My favorite place in New Hampshire. The atmosphere is sublime. We ordered appetizers and thought to ourselves that this is going to be way more good than we need. But it was amazing. There is a good variety of items on the menu, including vegan and vegetarian options. Beers had variety too. The service was fine. We were seated on the outside covered deck, which would have been better on a milder night. (I asked to be seated inside but the hostess misheard me. It wasn't worth the hassle of changing.) Can't say enough good things about Rek-lis. We don't live in the area and stopped here for lunch on our way back home to Vermont. The host was warm and welcoming, the server was really knowledgeable and helpful, and the food was fantastic. I had the zucchini fritters, which are so good I want to try replicating them at home. My partner had the quinoa bowl with chicken and quite liked it. We tried a flight of beers and liked three of them enough to take some home with us. It was nice to eat outside in the lovely garden. One of the raddest establishments I've been to in a while and a true hidden gem. Stumbled on this place during a random road trip to the mountains, looking for casual bites and a craft beer. 3 hours later, we didn't want to leave. The ambience alone is a big draw. From the packed bar/dining space on the first floor, to the upstairs bar nook, to the 4 seasons outdoor deck - complete with plenty of seats and heat lamps during the winter, it is truly a unique selling point for me. The beer and food were both very good. I was a big fan of the darker beers (the porter and the stout were both delish). The food was equally as impressive. Although we stuck to just apps, we really couldn't go wrong with any of them. The pretzel was soft, salty, and tasty on it's own - but accompanied by a delicious mustard and ale cheese sealed the deal. The Mexican offerings was also excellent, whether quesadilla or burrito (my fav) with a spicy red sauce and black beans. The service and vibe was friendly. Be patient with the kitchen on a busy night, it may take a while. (Pro-tip: snag some popcorn at the top of the steps on the second floor.) After we ate, we migrated and kepy the good times rolling outside amongst heat lamps, music, string lights, fireplaces, and a whiskey shed - yes, you heard right. A shed outside serving a good amount of whiskeys by the pour. I could have spent all night here in the summers, but to be able to enjoy it with snow on the ground is really special. Local NH resident, Supporting local and being a craft beer fan....I have been here many times. Prior to expansion it was like having a beer in a bar created in someone's home with just a few tables. It's now a super trendy well thought out/designed full on brewery. On trend Edison bulb lighting and beer barrel design esthetic. I absolutely love the black paint as well. I actually would love to design my own home with very similar features. (You need some plants however ) The beer is very good. I personally am a Sour Beer person so unfortunately not any options for myself there. However I do enjoy the IPA's I have tried. Food is great. Seasoned well. Great lunch or brunch location. It can get very busy on Saturdays. But the wait isn't long and they provide a pager. In the summer you could wait outside by the fire pits or in the colder months wait from the comforts of your vehicle (yes the pager will reach). Must try if your in the area!! read more

Very overcrowded, loud, and wasn't able to get any service from the hosts at the front, to a bartender, to the waitress who did come to the table, once. She said hello and she'd be back. Came in for some burgers but it happened to be brunch. We were in luck though as the brunch menu had two burgers (one classic and one with a fried egg). They were awesome! I loved the sassy sauce on the reklis burger so much I had to ask for a side to eat with my fries. We were seated immediately and our server , Hannah, was amazing. We were greeted right away, never had empty drinks, and she was super friendly. Drinks came out fast, food came out fast, and everything was delicious! This brewery has a great set up- the design and decoration of the space is awesome! We were seated right near the balcony on the upper floor. Service was a bit slow- it was packed and it looked like our server was taking care of the whole upper area. We ordered flights that were quite affordable and we thought it was cool that we could choose beers from their brewery creations or their list of guest taps. As for the food, WOW... the chicken panini was great but the burger was INCREDIBLE. One of the best burgers I've ever had in my life, it was amazing. Great casual dinner spot. Plenty of tasty locally brewed beers and cocktails. Wife and I had the Endless burger and Fried chicken dinner. Burger was totally delicious; huge half pound burger, cheese, mushrooms and a bunch of other things. Fried chicken was delicious too! Only knock was the bland baby broccoli and mashed red bliss potatoes. Both could have used some more seasoning. I'm not a fan of skin in my mashed potatoes. Service was excellent. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but I'll be generous here given there are a very limited number if options in the area. We drove 25 min out of the way for this one and we were quite suprised at how big the joint was when pulling in the parking lot. The chicken burrito i ordered was very good. Thr quesadilla was good, no complaints. The beer selection was very limited and the service was slow. The seating was a bit close and uncomfortable, it looked much smaller on the inside than it did on the outside. Anyway check out my pics, i thought the black beans that came with the burrito were very good. Overall I would try it again. read more

