Sorry to say but my answer would be "not very good". I Was picking up season long rental skis for my 6 year old and left the store feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Between the check in, boot fitting, ski fitting process we've interacted with 4 different staff. Two of whom were positively rude and kind of aggressive, 1 totally uninterested/disengaged and 1 who delivered customer service you'd expect at any retail store. We had planned to stick around and do some pre-season shopping as a family, but after our rental experience we did not at all feel like spending any more time and/or money in there. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that folks in there just had an off day rather then showing symptoms of the poor attitude typical to lot of ski, surf, climbing etc stores. Maybe something to consider for your employee training and company culture going toward.

The staff is friendly and there's good selections here. I rarely find stuff that doesn't have my size. One time I bought a towel and the cashier scanned it and told us that we should be getting a bundle for that price so he saved us some value there. I've been here many times and noticed that when the line gets long they automatically very quickly add more cashiers to accommodate and the long line disintegrates quickly. Had to exchange a holiday gift. Arrived at the store mid afternoon and there was about a 20 minute…read morewait. A very gracious staff person, Yuka, served us espresso graciously; we had skipped lunch thinking it would be a quick trip -- but Yuka heard us and found some delicious cookies for us, which we really appreciated...kept us from giving up and leaving the store. She also learned that we did not know about the perfume line and took a thoughtful moment to introduce us to the possibility of some new scents. When at last we received an associate's help it was Nikita. She helped us look at half a dozen different bags and wallets that we had scoped out in advance. There was a beautiful little cream colored lambskin with gold colored chain, but budget did not permit that one to come home with us. However we bonded with the new Slouchy design -- the shape was beautiful and size was just right for carrying my 13" MacBook Air. It was interesting to see more of the clothing line that was available, especially the jeans with the LV on the back pocket, and good to see the shoes as well as the perfume stand. My mother-in-law visited to get her first Hermes silk scarf, and from initial greeting to final send-off, she was treated very well. And in this case, that's all that really mattered. Daniel was the salesperson for our party of four, and walked my mil through the various steps: of first choosing the pattern, then suggesting/illustrating the various ways to wear the scarf. I could see her gaining in confidence as she determined what she did or didn't like, and that only came about because Daniel provided such personalized and unhurried time for her. The sale included the finishing touches, including gift wrapping. While he was doing this, I chatted with him about the history of Hermes and their various product lines. It's fascinating, and got to learn a bit more about their silk scarfs, its seasonality, and why folks love it so. As for the store, it's a very large two-story space, located in the Shops of the Bravern. The store itself doesn't have an elevator, requiring one to use the outside elevators and then be let into the locked first floor entryway. With this much space, each display seemed like its own world, and even though it was not uncrowded. There was even a small luxury watch section where I learned a little bit about their products, directly from Daniel as well. It was a nice visit.
