I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago. I saw they had 10% off before 2 pm so I walked in at 11:40 am. I was on a meeting so I was able to take my meeting inside the salon. Brian was my nail technician. He offered me a complimentary drink so I chose champagne. But I couldn't even drink it because my hands were being worked on or had to soak them in water. I chose a gel french manicure and when he showed me I wanted a more broader French tip. I wasn't asked for my base coat color. He told me the base is pink. It was a little too pink for my liking but again I wasn't asked. He did my nails pretty quickly. I was done before 12:40 pm. I have gotten my nails done many times in other salons, there was something off with this salon. Maybe its the language barrier, usually I like to talk to my technician while I get my nails done. It came time to pay and it was $45 even after the 10% if I paid in cash and $50 if I paid by card so of course I paid in cash. I don't think I would go back here, it felt very factory oriented and not personal. read more

I politely greeted a woman, thinking she was a friend of my assigned technician, Suzy. Instead, she introduced herself by saying she owned a nearby nail shop and began promoting a discount for her business. It felt awkward because I found it strange that the salon manager would allow someone to advertise a competing business inside an establishment that provides the same service. Also, during my appointment, Suzy was often on her phone or talking loudly with her and other technicians which made the experience less relaxing. She also charged a little things that added it up the bill that I felt unnecessary although the result came out nice but it was overpriced. I may be coming back to try a different tech since location is convenient to me. read more

It was a pleasant surprise. This salon really cares about the customer and is dedicated to "getting it right." Lyn also apologized. Cute place been goin for a while, recently the past 2-3 time I've been my nails have been lifting/popping off in less than a week and when I say popping off I mean the whole nail as if it was a press on. I came here around 7:15 and they do close at 8 PM, but they were able to accommodate me. I had my acrylics removed for $10 and got a gel manicure for $40 by Mandy. Mandy did both the removal and the manicure in 40 minutes - she was so fast and efficient. There is plenty of parking in the area and their prices are very reasonable. The inside was so clean too. They also have a gel polish guarantee where if your gel polish chips or cracks within 7 days of getting it done, they'll repair it for free. They offer a complementary beverage while you're getting your nails done. They have water, hot tea, Coke, orange juice, and wine. In addition to nails, they also do waxing and eyebrow tinting. I made an online appointment and had to select a technician. I chose Brian. I get a text/email to confirm my appointment with Brian. I get a phone call to confirm my appointment with Brian. I get to Inspire to check in - and Brian REFUSES to give me service because I am a male. Blatant discrimination. Monica at Inspire apologizes and makes excuse after excuse for this blatant discrimination. He refused to talk to me, acknowledge that I existed. "It is a language barrier" was the number one excuse given. Um....the word "NO!" followed by being ignored by the employee - doesn't really sound like language issue to me. "This is how all nail salons are" - no they aren't. I've NEVER been discriminated against before in a nail salon. I will be filing official complaints with the city agencies. read more

The experience started out very well-i was loving the shape of my nails and the process was speedy. However, make sure you like the color in gel before it's cured. The polish I chose looked much different on the sample than when actually applied. I tried to make it work but hated it and expressed that when it was completed. I came back an hour later and asked for them to cover it with black and I was charged an additional 25$ which is half the cost of a manicure. They were rude and my nail tech wouldn't even look at me. Another girl was tasked with covering the nails in black. In total I paid 95$ for a manicure that should have cost 55$. A rip off. Otherwise, I was impressed with the ambiance and complimentary beverage offered. But they need to improve their service recovery. read more

I had a pedicure on May 13. I payed for a Long Island pedicure 45min. I was out in less than 30 min and she put 1 thick coat of polish and a top coat 2 hrs later it was still sticky. I removed polish and redid my polish. Waste of $46 read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. As shown in the photo I posted, they were still in their grand opening phase when I visited. The space was large, open, and had plenty of stations available. I didn't have a reservation, but they were able to get me in quickly. With your service, they offer complimentary soda, water, or wine; I went with a soda since I had a headache. The nail tech was friendly and easy to talk to while doing my nails. I also had a chin wax, and that tech was great as well. Their prices are about what I usually pay, just keep in mind there's a surcharge for using a card. I'm not a fan of that, but it seems common now. Morgan is an excellent nail tech. She is skilled in both acrylic and gel nail applications. I showed her a reel from Instagram, and we collabed a design that perfectly suited my needs. She did a wonderful job with my NYE cat eye gel manicure. I plan to be a regular here. This is a great nail salon, and they also offer beverages, including wine, during appointments. This is the best nail place I have ever visited in Baltimore City. This nail bar is immaculate and very clean. Since you walk in, you are welcome to this place with a smile and not with a rush like other places. They explain carefully every single service, and they listen carefully to your requests. Once you are settled for the services of your choice, they offer something to drink while you get pampered, this is one of the perks of the nail bar experience. I, personally as a flight attendant and as a male, my nails play an important role in my image and presentation. For that reason, I only come to this place for my nail services because they last longer and they use high quality products. I have had several good experiences here, but feel the need to call out the one I had today. My nail tech Maggie was unable to remove my gel polish after 40 mins of switching between soaking them in a bowl of acetone and scrapping the gel down with a nail filer. Unfortunately, this not only totally destroyed my nails, but also left the centers red and sensitive, and didn't accurately remove all of the gel. I finally asked the male nail tech next to her to remove the gel, and he stepped in to remove the rest. The rest of the appointment felt rushed. My cuticles were not cleaned, and the paint was uneven. I found myself needing to reshape, remove polish on my fingers, and clean my nails up when I got home after what was an hour and 20 minute appointment for a gel manicure. Overall, pretty disappointed. There are some great nail techs here, but this was a horrible experience. read more

I was very satisfied with my visit there yesterday. I was greeted at the door by a young lady with a beautiful smile. She greeted me so nicely and welcoming. She called a tech and she was very nice as well as efficient. She also had an assistant working with her to get what she needed. I will be going back. I am so happy to find a nail salon again. I had to stop going to my other one because they raised their prices and started to charge to use a credit card. My tech there looked at me like I was crazy when I gave her my tip that I had to cut by $3. I had been going there for at least 10 years.