Service decent enough. Good beer - IPA(Pretentious Hopper and Wikid) and stout. The food tasted okay but we all had major indigestion later. Consumed Burrito bowls and Nachos. The owner is an absolute delight. After 3 days on the trail I found out that an Uber wasn't available for 3 hours back to my car. I don't drink and yet still she was so welcoming in allowing us to hang out at the restaurant until we could get a ride. She even checked on us multiple times. All of this doesn't even compare to the food it's OVER THE TOP delicious. They get their pretzels from a nearby bakery. Back from skiing (Not Bretton Woods), wanted a beer on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately there were some less than obvious issues with my boy and me. We're both from northern New Hampshire. They (greeter and manager or whoever) discussed me only having one beer and no food for about 30 seconds, and told me my boy cannot play outside in the snow. Anyway...too many orders for a Saturday afternoon. This place is catering to out of towners and they know it. Not the way to build a business by alienating the local clientele. Pretty short sighted in my opinion. I did not eat the food, but I can make my own, and there are also plenty of beer halls around. Summary... Too much attitude for the north country. Ciao!! This place opened less than 2 years ago but seems very well established in the area. The beer was good (they keep a mix of their own beers and other local brews on tap), and the food was great! Bartenders recommend making reservations if you want to sit at a table and come later in the day, or you can call ahead an hour before arriving to check the wait time in advance. The bar is kinda small and is a busy space, but the rustic decor all around is nice and very fitting for small mountain town in New England. read more

We always visit Franconia, NH and just discovered this nearby place last Thursday. The three of us were seated outdoors under a very nice umbrella. We were close enough to the brewery that we would occasionally catch wafts of barley malt steeping. We stopped for lunch and each one of us tried a different item from the menu - bratwurst sandwich, carnitas (pork) burrito, and beef gyro. The beers we drank with our meal were pale ale, pilsner, stout, and a brown ale - ALL were of high quality, on-point, and extremely satisfying. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our dish and our libations. The wait-staff were very attentive, pleasant, and worked well together. For a first visit, we were all highly impressed; so much so that we returned here for our very next meal - dinner, and ordered three different burritos. This place has it all going on. Kudos to the owners, the brewmaster, the brewers, the chef, the cooks, and the wait-staff. We will be returning and so should you. If you've never been, you certainly should discover what you're missing. Sorry that I didn't take any photos - I normally do - the FOOD was really that good and well presented. We came for an early dinner and we're seated in their nice covers porch which is equipped with outdoor gas heaters, very nice spot! The tripel beer was excellent and so was the marzen, really good beer! We also had a tasty burger and a chicken salad dish, both were tasty. Service was effective and friendly. Portobello mushrooms with soba noodles and ponzu sauce, a winter salad and chocolate chip cookie skillet dessert. Stayed at a hotel about 3 minutes from here and kind of stumbled across this place. Sadly we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated but it was well worth the wait. My boyfriend got a beer flight and I got the bubble me up drink. Both were absolutely delicious. We then ordered the street corn empanadas and Brussels spouts and wow, food was amazing!
