Nails ruined!! Awful job with shellac over my nails. Had to go back after 1st time because the polish was awful I didn't bother the 2nd time. They were awful..just had them removed and will go elsewhere.i asked for my nails to be rounded but Cindy made so pointed that my real nails cracked at the quick when she removed the shellac with the drill!, now I have to start over w/short again. Alwats a great place to be pampered. There are 15 pedi chairs and at any time 15 technicians. I don't typically get fake nails but the mani stations are always full. It is very clean and the owner/manager is there with a smile. You can get in and out with mani and pedi in about an hour and fifteen minutes. read more

Horrible customer service. No one greets you, you can stand there for ten minutes and no one will notice. After standing in the doorway for a while thinking someone will come a guy doing nails with a attituded said sit over there they will be with you. I sat there and the ladies doing pedicures just stared at me. I walked away after 10 minutes. I dont understand how places like this still have business. Extremely disappointed with my time here. Spent $28 for a manicure and eyebrow wax. The price is jacked up for a simple manicure with just a moisturizer included. My eyebrows have a ton of stray hairs everywhere. Of course I didn't realize until I got home and looked close in the mirror. My nail polish also looks like a 5 year old painted them. The clear coat looks like dried up goo. I didn't want to be THAT person, but I was kind enough to leave a tip. If I didn't live in Humble, I would most certainly come back and request at least a partial refund. Take my advice and take your money elsewhere. read more

I've been visiting this spa for almost a year now and I've never been disappointed. What I like the most is how friendly and clean they have everything. That is a total plus for me whenever I want to go get my nails done. The only thing I can complain about is the price is a little higher than normal but it worth it for me to have clean utensils and spa bowl. read more

I love the color I chose but as he was grading the side of my foot or something like that it started to bleed so I'm not very pleased with that since he didn't notice it until I motioned to it, the stuck it straight into the water which made it sting like heck...but on the bright side I'm better now and love that they use disposable liners in their bowls and a new pack of utensils for everyone. HORRIBLE! went for an eyebrow wax and the lady that did it was awful! I don't think she's a professional at all. She didn't hold the skin tight or pull fast, which was extremely painful and caused me to bleed! I told her she was hurting me but she couldn't understand what I was saying. I left before she could finish and do more harm. I will never be back and that lady needs to take a real class on waxing. read more

I went to Regal Nails with my sister in law this past Friday for a pedicure and manicure. I paid extra for French tips and shellac. Firstly, 6 of the ten white tips on my fingernails were painted extremely crooked. Secondly, the tips have scratches and bubbles in the paint. Lastly, the shellac began peeling off the very next day. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the service that I paid for. If I hadn't already been there for two hours and had church that night, I would have insisted on someone else fixing the issues that the man created when he did my nails. read more

I came here for an eyebrow wax, not expecting the best. But the lady that did my eyebrows ( I forget her name ) was so friendly and smiley and provided great customer service! She asked me about what shape I wanted, and when she finished, asked if it was okay or if she needed to do more work. She really cared about what I wanted! I have been here a few times before. I decided to go here today because j was nearby. I got there at 5:10 for a pedi and they told me to pick a color an sit in a chair with water. At 5:30 I was still sitting there so I decided to leave because I needed to get home and make dinner and no one seemed to be finishing any time soon. Of course they told me they were about to start mine but everyone was still working on someone else. I don't mind there being a wait, but they should have told me that when I got there, not seated me. So I left with no pedi and I guess I will not have time to get one this week. read more

My friends and I went in for pedicure and nails. The lady I had was constantly taking phone calls and not paying attention to the work she was supposed to be doing. Thus resulting in my having nail polish on my foot that she didn't bother cleaning up. As far as my nails go she was still continuing taking phone calls and not paying attention none of my nails are the right length as a result. I kept telling her they weren't had her correct them well when she went to file the nail down she filed one thumb extremely short and the other the right length so now I have 2 really short thumb nails because she then filed the other down after I told her the first was way too short. Ask for Henry! He is absolutely the best, conversation wise and nails wise. Overall it is a really nice place to get your nails done. The pedicures are amazing! They don't just paint your nails. They massage your feet and scrub them. Even your legs to. This is my go to place. Everyone there is super friendly and always smilling. And they dont talk about your feet in chinese. lol Def should visit this place. prices are pretty good as far as nails. I havent gotten my eyebrows waxed or anything. but going today. I just had the worst experience at this salon. Waited forever in the pedi seat thinking I was going to get served quickly because they asked me to get in the seat. Waited so long water got cold. Went for my full set and the guy forgot to do my design, so he had to start over, leaving the pink acrylic under the white acrylic, making the white look pink. He then attempted the simple line and heart design I requested. It did not look great but by that point I was willing to settle. Once he placed me under the dryer the blue paint bubbled to the top of the pink heart and ruined the design I had waited forever waiting for. He scrapped the design, leaving my pedi and mani not matching. Rushed me out, and had the nerve to tell me he did not charge me for two colors, well I didn't get two colors or anything I came in there for, so I hope he didn't charge me for his mess up. I got home to realize he left a big mistake on my thumb as well. They charged me for more than the listed price of their services. I am very disappointed with what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment :o( read more
