The place is located near St John's university and some shopping/other eateries. Bright, with comfy seating inside. Got a personal pan pizza - was just ok. A bit soggy to hold though. Did ask for "light sauce" but would have preferred lesser, and was on the sweet side. Addtl % for use of credit/debit card.

Shrimp Scampi

This place was a great find. I stopped by here for a quick lunch and the staff was absolutely great. They have plenty of options for pizza by the slice. However, I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Scampi. The pasta was absolutely incredible and I highly recommend trying it out. The staff was excellent and super helpful. All in all, this was a great choice for a quick lunch and I cannot wait to come back again soon.

My burnt grill chicken! I always tell them don't overcook it. The meat is tough!! They should know that already.

I always call & order the grilled chicken. I tell them not to overcook it. All the time I say the same damn thing. This is what I got today after waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes for my grill chicken. I understand it's Friday but this is the crap you send a frequent customer? I don't get it!!!

I'm going to update my review because I think I need to write a love letter to Regina's. This place is always here in a pinch and has impeccable service. The food is always consistently incredible! I have my go-to order here but I have been trying to make my way through the menu and when I tell you there's not a miss here, I am not kidding you. The pizza is the best in Queens in my opinion; the crust is so chewy, the sauce is amazing, and the cheese ratio is perfect. Their specialty slices are definitely where they shine but you can never go wrong with the classic cheese. It's always busy inside but if you get the chance to sit in, do it. The energy in the place is so warm and welcoming. This is hands down one of my favorite places ever!

Fried Calamari
Erika S.

I ordered the fried calamari and a personal pie. While the pizza was pretty good. I would not recommend the calamari. It looks nothing like others had posted in the past, they must have changed the recipe and I was highly disappointed. It tasted like a bunch of over fried crunchy breading on a bed of soggy lettuce and was a waste of money in my opinion, but I would order the pizza again.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered a cheese pie! Service was great! It was fast and delicious also! Prices were decent! Will def be back! Thanks!

Hey friends! I was in NY for work and of course the first thing I wanted was authentic pizza haha!…read more This brick and mortar Italian spot was such a great find! It's quaint and intimate, it transports you to Italy. We ordered a meatball margherita pizza. We ordered a medium to have extra for dinner later, there were NO slices left. We didn't expect it be so delicious! The ingredients tasted fresh and housemade. The crust had the perfect crunch! It was truly a delight. +Customer service was great! +Prices are NY prices haha +Street parking in front of +Indoor seating only I hope you enjoy!

I finally tried Nick's Pizza for the first time and I must say that I am hooked. The restaurant was…read morepacked when we arrived on a Friday night, but thankfully did not have to wait as we didn't need a booth. We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and a calzone with sausage. Both items came out together like we asked and was far too much food for two. My first bite of the pizza was hot, crunchy, and delicious. I love fresh oven pizzas with a crispy bottom crust. The chefs did an amazing job cooking it just right. I also loved the fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. It really elevated the pizza to another level. The crust was great all around with a slight oven char. Lastly the calzone took me by surprise as it had no sauce and was filled with ricotta cheese as opposed to mozzarella. It came with a small cup of hot marinara sauce for dipping/pouring. It was definitely an interesting calzone but don't think it was worth the price. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and Nick's and would highly recommend it. I do wish the pricing was a bit more fair when it came to full vs half pie toppings as well as the calzone.

Two of my sisters have lived in QNS since the early 2000s and honestly, I rarely make it out there…read more Even when I lived in White Plains, I didn't visit much. Now that I'm up in the Catskills, it happens even less- unless we're all traveling together. Gino's came recommended by one of my sisters as a spot for a light dinner before heading to her place and it didn't disappoint. Step into Gino's and you'll know immediately this isn't your average pizza joint. Look up and you'll see those tin ceiling tiles. Not the shiny kind- but a deep, opaque black that gives Gino's a cool, almost moody vibe. Total drama. The black runs along the borders too and it puts everything together in this low-key but in-your-face way. Just a nice space that feels sharp. One of my sisters ordered the pepperoni square, my twin sis ordered the Gino's Salad with artichokes add-on and I had a similar salad with grilled shrimp. My sis liked her square- though I will say, it looked kinda thick. Our salads were incredible though. Sit-down service was great too and our server made all the difference. The guys behind the counter were a riot too. This was a nice spot for our lite bites and a great walking distance from where my sister lives.

Vincenzo's Pizza has the fluffiest and more garlicky garlic knots Aside from their absolutely amazing garlic knots, we had their spinach slice, mushroom slice, and chicken marsala slice. The spinach slice was just heavenly, it was like having creamed spinach in the form of a pizza. Very heavy but your soul is happy. The other 2 were also fantastic in their own right. The service was fast and friendly and it's so clean in here, I thought it was a grand opening. There are plenty of pizzerias in my area but I'd gladly do the 15 minute drive to Vincenzo's any time.

The soup was okay, but it wasn't something I would order again. I decided to try something different the second time and ordered the stuffed mushrooms, Linguine Seafood Fra Diavolo, and a cannoli. I didn't enjoy the stuffed mushrooms at all. The mushrooms themselves were cooked well, but the filling (the most important part) lacked flavor and wasn't as savory as this dish typically is. The Seafood Fra Diavolo wasn't that good & the shrimp was very mushy, to the point where you barely needed to bite into it. The mussels barely had any meat & it was stuck to both sides of the shell. I didn't enjoy that at all. The cannoli also had very little filling, which was disappointing since I enjoy a cannoli every now and then. I can't say whether I would order from here again, since my second order was really disappointing. The two stars are only for the tortellini. If I do decide to order from here again, it will probably be quite a while before I do.
