Fantastic find in our olde town! I rarely get dntn anymore, but now that I have found this charming spot with outdoor tables in both the front & back enabling me to sip perfectly brewed confections while enjoying the breezy sunshine -- I'll definitely be back. I can honestly be reminded of spanish sidewalk cafés. The 2 friendly barristas contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and my spinach-feta turnover was the perfect 3pm treat. LOTS of stars!

We really enjoyed trying out a couple of cold brews recently at Relampago Coffee Lab in St. Augustine! What we drew us in about Relampago was both the distinct "coffee-shop" scent, atmosphere, and vibe upon walking through the doors. Pictured is an 8-hour drip process which they do to concentrate some of their coffees, both was cool because if added to the authenticity of the shop, and the care which they take in making their coffees! They also had a great amount of seating in the back patio, if you're looking to relax for a bit while you sip your drink. Certainly recommend!

I love this quaint, yet modern coffee shop! I almost always stop here when I'm in town! The service is friendly and the coffee is good! Relampgo offers locally roasted coffee and pastries, as well as a variety of teas. I learned that the name Relampgo means 'lightning' in Spanish. It's the nickname of the owners' dog. Check this spot out for your next latte!

Loved the building, it looked like it has history to it. Loved the inside of the place, it had like a vintage, greenery feel. The coffee smelled amazing. I ordered a latte, they did not have coconut milk so I used oat milk () . I did not like it , but hey caffeine is caffeine lol. The service was great, the vibe was cool and chill, I just was not fond of that latte .

We had a great cappuccino while sitting on a little balcony outside. They made it perfectly and we enjoyed it while relaxing outside. Service was good.

Nice little coffee shop with a relaxing deck at the back. A nice escape from the tourist area. Coffee and service were excellent.

Located by the George St. shops this little coffee shop was a pleasant start to my day. This place is soooo cute! Placed in an old house the feel is very cottage core alchemy vibes. There is only two two top tables inside but there is seating on both the front and back porch. I got a Cappuccino, a spinach and mozzarella strata, and a spinach turn over. The cappuccino was good, pretty standard but I loved the latte art and the fact that it came in a porcelain cup. (I'm weird like that I just like real cups) The spinach mozzarella strata was my favorite it's a baked egg dish with just enough spinach and LOTS of cheese. The spinach feta turnover was ok; pretty Flakey but I wish there was a little more filling. On a Thursday morning there was only one person behind the counter. She worked quickly but it was a little bit of a wait between customers. She was kind and too the point. I really enjoyed this little spot and can't wait to come back to read a book with my morning coffee.

Seriously delicious coffee! We were possibly the only people walking around St Augustine this morning & came across this gem. Thankful so many local coffee shops were still closed at 9am on a Friday because it helped us wander into Relampago. It's in an old house on the edge of the historic district. Very clean. Gal who helped us was super pleasant/great customer service. My other 1/2 spent much of Covid trying to perfect coffee- finding the best beans, best brewing method, etc & got pretty good results. Ordered a latte here & it was insanely good. Better than anything we brewed in r quest 4 great coffee. Possibly the best latte he's ever had, and we've even done a coffee tour around Columbia. Kudos to Relampago for such a high quality product. Highly recommend stopping by for a latte when ur in town. Side note- they also have a few small food items including a gluten-free banana nut muffin, which we didn't try.

very good pour overs and espresso drinks. Snacks are pretty good, nice space, good service (though IMO they could use one more barista).

Sweetwater Coffee understood the assignment…read more I ordered the banana bread latte and let me just say... if banana bread and coffee had a personality, this would be it. It was smooth, cozy, and somehow tasted like a hug but also woke me up like I had responsibilities. This was much needed after we landed from cold Chicago, like "hey girl"! Perfect balance of flavor and caffeine, not overly sweet, and actually tasted like real coffee (which is rare these days). If you're in St. Augustine, do yourself a favor and stop here, you'll leave caffeinated, happy, and maybe a little motivated as well!

Not only did I find delicious coffee and beautiful local art - which is what you'd expect and hope to find given the name - but fresh, homemade breakfast/lunch options and some of the most genuine, sweet people who remember their regulars and truly appreciate customer loyalty, which is far too rare in the service industry these days. In 3 years, I've had only great food and coffee here, but it's the warm, thoughtful, human element that has kept me coming back and will keep me coming for years to come. Thank you, Mike and the Sweetwater crew! *A note for my fellow wheeled peops: It's small, depending on the type of chair you have, and may require deft maneuvering but there is an accessible entrance in the back between Chase bank and the Villa Zorayda museum.
