My husband and I stopped in without an appointment and were pleasantly surprised we could get in for a head, shoulders, foot massage. We had an hour massage that was fabulous. They were able to work out the stress knots in my shoulders and I didn't even tell them they were there. This reminded me of the massages I used to get while living in Shanghai. The business is very clean.....immaculate. I had to use their rest room before leaving. The bathroom was also very clean.The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. We usually go to another massage place up in Duluth, but were scared away when we gave a $40 tip and they were suggesting we should give more... Refresh Massage is completely different. They are very courteous and know exactly what they're doing! Without me telling them, the masseuse knew exactly where I had a tense "knot" and kept massaging the area. I came here with my partner and we both decide to go for deep tissue massage. We were taken to our room and maybe 3 mins later our massages began. I have been to plenty of places that usually do -45 -50mins but I assure you they did full 60 mins. This place is elegant and warming. I got a prenatal massage here a few weeks ago and it was great! I usually go to either Natural Spa or Treat Your Feet. But I think I like this place more. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating. The place is huge! They have lots of private rooms and the place is quiet and has a really relaxing ambiance. My massage therapist was really nice. She was gentle but also firm on areas that needed more pressure. I would like to try their Head to Toe massage next. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I forgot to ask for the masseuse name though! But she did a good job. Was a relaxing massage with just enough pressure-- not too soft, not too hard. Price is very reasonable. You can get their signature head to toe massage here for $40. That's a steal! I had a massage subscription in the past with Massage Envy so I know. This place is amazing! I've gone to a few places in Chamblee over the past five years and normally get a massage every month. I happened to notice Refresh when driving home and it is by FAR the best. 1) It was so clean. 2) They created a real spa like ambience. 3) Bella worked extra hard on the shoulder area I had asked about and even get one of my knots to completely release! It's in a brand new building and very clean, spacious, plenty of rooms for foot massages, private massages, as well as couples massages. I went in on a random day and they were able to accommodate me without an appointment. I asked for a woman, but because it was short notice they weren't able to accommodate me. However, the front desk attendant was very nice about my request, told me when the woman would be there and was understanding and apologized profusely. I told her it was fine and let me tell you... It was seriously the best massage I've had in my life. 10/10 I feel so much better and more relaxed. He definitely went a little past the hour too, which is always nice!! I ended up picking the Swedish Massage. The massage was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. At one point in time, it was like my airways were completely cleared. I was so relaxed, I think i fell asleep. The hot rocks at the end really sealed the deal. The masseuse was super kind and continuously made sure that I was still comfortable and wasn't in any pain. I went in for a couples massage. The pressure was hard which was mentioned a few times. Also, this was scheduled but we had to wait a good bit of time to start the massage. It seems like one person was training the other but they talked more often than I liked. Also, they got on top of us at one point. I've had several massages and this seemed weird.
