The food is fantastic, we've been at least 6-8 times at different times of the year, we've never had a bad meal. My personal favorite is the smoked salmon appetizer that I like to have as a meal with a Caesar salad. In the summer the deck is open and dogs are welcome and the atmosphere is great. This is worth the detour to get here. The atmosphere is awesome, the beers are amazing as well as the staff and the food was delicious. I had a fried chicken sandwiches that was perfectly cooked and crispy with an Asian flair on a brioche bun. I ordered a salad and the dressing complemented the sandwich. The salmon bites as and appetizer in a sweet sauce on the side was fabulous. Our waitress was as friendly as could be at a busy time of the night. The beer selection was overwhelming. This might be my favorite brewery. It is so freaking cool. There are a bunch of different areas that you could go multiple times and have a different experience every time. Multiple bars. Love Love Love What A local in a restaurant in Conway suggested this brewery to me. I was visited NH for some hiking and good eats. As majorly plant based, it is hard to find good food especially at breweries. I am happy that this place has an extensive menu. I got their falafel plate appetizer, Brussels sprouts and a half salad without the cheese. The falafel was not as I imagined, there were a lot of other items included. The falafels also did not taste as I imagined, it was good but something seems like it was missing, it had a kick to it. The salad was good, tasty. Also the brussel sprouts were really good. They are flash fried and they were not oily. Environment I love the environment. There is plenty of seating outside. I sat outside and enjoyed the weather. Niceness of the staff Super nice staff. My family stopped here in a whim on our way to Stowe, Vermont. We are so glad that we stopped. The food was fantastic! My husband and I had the duck tacos, my son had the Mac & cheese with salmon, my Dad had Just the Tips (steak tips with mashed parsnips) and Mom had the Chicken Cali Bowl (quinoa, bok choy and pepitas). All the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server, Raylin, was friendly and gave us some of the history of the restaurant. We are on an extended road trip from California. It was my husband's birthday and we stopped in for a beer. Honestly speaking this is one of the most inviting, coolest breweries we have been to. And we have been to a lot! The staff was really friendly. They had lots of games in a beautiful backyard. We played darts and pretty soon the whole dart area was filled with people having a great time. We met the owners - lovely couple. We would definitely recommend you give this place a try. Rek-Lis was awesome! We were concerned about bring kids to a brewery type restaurant but they made us feel welcome and were very friendly. Party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) were seated on the deck. Kids were restless so we asked our waitperson if it was ok if they could play on the pool table. Since we were there for lunch it was fine. While kids were at the pool table we ordered drinks, appetizers and lunch. Drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. Food consisted of nachos, Brussels sprouts, steamed mussels, salad, and shrimp tacos. Everything was freshly made and tasty. Came by this place after a long hike at the mountains. We were able to get seated right away on a Sunday afternoon and informed that the brunch menu was the only menu available for the entire day. It is served until closing so you can disregard the line saying that they stop serving at three. We had clouded judgement, Champaign cider, white peach sangria, mojito strawberry and 30k light years as drinks. Everyone was happy with their pick so it doesn't seem you can go wrong with any. There was a varied beer selection for those who wanted a brewery vibe. For appetizers we shared the huevos rancheros with home fries and chorizo on the side as well as an order of the tacos. I like that they deep fry the home fries so every side was nice and crispy. The tacos had a good amount of filling and was topped with fresh tomato, lettuce, and cheese. The huevos rancheros were served on a crispy fried tortilla with sunny side up eggs. Our entrées included the chicken and waffles, the brunch burgers, the salmon sammy, and the reklis burger. Everyone enjoyed their orders and especially their sides of French fries, home fries, or sweet potato fries as it was all thoroughly fried. I had the brunch burger which included an egg sunny side up with hollandaise sauce and thick cut bacon. It was the exact comfort food I needed after getting rained on during the hike. This brewery and cafe is a real find. We stopped in at lunch on a weekday and the place was hopping. The hostess and waitstaff were so welcoming and helpful. We started to order large nachos and our waitress was kind enough to explain just how much food was involved. We went