When I asked her, she said it would hurt..... I get it done all the time. My feet were incredibly dry and I had to buy a roller to remove my dead skin. On top of that, I had to REFILE my nails because they were not even. It sucks because she was very pleasant but did a terrible job. In addition, we went during the morning where they offered 15% off and they charged my full price. Would be nice to get at least half my money back. Very disappointing.

She is so kind and caring and is the most detail oriented manicurist I have encountered. I have a condition on the bottom of my foot that causes intense pain when pressure is applied to that area. Anna is extremely gentle but effective at taking care of my needs and takes her time with me.
