Full transparency on my end. I reached out after via email in the hopes of any effort on Wink's part to find a resolution. The owner didn't follow up to meet me halfway, ask for photos, offer a phone call, absolutely nothing. Who said anything about a refund? Literally not me, ever, though that would be the customer service oriented thing to at least DISCUSS. On the contrary, I was instead told reaching out was inappropriate and that my words (my opinion) were untrue, and that I should find another salon. I can post a screenshot of that as well. How is that customer service? How is that caring about customer satisfaction? And how many people can honestly say they're comfortable with telling a tech who just spent two hours on something "Uh, yeah this look is awful for me" immediately after service? Anyone who is courteous would want to take a private moment to themselves in a comfortable space before opening a can of worms. Thankfully I had Scott as my piercer who explained that aligning two piercings facing the same direction on my 3D potato-chip surface of an ear takes real skill, care, and consideration. Thankfully Scott had all of these, and I'm really grateful to have stumbled upon this shop. Scott was exceptional in explaining the whole process and prepared me well for the big ouch and the aftercare. I really worried about the healing process because of various reddit posters, however the magic spray (hypochlorous acid + saline) he sent me home with has made the recovery a breeze. I've had the piercing for a week, and I forgot it was there after the first 36 hours. No inflammation or any signs of irritation. I'm only going to Scott for any future work. The only con of coming to Scott is that you'll want more piercings because he does such a good job and made the recovery so easy. He's also a cool and courteous dude. 10/10

You don't realize what a relief and blessing it is to get a last-minute appointment. Their work is always consistent almost no matter which esthetician is helping me and I'm appreciative of that. The inside is always cute & dainty.
