain about. They gave us water after we were done, didn't make ya feel rushed to leave, & didn't pressure us about our tip amount. 100% recommend & 100% will be going back. Since it was my first time here at Relax Zone I got the $40 combo #3 60 mins massage by Rose. I've been many massage therapist. I say Rose is one of the best. I always need the strongest pressure for my entire body especially the sciatic nerve pain shooting down my right side of my lower back down to my leg. I was shock that she hop up on the massage and worked into the knots I had. She applies the perfect pressure point. much pressure as you like. I like that she checks and ask if you're ok with the pressure or not. She seems to know where your body needs its and get most of the knots out. I regret not getting the 90mins massage. I couldn't help myself I booked an appointment for both my mother and I. Looking forward to it! I left Relax Zone so relaxed I lite as a feather. My husband and I called on Saturday for a Sunday afternoon appointment and were accommodated. We got a 90 minute Relax Zone Fusion massage in the couples room. The room was nicely appointed and relaxing. We had read reviews that some folks didn't like the music so we brought our earbuds - it really just depends on your tastes. Wendy and Owen took our instruction well and were great. Also both of us have disabilities/injuries and they were great following instruction at what areas needed lighter touch or more help. A few reviews had made comments about the masseuses leaving the room - they leave the room twice, once to get hot stones, and then hot towels to wipe down all the oils they put on for the massage. It was only a minute and I had no problem with this. Another review commented that "they only use one hand." I did find this to be true on occasion especially when doing deep tissue or trigger points where someone is really getting their elbow in, etc. Again, I didn't see this as an issue at all and it's actually common but everyone has their preferences. Overall, I WILL ALWAYS COME HERE WHEN IN TEMECULA. I felt so relaxed and wanted it to go longer. My husband and I are used to 2hr massages at our regular spot in Los Angeles, so 90 minutes felt a little short. Next time we may just book them twice. Pricing is also great so please tip well. We found this massage place on Yelp and decided to try it, but we were kinda disappointed. We got the 90 minute combo with hot stones. The massage was pretty good but just an overview. I liked that they did pressure points on my head and the hot stones were great. The big negatives were: there is only faint music playing, Too much talking from adjacent rooms, and a huge communication barrier. I called this morning to schedule an appointment (same day) and the girl was nice to explain the benefits of the massage. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment an hour prior due to an emergency with the pet, (rushing cat to the vet). I thought she understood the situation, and I explained that I would call back to reschedule after I knew what was happening to the cat. When I called back, she had a whole different attitude to me; I asked her if she wanted my business or not. Her response was to start asking me ridiculous questions on whether I can walk and be by myself in the room. After telling her that she needs to learn more about deaf people, I hung up. One of the top worst massages I have ever had. My usual spot closed early today so I had to find somewhere else. I stumbled upon many and finally decided to give this place a shot. I have been here before for a couples massage and everything went good so I'm not sure why tonight went so wrong. My massage given half assed as if this dude didn't even want to do the work. He basically gave me a good lathering up of lotion because there was no massage involved. He also kept doing the same movements over and over so it didn't even feel good. Lastly when I rolled on my stomach he gave me a very annoying neck massage and tried to rub my back with the hard ass towel on me. It was just terrible all around. Relax Zone Massage is awesome: clean, friendly, and welcoming. I've had three Swedish massages over the past six weeks. My massage therapist, Tina, has magic hands and is simply the best massage therapist I've ever encountered. The massage rooms are relaxing and comfortable, the prices are fair, and the service is second to none. The business profile on Yelp indicates they have a buy-5-get--1-free deal. The owner (who's very friendly) gave me a frequent customer card last time I was in (my 3rd visit) and said that every 11th massage was free (supposedly buy-10-get-1-free). He didn't mark on the card that I'd already been there twice. I'm hopeful they will give me credit for my first two visits and that my 6th massage will be free (consistent with the wording in their Yelp profile). Relax Zone is a wonderful place to go for a massage and I encourage you to check them out. While I'm sure all of their massage therapists are talented, I can personally vouch for Tina, who goes above and beyond with her technique and is undeniably talented in the service she provides. read more

Really cheap, easy to book. We chose this place based on the Yelp reviews when looking for a massage while visiting Temecula. The couples massage was like a rote reflexology massage. I mean like no attention paid to any particular area of concern. It was pretty similar to the $25 "foot massage" places in the mall but in a private room (though you can hear everything going on in the lobby).
