    Hot Maple Burger

If you find yourself in the northern mountains of NH, this is a great stop. We visited on a Thursday night and we were seated immediately, even though the brewery was very busy. They were doing trivia that night, but we weren't participating so they sat us in a smaller and quieter part of the building. The main part of the brewery is a big open room. I got the hot maple burger to eat and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My friend and I spent the rest of our trip talking about how that burger was the best thing we ate. I wish this place was closer to me but hopefully one day I'll be back in the area to go again.

This place was perfect. Space was clean, inviting, and outside was peaceful and quiet. Food was delicious and came out quick. Service was very friendly and attentive and checked up on us on many occasions. Overall, this was a great experience, and the Hot Maple Burger is definitely a dish I can recommend.

Overall pretty good! Came in ~6pm on a Sunday for beer and food. They were fairly busy and my waitress apologized several times for "the wait" but I didn't think it was egregious. Started with a flight of beers, which is four 5 oz pours for $16, which is on the pricey side but not unreasonable. The Gravity Quest NEIPA was solid, as was the Cran Dimensional. Swirl Porter was pretty good but a little vanilla forward for my liking. The black IPA I didn't really know what to make of. Malty, a little hoppy, but not like an IPA. Idk, it was fine. For food, I got the hot maple burger. Not sure why "hot" is in the name because it's not spicy and of course it's warm because it's a burger. Overall, the burger tasted good but some individual parts were subpar. The patty was overcooked, the crispy onions on the burger weren't hot, and the tomato was really underripe. I substituted friends for the chips and the fries were decent. Thing and crispy, which I like, but these were also not particularly hot, which is what you should expect if you wait a while for food and they're presumably freshly made. Overall, 3.5/5 (I rounded up since Yelp doesn't do 0.5s). A little overpriced for the quality but if you know what to expect, it's not necessarily disappointing. About what I'd expect in a touristy place that doesn't need to be excellent. Parking is plentiful and service was good.

Quiet, easy brewery to stop at. we missed the live music, but got great recommendations for hiking, biking and chill vibes. friendly staff and decent comfort food menu. Easy!

I recommend! Vegan cauliflower app & Falafel wrap (no tzatziki sub hummus) was grilled / pressed and both items were really good. Wrap almost had a 'Crunchwrap' - but falafel vibe. Got the flagship IPA and Mexican lager, also great. Service was very friendly

Probably one of the best breweries in the area. The secret 7 IPA is one of the best IPAs in New England bar none

My wife picked a seltzer which was also good. They had huge tacos. Two was enough for me. The beef taco was spicy... just right for me. Nice facility. They have outside seating. Good if you have a dog. Friendly staff. They had a trivia game the night we were there. Lots of fun.

We were the only customers that arrived right as they opened which allowed us time to chat with one of the owners. I forget his name, but he was so welcoming & fun to talk with. We pulled up a seat at the super long bar & took in the atmosphere. There was another associate that was prepping for the daily taco bar (?) they do. From what we understood, they don't serve food until 3pm or 4pm. The location is so unsuspecting for a brewing company. We found the place on our GPS but it's definitely not a building you'd easily see when passing by. It's very industrial in appearance & getting to it was a bit different. Outside there are chairs & cornhole boards. I believe there was a fire pit & they had lights strung throughout. We only stayed for a beer but we'd love to come back in the summertime & hang out outside & get a better feel for the live entertainment they have & meet some other beer-loving people!
