I brought in a pair of Tom Ford-era Gucci boots in good condition and a pair of custom Golden Goose high-top sneakers in need of a full resoling. The Gucci boots, which I found on The RealReal and date back to the late nineties to early two-thousands, needed a rubber sole added to preserve their integrity for as long as possible. The rubber was perfectly cut and blended seamlessly with the leather of the original sole. As for the Golden Goose sneakers, I was nervous. I've heard horror stories from customers who went with third-party repair services instead of the brand's in-store $250 repair option. I took the risk of trusting this shop--because my family has been using it for years--and it paid off. The repair was excellent, every bit as good as what Golden Goose's own service should deliver.
