I had to reserve my spot with a credit card, which was a bit strange, though not fully unheard of. This made me think I had to be early if not on time, but once I got there, I had to wait. This wasn't horrible but seemed a bit strange for something where I was worried that my being late would be an issue!

The technicians worked seamlessly in tandem: the lashes turned out incredibly natural without feeling heavy, and the manicure held up for nearly three weeks without a single chip. Brian was my nail technician. He offered me a complimentary drink so I chose champagne. But I couldn't even drink it because my hands were being worked on or had to soak them in water. I chose a gel french manicure and when he showed me I wanted a more broader French tip. I wasn't asked for my base coat color. He told me the base is pink. It was a little too pink for my liking but again I wasn't asked. He did my nails pretty quickly. I was done before 12:40 pm. I have gotten my nails done many times in other salons, there was something off with this salon. Maybe its the language barrier, usually I like to talk to my technician while I get my nails done. It came time to pay and it was $45 even after the 10% if I paid in cash and $50 if I paid by card so of course I paid in cash. I don't think I would go back here, it felt very factory oriented and not personal.

My nail tech was going back and forth between my gel manicure and finishing up another customer's pedicure. He did offer me water or wine, which was nice. This location is a bit understaffed. My gel manicure came out okay. There was a bit of flooding on the side of my nail beds. Also, it did seem a bit rushed. For instance, he did not really take the time to massage my hand afterwards. It was not a bad experience, but I have had better at other nail salons. They do have a parking lot out front as well.

I didn't have an appointment and I was told there would be a wait. While I waited, I was offered a chair massage. This was such a great idea as by the time Susan was ready to start my Pedi, I was well and truly relaxed. Susan's pedicure is top notch. You should see how she's even holding my toes. (Writing this review while she works) Don't judge the lack of "prettiness" in here on the same level as skills. They may not have all the fancy lighting and, art decor etc but this is one of the best regular pedicures I've had for a long time. My toenails are being prodded, filed, cleaned, massaged and lotioned like they are going for inspection. I am thoroughly enjoying and appreciLIKING how professional and thorough Susan is! I cannot speak for the others, but if your toes need some love, definitely book with Susan! I recommend! The End.

The "organic" label seems to serve more as a price justifier than a real differentiator. No posted menu, unclear pricing after asking multiple times, and no receipt upon checkout. I stayed because I was in a rush, but I would not return. If you are low-maintenance and just need it done, it works. If you want a full experience for that price point, keep looking.

I've been a loyal customer here, and the nail technicians themselves are genuinely nice, but the…read morecustomer service I received recently was ridiculous. My gel manicure started peeling after only about six days. I called on the EIGHTH DAY after my appointment to let them know and ask for it to be redone. They told me they only guarantee gel manicures for one week. Fine, but I was calling literally one day after that period because the manicure had already started peeling before the week was even over. They offered to schedule the repair only if I came back within two weeks of my original appointment. I explained that I had meetings and could not make it within that specific timeframe, and asked to schedule it a little later. They refused and told me they would not fix it if the appointment was more than two weeks after my original service. How does that make any sense? I reported the problem immediately. The fact that I physically couldn't come in during their narrow timeframe somehow became my problem. What made it worse was the attitude. The woman kept saying she needed to speak with my technician and questioning everything in a way that made me feel like she thought I was lying. Over a $40 to $50 manicure? Seriously? A gel manicure should not start peeling after six days, and a loyal customer who reports the problem right away should not have to argue just to get it fixed. Nice technicians are great, but terrible customer service and refusing to stand behind your work will absolutely make customers go somewhere else.

I've seen her several times, and after a two‑month break I decided to treat myself and booked a last‑minute gel mani/pedi with design for me and my sister. We arrived a few minutes late, but I did call ahead. My sister was seated with a different tech. About five minutes into her service, her tech stepped away to do someone's eyebrows. My sister didn't mind, so she went ahead with it. When Nina sat me down, she handed me the menu and I chose the Deluxe pedi (highly recommend!) My sister, who was still waiting, asked what I picked, and Nina offered her the same menu. She chose the Deluxe as well. When her tech returned and Nina let her know about the upgrade, the tech visibly seemed annoyed. She tossed her tools down and adjusted her setup with clear frustration. It made both of us uncomfortable, and we almost rescheduled, but my sister had driven 45 minutes to come get her nails done. In the end, my sister liked her nails and the design, and she said the tech was nice overall, but that moment definitely affected the experience. I'm only removing one star because of that interaction, and I do wish the salon offered complimentary drinks like many others do. Otherwise, it's a great place with excellent work, especially from Nina.
