I love giving out good reviews when deserved. It gives me satisfaction to reward in a public way, good food, good service and good ambiance at a restaurant. I don't feel good when I have to pen a substandard review but again.... Despite good food and ambiance at One Love Brewery, service left a lot to be desired. I hope management can retrain employees in the science of customer service and make it known that when on the clock, they represent the business. We came in to One Love Brewery after a great day of early season skiing and we were tired, hungry, and thirsty for a libation and some food. Besides ourselves, there was only one other table occupied. The greeter was friendly and told us to take any table in the room and a wait person would be with us momentarily. We waited. And waited. And waited. Easily 15 minutes. In an almost empty restaurant. No one came over or recognized us. Towards the end of the bar, there was a young male who was obviously an employee, chatting away with another employee inside the service station. We approached the bar and he actually looked at us before turning his head and going back to chatting. Totally ignored us. We then saw another employee chatting at a different location and asked her if there was wait service. She acted as if we had interrupted her and came over with menus before going back to the conversation. The brews were superb. I had the "Beautiful Day" IPA and another family member had the Pumpkin ale. All exquisite. We also ordered one of their superb giant pretzels, enough to feed four people. We were almost finished with the beers before the pretzel showed up. Halfway through the 20 minute wait, we asked the wait person if the pretzel was coming. She came back and told us that it was frozen and that it took additional time. I support local establishments. But this one really left me with a great beer taste but also a bitter taste about their service. I really hope they improve it. It seemed like the boss was out so the employees were just having a good time at the expense of the customers.

2nd time at One Love. Totally different experience. To briefly sum it up: 1. Ambivalent server- he was not hospitable nor engaging. 2. The poutine recipe has changed- last time I LOVED the poutine and I was back for it! But to my surprise it is now a mushroom gravy and I am just not down with that. 3. Korean bbq mac and cheese- large portion, ooey gooey cheese with little nuiggest of well seasoned pork under it all. Overall a good item but priced really high. (3.75 stars) 4. We sat on the first floor in a tight, cramped space on uncomfortable chairs. Our second floor experience was much more a better way to dine. Since we had such a good first impression, we opted to visit again but next time we find ourself in this area we will try another establishment.

Came for dinner because their menu had a good gluten free option. Enjoyed the maple blueberry salmon with fries and potatoes. Very yummy! Fries are fried in shared fryer so cross contamination

Beer is quite good however the food was borderline inedible across the board. Definitely get food somewhere else before or after. Duck tacos physically hurt my tooth from how overcooked they were and were missing seasoning. Shrimp Scampi seemed cooked from frozen and seemed like plain butter instead of a sauce, no flavor. Not even the chunks of garlic tasted like anything, I'm not sure how that is even possible. Southwest Chicken Sandwich is a plain chicken with absolutely no sauce, corn, salsa, or anything "southwest" and bacon was burnt. Pork Schnitzel was so burnt it only tasted like burnt fry oil. Side Garden Salad was the best part of the meal. Please turn your cooking heat down.

Best place to go after a hike! Dog friendly patio- attentive staff and great food and beer

"Czech Your Head" at One Love Brewery, Lincoln

Super crowded and with a wait exceeding an hour on a sunny and warm summer evening but there was no waiting for the bar. So I put my laptop away and had dinner at the bar. Starting with their "Czech Your Head" Pilsner and that was so good that I had a second. With it, their buffalo chicken wings. A decent portion, served with blue cheese and celery. Not too wet with sauce but enough. "Buffalo hot" wasn't that hot at all. Wings were tasty and medium-sized as far as meatiness. Service was good at the bar and despite the restaurant being quite busy, the food arrived quickly. [Review 18529 overall - 80 in New Hampshire - 2051 of 2022.]

I think the best part of our meals here was the setting sitting out on the covered patio. There was 8 in our party and I didn't get pictures from the other end of the table. Our food was just ok, nothing special that I would make a point of going back for. Our service was good though.

Local Lincoln brewery and restaurant with gluten-free options. Came here for dinner on a Tuesday with the family after a day of hiking, so we were hungry. We opted to do family-style for the food, as the portions were generous. The poutine was super delicious, and came with a surprise fly hearty mushroom gravy (it's vegetarian). The chicken and waffles were huge (2 chicken filets and 1 waffle with maple syrup) and was easily split between the four of us. The Turkey Reuben was a lighter, but no less delicious take on the classic Reuben. Service was a bit on the slower side, but still friendly. My dad really enjoyed his flight, which came with 6 5 oz pours. They pick the flavors for you. Credit cards are accepted. Indoor and outdoor dine-in available. They have trivia on Tuesdays. Dogs are allowed on the patio. Overall, it's a casual, local spot with a variety of food and beer options.

Pretzel was stale, lacked flavor and crust was really hard.-way over cooked. Super dry too. Dipping sauces were meh they could use a great beer cheese dip. Didn't try the beers too many hoppy and stout selections. But did try their margarita slushie which earned them the stars. Better experience at the cider/mead place next door (no food though).

This place had what we were looking for; outdoor dining and craft beer. My group enjoyed their beers. I stuck with water. The outdoor patio was comfortable. My Summer Salad was lovely. I just wish I asked for dressing on the side. It was a bit much for me. Another in my group loved the generous pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. She said the slaw was different. The other in my group had a generous fish and chips. Fries were great. The fish wasnt what he expected. (He'd had better.) Service was fine. I like that they watered the plants with unfinished cups of water. Flowers were beautiful.

Yummy that's all I can say. It's a busy spot. Food was so good and arrived as fast as it could on a busy night. Wonton Nachos the best , wished for a little more special sauce. Towards the end. salmon with blueberries delicious and Mac and cheese pulled pork. Good as well definitely recommend

The chilled vibes of Woodstock settle in just right when you're lounging on their patio, sipping something cold and tasty after a day of exertion. We dove into the GoGo Bites--those deep-fried little nuggets stuffed with jalapeño, roasted corn, bacon, and cream cheese, all drizzled with BBQ sauce. They were dangerously addictive. I'm proud of myself for stopping at just one serving. (Okay, maybe two.) The grilled steak strips were... decent. A bit firmer than I'd prefer; they didn't quite melt in the way my tired muscles were hoping dinner would. Service was a mixed bag. Not rude, exactly, but I could've used a few more smiles and kindness thrown in. Also -- please, for the love of the cocktail gods -- ditch the plastic cups. A proper cocktail deserves proper glassware. All told: go for the patio, the bites, the relaxed ambiance, and the post-hike chill. Just manage expectations on service and steak tenderness.

First greeted by the host, she graciously seated us with a view of the action on Main Street. Our server came over promptly and was attentive without being overbearing. Up here in the mountains, you don't expect to find lobster rolls, but Pemi's was outstanding. Good portion of lightly dressed meat and a really good brioche roll. The Bahn Mi isn't authentic; think pulled pork with a Vietnamese flair. It was great! Pickled carrots, cucumber, jalapeños, topped with micro cilantro, and a delicious sauce. Really a must-get. We were here for a quick lunch, but they also have a HUGE beer menu, all of which is on tap, I believe. Also, they have a $4 PBR! I have to knock a star off because all their plates, cups, and tableware are disposable. It would be 5 stars if they had reusable forks, knives, and dishes.
