I went to @reineamini to resolve my issue with fibrosis following my Sonobella lypo treatment. Amina, the owner, sold me the cryo package for three thousand dollars which included ten treatments. I wanted to support her because she was a new business owner and she promised me that she would work with me until I was satisfied with my results. She talked with me about how she would resolve my issues with fibrosis as well use various treatments to stretch my skin back to its original state. She started out with a fibrosis tool and used a chemical peel on me (2) two times which didn't produce noticeable results. On my (3rd) third visit she sold me a $70 cream that she claimed would break down the fibrosis. I was to apply the cream at home daily in between my appointments with her. The cream worked well and it produced visible results, not the ten weekly visits to her business. I ended
up buying another jar of the cream for another $70 because my applications at home were showing visible improvements. To be clear, the $3,000.00 ten-visit package wasn't helping, but the two $70 at-home daily cream regiment was working.
During my first three visits, Amina apples a chemical mask on my stomach that would dry and tighten my skin which burned so bad. On my 4th visit Amina started using the cryo slimming machine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On my last cryo treatment visit she told me that she would schedule me in two weeks to start microneedling. I was unable to reach her for 3 1/2 weeks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When she finally responded, she talked about her new car but didn't schedule my next appointment. I had to contact her again in order to schedule my appointment. After she completed my microneedling treatment she said I needed to pay her an additional $3,000 to continue receiving her services. This was contrary to her initial statement that she would work until I was satisfied with the results. In addition, she said I owed her an additional $371 for the microneedling treatment I just received. She never disclosed verbally or in writing the
microneedling treatments cost an extra $371 per treatment on top of the $3,000 charge for the 10 appointments.
I always treat people right, and when I told Amina that these extra charges were never mentioned to me and that I was not satisfied with the service thus far she said my fibrosis was improving but I would have to pay another $3,000 plus $371 per microneedling treatment. I explained I wasn't happy and that I was not okay with paying more money because she had led me to believe she would continue to work with me until I was satisfied. She offered me one free visit, but was firm on the $371 for the day's microneedling treatment and each treatment in the future.
I had high hopes for her success in her business, but I can't recommend a business that has hidden charges and expects its customers to keep paying $3,000 every 10 weeks with the only visible results coming from the self-applied, at home cream applications. She should have told me she could give me the results I wanted. I could have used the money towards a tummy tuck. read more