with the regular and couldn't even finish that with two people! We enjoyed our visit to Rek'Lis a lot. They welcomed us and our dog Prince to dine. The dog friendly area was covered and warm despite the chilly weather outside. The waitress even gave our dog a water bowl to drink from. We came from out of town to see the eclipse and it was busy but our server gave us frequent updates on our food. We appreciated that a lot and didn't mind waiting because her attention showed they didn't forget about our order. The food was soo tasty. I especially loved the nachos with the smoked chicken. Great place to eat in the Bethlehem area! The staff are awesome - make you feel like family right away! The food was excellent with generous portions and a fair enough price. I ordered the fiesta salad with grilled salmon...the salad was a great mix and the piece of salmon was gigantic lol! I actually couldn't finish it! The salmon had a perfect light seasoning and was grilled so that it was super soft on the inside. They also brew their own beers here so I had to sample one! I tried their Barnyard Pimps Pilsner and man was it perfect! Light and refreshing with a great, earthy flavor...yum! They do have parking in the back, but it was packed. I did end up finding some street parking but it was a challenge - but that's to be expected on a busy Friday. They were having some live music too, which was excellent! Plenty of bar seating when I arrived so I didn't have to wait! They don't take reservations but you can call ahead and put your name on the list and they'll text/call when your table is ready. Stopped in just for a bite to eat (non-drinker). It's a brewery, I get it, and the food is an afterthought and probably not what most people go there for. I ordered the Rek-Lis fried chicken sandwich with fries for $16. The chicken to batter ratio was bad. So much (burnt) batter and so, so little chicken. The table joked that we wished Gordon Ramsey was with us so he could storm the kitchen to ask "what the hell is this? You're joking, right?" All that being said, the service was great, we were seated promptly and our server was attentive. The ambiance is just that of your typical micro brewery, nothing special. The outdoor space is stunning. I just couldn't stop taking photos. There are so many different patio areas covered in hanging string lights and lush greenery. The actual brewery is a modern red farmhouse. It's a whimsical patio space, and the set up is perfect for social distancing too. The menu features standard brewery fare, but they had a Mexican section which was a nice change-up from the typical pretzels, wings and burgers that you'd normally find. My order of chicken tacos was large and came with three overstuffed tacos. There was plenty of chicken, plus fresh pico and a tangy aioli sauce. My hubs had a steak quesadilla and it was large and stuffed with meat. I tried a red ale and it was refreshing and delicious. This is a wonderful option for dinner, but also a great spot for outdoor hanging with a beer. I'm not sure if they bring in live music, but it would be perfect for the space. Shannon, Our server was amazing! I couldn't seem to find a beer I liked since they are very hop forward, no matter whether it's a saison or Belgium but our burgers were so good! You can get them cooked either well or medium but my well burger was still juicy even though it looked overdone from the outside. Great fries and I had my beer cheese on the side so I used it on my burger and fries! We stayed there for awhile and she checked in right on time and was wonderful. Rek'-Lis Brewing has a great set up for socially distant dining. They have a large patio with appealing seating, a and a big lawn with more tables, lounge seating, and three corn hole 'stables' where you can dine with friends and enjoy a private game of corn hole. In several months of seeing how restaurants are adapting to Coronavirus, this is easily the most creative and appealing I have encountered. We arrived late on Sunday after Brunch ended, so we missed what looked like a great menu. So my food feedback is limited to their 'Happy Hour' menu. Rek-Lis serves great pretzels, large and pillowy, apparently baked at a bakery right down the road. We tried the poutine and while it wasn't made in exactly the traditional style - stringy pizza like cheese instead of cheese curds - the bacon and gravy made it a tasty dish. The sweets were also excellent. Looking forward to trying their regular food someday. As for the beer, we tried two - their New England IPA was juicy and kind of what you might expect from the ever popular style, and the Double Pale Ale, the Sterilizer, was quite good. Beer to go is available. Rek'-Lis is completing a renovation on a new space, so soon they should have something new. The location right in downtown Bethlehem is very convenient, plenty of parking with a public lot right across the street. Reservations are recommended if you want a table. read more
