I ordered my burger medium well and it came out well done. Most restaurants cook burgers to one level more done than you order. I actually wanted a well done burger and ordered it medium well on purpose. Overall the meals were good. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and that made the experience even better. They focus on sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs, though they have other options as well. I went with one of their Overstuffed Grinders: Sweet Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions. I didn't order fries but my son did, so I decided just to have a few of his. I had also read about the fried dough so got an order of that, too. The "grinder" really wasn't a grinder, at least not by my definition, but rather a hot sandwich on a hoagie style roll. The sausage had a good flavor but wasn't exceptional, but the bell pepper and onion was done quite nicely.
