We chose another highly rated restaurant but left after being seated because they didn't have baked potatoes on the menu. J's surpassed our expectations. The ambiance inside is stellar. The staff is excellent. And the food is the best that we've had on our Northeast vacation, and we have been in the NE for five days thus far. My husband said his burger was delicious, and the fries tasted like boardwalk fries from our favorite beach town in DE. My orchard chicken was scrumptious, and they swapped a baked potato for the fries. It was baked to perfection with coarsely salted skin. Don't judge J's Corner by the exterior. It is a hidden gem inside. You will not regret going.

My kids enjoyed the steak and cheese. Although the steak tips with potatoes was unimpressive. Not allot of flavor. The French onion soup had seemed to be sitting around for awhile.

The person taking my order was operating on another level, taking all the orders as best they could and managing the phone on top of all of that. They were nice when I ordered. They give you a buzzer for your order, which is nice. I decided to go with the mushroom and Swiss burger with bacon. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon I paid for. Burger was good, meat juicy, fresh tomato & lettuce, and the cheese was so cooked it was crunchy. The mushrooms were cooked well. I can't have too much sugar, so I skipped the ice cream. Parking seems to get tight when it gets super busy. I might have given 5 starts, but since I paid for bacon on my burger and didn't get bacon, 4 stars. I'll definitely give this place another try.

Very hefty too, and honestly too much food for me (I have to work on that). I got it with the pulled pork which I was very impressed with. I think usually I get pulled pork and it's way too dry and I have to drown it with sauce. But this was so tender and juicy. Yes! We also really enjoyed the hash brown patties. My son says they were exactly like McDonald's and that's a fine compliment from him.

Ordered the chilled noodle salad and the nam salad with pork. Both salads delivered a textured and flavorful dining experience. Crunchy rice with peanuts gapes and lettuce created an incredible flavor profile for the nam salad. The chilled noodle salad is perfect on a summer day. Refreshing flavors with the cilantro and mint leaves added. My only suggestion is to serve it in a larger bowl so it can be mixed. Presentation is lovely which leaves execution difficult for the patron. Once I ate through a portion sitting was easier.
